وَ واعَدْنا مُوسى ثَلاثِينَ لَيْلَةً وَ أَتْمَمْناها بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ مِيقاتُ رَبِّهِ أَرْبَعِينَ لَيْلَةً وَ قالَ مُوسى لأَِخِيهِ هارُونَ اخْلُفْنِي فِي قَوْمِي وَ أَصْلِحْ وَ لا تَتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ

و واعدنا موسى ثلاثين ليلة و أتممناها بعشر فتمّ ميقات ربّه أربعين ليلة و قال موسى لأخيه هارون اخلفني في قومي و أصلح و لا تتّبع سبيل المفسدين

WawaAAadna moosa thalatheena laylatan waatmamnaha biAAashrin fatamma meeqatu rabbihi arbaAAeena laylatan waqala moosa li-akheehi haroona okhlufnee fee qawmee waaslih wala tattabiAA sabeela almufsideena

سي شب با موسي وعده نهاديم و ده شب ديگر بر آن افزوديم تا وعده ، پروردگارش چهل شب کامل شد و موسي به برادرش هارون گفت : بر قوم من جانشين من باش و راه صلاح پيش گير و به طريق مفسدان مرو

و با موسى سى شب وعده گذاشتيم، و آن را به ده شب ديگر پايان بخشيديم، چندانكه ميقات پروردگارش چهل شب كامل شد; و موسى به برادرش هارون گفت در ميان قوم من جانشين من باش و در اصلاح بكوش و از راه و روش اهل فساد پيروى مكن.

و ما با موسى براى سى شب وعده كرديم و بعد آن را با ده شب ديگر كامل نموديم. (بدينسان وعده پروردگارش با او در چهل شب پايان يافت. موسى به برادرش هارون گفت تو در ميان قوم، جانشين من باش، و (كار مردم را) اصلاح كن و هرگز از راه و روش فسادكاران پيروى مكن.

و با موسی [برای عبادتی ویژه و دریافت تورات] سی شب وعده گذاشتیم و آن را با [افزودن] ده شب کامل کردیم، پس میعادگاه پروردگارش به چهل شب پایان گرفت، و موسی [هنگامی که به میعادگاه می رفت] به برادرش هارون گفت: در میان قومم جانشین من باش و به اصلاح برخیز و از راه و روش مفسدان پیروی مکن.

و وعده داده بوديم موسى را (بار اول) سى شبانه روز و تمام كرديم آنرا بده شب ديگر پس سپرى شد هنگام نامزد كرده پروردگارش بچهل شبانه روز و گفت موسى (به هنگام رفتن بكوه طور) ببرادر خودش هارون تو جانشينم باش در ميان قوم من و بصلاح آر (كارهاى ايشان را كه شايسته اصلاح باشد) و پيروى مكن راه تبهكاران را

و با موسى، سى شب وعده گذاشتيم و آن را با ده شب ديگر تمام كرديم. تا آنكه وقت معين پروردگارش در چهل شب به سر آمد. و موسى [هنگام رفتن به كوه طور] به برادرش هارون گفت: «در ميان قوم من جانشينم باش، و [كار آنان را] اصلاح كن، و راه فسادگران را پيروى مكن.»

سى شب با موسى وعده گذارديم و با ده شب ديگر آن را كامل كرديم. آن گاه كه چهل شب وقت مقرر پروردگارش به پايان رسيد، موسى به برادرش هارون گفت: «در ميان قوم من جانشينم باش و به اصلاح امور پرداز و از روش مفسدان پيروى نكن.»

و وعده كرديم موسى را سى شب، و آن را با ده شب ديگر كامل كرديم، پس وقت مقرر پروردگارش، چهل شب تمام شد و موسى به برادرش هارون گفت: پس از من، در ميان قوم، بجاى من مى‏باش و اصلاح كن و از راه تباه كاران پيروى مكن.

و وعده داديم موسى را سى شب و تمام گردانيديم آنرا بده پس تمام شد وقت مقرر پروردگارش چهل شب و گفت موسى مر برادرش هرون را كه جانشين شو مرا در قومم و اصلاح كن و پيروى مكن راه فساد كنندگانرا

و با موسى سى شب وعده كرديم و آن [ميعاد] را به ده شب [ديگر] كامل ساختيم، پس ميعاد پروردگارش چهل شب كامل شد و موسى به برادرش هارون گفت: در ميان قومم جانشين من باش و درستكارى كن و از راه مفسدان پيروى مكن

و ما با موسی، سی شب وعده گذاشتیم؛ سپس آن را با ده شب (دیگر) تکمیل نمودیم؛ به این ترتیب، میعاد پروردگارش (با او)، چهل شب تمام شد. و موسی به برادرش هارون گفت: «جانشین من در میان قومم باش. و (آنها) را اصلاح کن! و از روش مفسدان، پیروی منما!»

