إِلاَّ عَلى أَزْواجِهِمْ أَوْ ما مَلَكَتْ أَيْمانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ

إلاّ على أزواجهم أو ما ملكت أيمانهم فإنّهم غير ملومين

Illa AAala azwajihim aw ma malakat aymanuhum fa-innahum ghayru maloomeena

مگر براي همسرانشان يا کنيزانشان ، که در اين حال ملامتي بر آنها نيست

مگر در مورد زنانشان يا ملك يمينهايشان، كه در اين صورت نكوهيده نيستند.

مگر درباره همسران و زنان ملكى خودشان كه در اينمورد سرزنشى براى آنان نيست.

مگر در کام جویی از همسران و کنیزانشان که آنان در این زمینه مورد سرزنش نیستند.

مگر در مورد همسرانشان يا كنيزانى كه مالك شده است دستهاى ايشان پس بى‏گمان ايشان (بر اين كار) نكوهيده نيستند

مگر بر همسران خود يا كنيزانشان كه [در اين صورت‏] مورد نكوهش نيستند.

جز بر همسران و كنيزان خود كه در اين باره ملامتى برايشان نيست.

مگر بر همسرانشان يا مملوكانشان، كه [در اين صورت‏] ملامت نشوند.

جز بر جفت هاشان يا بر آنكه مالك شده دستهاشان پس بدرستيكه ايشان غير ملامت شدگانند

مگر از همسرانشان يا ملك يمينهايشان، كه [در اين صورت‏] آنان نكوهش ناپذيرند

جز با همسران و کنیزان (که در حکم همسرند آمیزش ندارند)، چرا که در بهره‌گیری از اینها مورد سرزنش نخواهند بود!

مگر از همسران خود يا كنيزانى كه آنها را مالكند، كه [در باره آنها] سرزنش نشوند.

جز بر جفت هاشان يا بر آنكه مالك شده دستهاشان پس بدرستى كه ايشان غير ملامت شدگانند

جز بر همسرانشان يا آنچه دارا است يمينهاى ايشان كه آنانند نانكوهيدگان

مگر بر زنان حلال و کنیزان ملکی خویش که (از اعمال شهوت با آنها) هیچ ملامت ندارند.

آنها فقط با همسران يا آنچه قانوناً به آنها تعلق دارد (رابطه دارند)-

Except on (for) their spouses and what their rights owned/possessed (i.e.: care-givers of the sick, elderly and disabled under contract), so then they are not blameworthy/blamed.

Except with their wives and the (women slaves and captives) whom their right hands possess, for (then) they are not to be blamed,

save from their wives and what their right hands own, then not being blameworthy

[not giving way to their desires] with any but their spouses – that is, those whom they rightfully possess [through wedlock] – : 13 for then, behold, they are free of all blame,

En die geen gemeenschap hebben met andere vrouwen dan met de hunne, of de slavinnen, die door hunne rechterhanden worden bezeten; want zij zijn zonder blaam.

Except around their spouses or those committed to by oath, there is no blame.

eccetto che con le loro spose e con le schiave che possiedono – e in questo non sono biasimevoli,

Except with their wives and the (women slaves and captives) whom their right hands possess, for (then) they are not to be blamed,

кроме своих жен и невольниц, которыми овладели их десницы, за что они не заслуживают порицания,

кроме как по отношению к своим супругам и невольницам, за что им нет порицания.

Except in the case of their wives or those whom their right hands possess– for these surely are not to be blamed,

Save with their wives and those whom their right hands possess, for thus they are not blameworthy;

except for their wives or the (slave girls) whom their right hands possess, for they are not to be blamed;

Ancak onlar, eşleriyle, akitlerinin sahip olduğu şeyler konusunda kınanamazlar.

except from their wives and what their right hands own, for these they are not blameworthy.

—– They have intimate relations only with their spouses – that is, those who are rightfully theirs through wedlock. For such relationship they are free of blame. (‹Aw› = Or = That is = And. (23:5-7)).

(They have relations) only with their spouses, or what is legally theirs –

(Save with their wives or the slaves whom their right hands have won, for there they shall be blameless;

of women other than their wives, or the slaves which their right hands possess; — for as to them they shall be blameless;

Except from their wives and from those whom their right hands possess; such indeed, are not to blame;

Es sei denn mit ihren Gattinnen oder denen, die ihre Rechte besitzt, denn da sind sie nicht zu tadeln,

Довольствуясь женой или рабыней, ■ (Которой он свободу подарил и в жены принял), – ■ С них порицанья Мы снимаем!

Мәгәр үзләренең хатыннарына һәм кәнизәкләренә якынлык кылырлар, әлбәттә, алар моның өчен шелтәләнмәсләр.

مگر اپنی بیویوں یا لونڈیوں سے کہ (ان کے پاس جانے پر) انہیں کچھ ملامت نہیں

سوائے اپنی منکوحہ بیویوں کے یا اپنی مملوکہ کنیزوں کے، سو (اِس میں) اُن پر کوئی ملامت نہیں،
