وَ أَصْحابُ الأْشَ‏يْكَةِ وَ قَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ كُلٌّ كَذَّبَ الرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ وَعِيدِ

و أصحاب الأش‏يكة و قوم تبّع كلّ كذّب الرّسل فحقّ وعيد

Waas–habu al-aykati waqawmu tubbaAAin kullun kaththaba alrrusula fahaqqa waAAeedi

و اصحاب ايکه و قوم تبع ، همه پيامبران را دروغ شمردند و مستحق وعده عذاب من شدند

و اهل ايكه، و قوم تبع همگان پيامبران را دروغزن شمردند، آنگاه عقاب من بر آنان تعلق گرفت.

و نيز اصحاب «ايكه» و قوم «تبع» همه پيامبرانشان را مورد تكذيب قرار داده‏اند و مستوجب عذاب گشتند.

و اصحاب ایکه و قوم تُبّع همگی پیامبران را تکذیب کردند، پس تهدیدم [به نزول عذاب] بر آنان محقق و ثابت شد.

و اهل آن جنگل (شعيب را) و قوم تبع (تبع را) همه ايشان دروغ پنداشتند همه پيمبران را پس لازم گشت (بر ايشان) عذاب من

و بيشه‏نشينان و قوم تُبّع به تكذيب پرداختند؛ همگى فرستادگان [ما] را به دروغ گرفتند و [در نتيجه‏] تهديد [من‏] واجب آمد.

و اصحاب ايكه و قوم تبّع همگى رسولان را تكذيب كردند و استحقاق وعده عذاب را يافتند.

و ياران «ايكه» و گروه «تبّع» كه [در يمن بودند] همه رسولان را تكذيب كردند. پس عذاب من [برايشان‏] واجب شد.

و اصحاب ايكه و قوم تبع همگى تكذيب كردند رسولان را پس لازم شد وعيدم

و اهل «ايكه» و قوم «تبّع» هر يك رسولان را دروغ انگاشتند، آن گاه بيم من [در حقّ آنان‏] به راستى پيوست

و «اصحاب الایکه» [= قوم شعیب‌] و قوم تبّع (که در سرزمین یمن زندگی می‌کردند)، هر یک از آنها فرستادگان الهی را تکذیب کردند و وعده عذاب درباره آنان تحقّق یافت!

و اهل ايكه- قوم شعيب- و قوم تُبّع همگى پيامبران را دروغگو شمردند پس وعده من به عذاب بر آنها سزا گشت.

و اصحاب ايكه و قوم تبع همگى تكذيب كردند رسولان را پس لازم شد وعيدم

ياران اَيكه و قوم تُبّع هر كدام تكذيب كردند پيمبران را پس فرود آمد (يا سزاوار شد) بيم دادن مرا

و اصحاب ایکه (امت شعیب) و قوم تبّع (پادشاه یمن) همه رسولان حق را تکذیب کردند تا وعده عذاب من بر آنان حتم و واجب گردید.

و اصحاب چوب و قوم تبع. همه آنها رسولان را باور نكردند و درنتيجه، عذاب من بر آنها فرود آمد.

And the thicket’s/dense tangled trees› owners/company, and Tubas› nation, each/all denied/falsified the messengers, so (they) deserved My threat.

And the dwellers of the Wood, and the people of Tubba; everyone of them denied (their) Messengers, so My Threat took effect.

the men of the Thicket, the people of Tubba›. Every one cried lies to the Messengers, and My threat came true.

and the dwellers of the wooded dales [of Madyan], and the people of Tubba: [Regarding «the people of Tubba», see 44:37 and the corresponding note. The «dwellers of the wooded dales» are the people of Madyan (the Biblical Midian), as is evident from 26:176 ff. Their story is found in the Quran in several places; for the most detailed version, see 11:84-95.] they all gave the lie to the apostles – and thereupon that whereof I had warned [them] came true.

En de bewoners van het woud nabij Midian en het volk van Tobba; die allen beschuldigden de profeten van bedrog; daarom werden de vonnissen, waarmede ik dreigde, hun rechtvaardig opgelegd.

And the people of the forest, and the people of Tubba`. All of them disbelieved the messengers, so the promise came to pass.

e le genti di al-‹Aykah e il popolo di Tubba›: tutti quanti accusarono di menzogna i messaggeri. La Mia minaccia dunque si realizzò.

And the dwellers of the Wood, and the people of Tubba; everyone of them denied (their) Messengers, so My Threat took effect.

жители Айки и народ Тубба (Тобба). Все они сочли лжецами посланников, и сбылась Моя угроза.

жители ал-Айки, народ Тубба – все они не признали посланников, и их поразило то, чем Я угрожал.

And the dwellers of the grove and the people of Tuba; all rejected the messengers, so My threat came to pass.

And the dwellers in the wood, and the folk of Tubb’a: every one denied their messengers, therefor My threat took effect.

and the fellows of the Grove and the people of Tubbah all called the prophets liars, and the threat was duly executed.

Eykeliler, Tübba› kavmi de. Hepsi resulleri yalanladı da duyurulan azap hak oldu.

the dwellers of the Thicket and the nation of Tubba›, all belied their Messengers, therefore My threat was realized.

And the dwellers in the wooded dales (of Midyan), and the nation of King Tubba›. All of them denied their Messengers, so My warning came to pass. (44:37).

And the dwellers of the woods, and the people of Tubba`. All of them disbelieved the messengers and, consequently, My retribution befell them.

and the dwellers in the forest, and the people of Tobba, all gave the lie to their prophets: justly, therefore, were the menaces inflicted.

and the inhabitants of the wood near Midian, and the people of Tobba: All these accused the Apostles of imposture; wherefore the judgements which I threatened were justly inflicted on them.

And the dwellers of the Wood, and the people of Tubba. All of them rejected the Messengers with the result that MY threatened punishment befell them.

Und die Waldbewohner und das Volk von Tubba. Alle diese verwarfen die Gesandten. Darum ward Meine Drohung wirksam.

И обитатели Зеленой Рощи, ■ И люди Тубба, – все они ■ Посланников Моих отвергли, ■ И вот на них сбылось Мое предупреждение (о каре).

Вә Әйкә кавеме, вә Түббәгъ кавеме болар бар да пәйгамбәрне ялганга тоттылар, һәм аларга ґәзаб вәгъдәбез иреште.

اور بن کے رہنے والے اور تُبّع کی قوم۔ (غرض) ان سب نے پیغمبروں کو جھٹلایا تو ہمارا وعید (عذاب) بھی پورا ہو کر رہا

اور (مَدیَن کے گھنے درختوں والے بَن) اَیکہ کے رہنے والوں نے (یہ قومِ شعیب تھی) اور (بادشاہِ یَمن اسعَد ابوکریب) تُبّع (الحِمیَری) کی قوم نے، (الغرض اِن) سب نے رسولوں کو جھٹلایا، پس (اِن پر) میرا وعدۂ عذاب ثابت ہو کر رہا،