و با موسى سى شب وعده نهاديم و آن را به ده شب ديگر كامل كرديم پس هنگام وعده پروردگارش به چهل شب- شبانه روز- تمام شد. و موسى به برادر خود هارون گفت: در ميان قوم من جانشين من باش و به صلاح و سامان كوش و راه تباهكاران را پيروى مكن.

و وعده داديم موسى را سى شب و تمام گردانيديم آنرا بده پس تمام شد وقت مقرر پروردگارش چهل شب و گفت موسى مر برادرش هارون را كه جانشين شو مرا در قومم و اصلاح كن و پيروى مكن راه فساد كنندگان را

و وعده نهاديم با موسى سى شب و تكميل آن كرديم به ده تا تا تمام شد ميعاد پروردگار او چهل شب و گفت موسى به برادرش هارون جانشينم باش در قومم و اصلاح كن و پيروى مكن از راه فسادكاران

و ما با موسی سی شب وعده قرار دادیم و ده شب دیگر بر آن افزودیم تا آنکه زمان وعده پروردگارش به چهل شب تکمیل شد. و موسی به برادر خود هارون گفت: تو اکنون جانشین من در قوم من باش و راه صلاح پیش گیر و پیرو راه اهل فساد مباش.

ما موسى را براى سى شب احضار كرديم و آن را با افزودن ده كامل نموديم. بنابراين، حضور او با پروردگارش چهل شب به طول انجاميد. موسى به برادرش هارون گفت: با قوم من همين جا بمان، پرهيزكارى را حفظ كن و از راه هاى فسادكاران پيروى نكن.

And We promised Moses thirty nights, and We completed it with ten, so his Lord’s appointed time/appointed time or place completed forty nights, and Moses said to his brother Aaron, «Be my successor in my nation, and correct/repair/reconciliate and do not follow the corrupting’s way/path .»

And We appointed for Moosa (Moses) thirty nights and added (to the period) ten (more), and he completed the term, appointed by his Lord, of forty nights. And Moosa (Moses) said to his brother Haroon (Aaron): «Replace me among my people, act in the Right Way (by ordering the people to obey Allah and to worship Him Alone) and follow not the way of the Mufsidoon (mischief-makers).»

And We appointed with Moses thirty nights and We completed them with ten, so the appointed time of his Lord was forty nights; and Moses said to his brother Aaron, ‹Be my successor among my people, and put things right, and do not follow the way of the workers of corruption.›

AND [then] We appointed for Moses thirty nights [on Mount Sinai]; and We added to them ten, whereby the term of forty nights set bye, his Sustainer was fulfilled.›

En wij bepaalden Mozes eene vaste van dertig nachten alvorens wij hem de wet gaven, en wij voegden er tien bij; en de bepaalden tijd van zijnen Heer was in veertig nachten vervuld. En Mozes zeide tot zijn broeder Aron, wees gij gedurende mijne afwezigheid, mijn afgezant bij mijn volk; handel oprecht en volg den weg der snooden niet.

And We appointed for Moses thirty nights and completed them with ten, so the appointed time of his Lord was completed at forty nights. And Moses said to his brother Aaron: "Be my successor with my people and be upright, and do not follow the path of the corrupters."

E fissammo per Mosè un termine di trenta notti, che completammo con altre dieci, affinché fosse raggiunto il termine di quaranta notti stabilito dal suo Signore. E Mosè disse a suo fratello Aronne: «Sostituiscimi alla guida del mio popolo, agisci bene e non seguire il sentiero dei corruttori».

And We appointed for Moosa (Moses) thirty nights and added (to the period) ten (more), and he completed the term, appointed by his Lord, of forty nights. And Moosa (Moses) said to his brother Haroon (Aaron): "Replace me among my people, act in the Right Way (by ordering the people to obey Allah and to worship Him Alone) and follow not the way of the Mufsidoon (mischief-makers)."

And We appointed with Musa a time of thirty nights and completed them with ten (more), so the appointed time of his Lord was complete forty nights, and Musa said to his brother Haroun: Take my place among my people, and act well and do not follow the way of the mischief-makers.

