هذا بَيانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَ هُدىً وَ مَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ

هذا بيان للنّاس و هدى و موعظة للمتّقين

Hatha bayanun lilnnasi wahudan wamawAAithatun lilmuttaqeena

اين براي مردم دليلي روشن و براي پرهيزگاران راهنما و اندرزي است

اين بيانگر [عبرته] براى مردم و راهنما و پندآموز پرهيزگاران است.

اين بيانيه‏ايست براى عموم مردم و هدايت و پنديست براى همه پرهيزكاران.

این [قرآن] برای مردم، بیانگر [حوادث و واقعیات] و برای پرهیزکاران، سراسر هدایت و اندرز است.

اين قرآن بيانى است براى مردم و راهنما و پندى است براى پرهيزكاران

اين [قرآن‏] براى مردم، بيانى، و براى پرهيزگاران رهنمود و اندرزى است.

اين بيانى است براى مردم و براى پرهيزگاران هدايت و پندى است.

اين بيانى است براى مردم، و هدايت و پندى است براى پرهيزگاران.

اين بيانى است براى مردمان و هدايت و پندى است از براى پرهيزگاران

اين [حكايات راستين‏] براى مردم روشنگرى و راهنما و پندى براى پرهيزگاران است

این، بیانی است برای عموم مردم؛ و هدایت و اندرزی است برای پرهیزگاران!

اين بيانى است براى مردم، و رهنمونى [به راه راست‏] و پندى براى پرهيزگاران.

اين بيانى است براى مردمان و هدايت و پندى است از براى پرهيزگاران

اين بيانى است براى مردم و راهنمائى و اندرزى براى پرهيزكاران

این آیات حجت و بیانی است برای (عموم) مردم، و راهنما و پندی برای پرهیزکاران.

اين اعلامي است براي مردم و هدايت و تعاليم روشنگري است براي پرهيزكاران.

This (is) evidence/logic to the people and guidance, and a sermon/advice/warning to the fearing and obeying.

This (the Quran) is a plain statement for mankind, a guidance and instruction to those who are Al-Muttaqoon (the pious – see V.:).

This is an exposition for mankind, and a guidance, and an admonition for such as are godfearing.