And when We did appoint for Moses thirty nights (of solitude), and added to them ten, and he completed the whole time appointed by his Lord of forty nights; and Moses said unto his brother, Aaron: Take my place among the people. Do right, and follow not the way of mischief-makers.

And we appointed for Moses thirty nights, and completed them with ten (more), so that the time appointed by his Lord was completed to forty nights. And Moses said unto his brother Aaron, ‹Be thou my vicegerent amongst my people, and do what is right, and follow not the path of the evildoers.›

We appointed for Moses thirty nights, and We completed them with ten more; so that the appointment with his Lord took forty nights. Moses said to Aaron, his brother: ‹Take my place among my nation. Do what is right and do not follow the path of the corrupt doers. ‹

We summoned Moses for one month and ten days to instruct him about the future program (2:51). The complete term would take forty nights, in two stages of thirty and ten to make it easy for him. Before leaving for Mount Sinai, Moses assigned his brother Aaron, as his deputy and told him to keep social order after him and not to be intimidated by the problem makers.

We summoned Moses for thirty nights, and completed them by adding ten. Thus, the audience with his Lord lasted forty nights. Moses said to his brother Aaron, «Stay here with my people, maintain righteousness, and do not follow the ways of the corruptors.»

And we appointed a meeting with Moses for thirty nights, which we completed with ten other nights, so that his whole time with his Lord amounted to forty nights. Then said Moses to his brother Aaron, «Take thou my place among my people, and act rightly, and follow not the way of the corrupt doers.»

And We appointed unto Moses a fast of thirty nights before we gave him the law, and We completed them by adding of ten more; and the stated time of his Lord was fulfilled in forty nights. And Moses said unto his brother Aaron, be thou my deputy among my people during my absence; and behave uprightly, and follow not the way of the corrupt doers.

And WE made Moses a promise of thirty nights and supplemented them with ten. Thus the period appointed by his Lord was completed – forty nights. And Moses said to his brother, Aaron, `Take my place amongst my people in my absence, and manage them well and follow not the way of the mischief-makers.›

Alsdann gaben Wir Moses eine Verheißung von dreißig Nächten und ergänzten sie mit zehn. So war die festgesetzte Zeit seines Herrn vollendet – vierzig Nächte. Und Moses sprach zu seinem Bruder Aaron: «Vertritt mich bei meinem Volk und führe (es) richtig und folge nicht dem Pfade derer, die Unfrieden stiften.»

Назначили Мы Мусе срок из тридцати ночей, ■ Его дополнили потом еще дестью ночами, ■ И так свершилось в срок из сорока ночей ■ (Общение его с) твоим Владыкой. ■ И молвил Муса брату своему, Харуну: ■ «Ты заступи меня в моем народе, ■ Блюди порядок там, и благочестие (храни), ■ И не иди стезею нечестивых».

Мусаны тур тавында утыз кичә вә утыз көн тотмак белән вәгъдә кылдык, вә ул утыз көнне янә ун көн кушып тәмам иттек, Раббысының вәгъдәсе кырык кичтә тәмам булды. Муса, Тур тавына киткәндә кардәше Һарунга әйтте: «Каумем арасында минем урынымда кал һәм аларның эшләрен төзек кыл вә бозыклык кылучылар юлына кермә!»

اور ہم نے موسیٰ سے تیس رات کی میعاد مقرر کی۔ اور اس دس (راتیں) اور ملا کر اسے پورا (چلّہ) کردیا تو اس کے پروردگار کی چالیس رات کی میعاد پوری ہوگئی۔ اور موسیٰ نے اپنے بھائی ہارون سے کہا کہ میرے (کوہِٰ طور پر جانے کے) بعد تم میری قوم میں میرے جانشین ہو (ان کی) اصلاح کرتے رہنا ٹھیک اور شریروں کے رستے نہ چلنا

اور ہم نے موسٰی (علیہ السلام) سے تیس راتوں کا وعدہ فرمایا اور ہم نے اسے (مزید) دس (راتیں) ملا کر پورا کیا، سو ان کے رب کی (مقرر کردہ) میعاد چالیس راتوں میں پوری ہوگئی۔ اور موسٰی (علیہ السلام) نے اپنے بھائی ہارون (علیہ السلام) سے فرمایا: تم (اس دوران) میری قوم میں میرے جانشین رہنا اور (ان کی) اصلاح کرتے رہنا اور فساد کرنے والوں کی راہ پر نہ چلنا (یعنی انہیں اس راہ پر نہ چلنے دینا)،
