لَقَدْ أَخَذْنا مِيثاقَ بَنِي إِسْرائِيلَ وَ أَرْسَلْنا إِلَيْهِمْ رُسُلاً كُلَّما جاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ بِما لا تَهْوى أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَرِيقاً كَذَّبُوا وَ فَرِيقاً يَقْتُلُونَ

لقد أخذنا ميثاق بني إسرائيل و أرسلنا إليهم رسلا كلّما جاءهم رسول بما لا تهوى أنفسهم فريقا كذّبوا و فريقا يقتلون

Laqad akhathna meethaqa banee isra-eela waarsalna ilayhim rusulan kullama jaahum rasoolun bima la tahwa anfusuhum fareeqan kaththaboo wafareeqan yaqtuloona

ما از بني اسرائيل پيمان گرفتيم و پيامبراني برايشان فرستاديم هر گاه که پيامبري چيزي مي گفت که با خواهش دلشان موافق نبود ، گروهي را تکذيب مي کردند و گروهي را مي کشتند

به راستى از بنى اسراييل پيمان گرفتيم و به سوى آنان پيامبرانى فرستاديم، [ام] هر گاه كه پيامبرى احكامى بر خلاف دلخواهشان برايشان آورد، گروهى را دروغگو انگاشتند و گروهى را كشتند.

ما از بنى اسرائيل تعهد ايمان گرفتيم و پيامبرانى به سوى آنان فرستاديم، ولى هر زمان پيامبرى بر خلاف تمايلات آنان مى‏آمد، عده‏اى را تكذيب و عده‏اى را مى‏كشتند.

البته ما از بنی اسرائیل [بر اطاعت از خدا و پیروی از موسی] پیمان گرفتیم و پیامبرانی به سوی ایشان فرستادیم؛ هرگاه پیامبری احکام و قوانینی که دلخواهشان نبود برای آنان می آورد، گروهی را تکذیب کرده و گروهی را می کشتند!!

بعزتم سوگند كه گرفتيم پيمان از بنى اسرائيل (كه به محمد ص ايمان آورند) و فرستاديم بسويشان پيامبرانى هرگاه آمد بديشان پيمبرى با حكمى كه نمى‏خواست نفسهاى ايشان (موافق دلخواه شان نبود) گروهى را تكذيب كردند و گروهى را مى كشتند

ما از فرزندان اسرائيل سخت پيمان گرفتيم، و به سويشان پيامبرانى روانه كرديم. هر بار پيامبرى چيزى بر خلاف دلخواهشان برايشان آورد، گروهى را تكذيب مى‏كردند و گروهى را مى‏كشتند.

از بنى اسرائيل پيمان گرفتيم و رسولانى به سراغ آنها فرستاديم، هر گاه پيامبرى بر خلاف ميل درونى آنها مى‏آمد، گروهى را تكذيب مى‏كردند و گروهى را مى‏كشتند.

بى‏گمان ما پيمان بنى اسرائيل بگرفتيم و به سوى آنان فرستادگانى فرستاديم. هر گاه فرستاده‏اى به ايشان آمد- [و] چيزى آورد كه به دل خواهشان نبود- گروهى [از آنها] را تكذيب كردند و گروهى را كشتند.

هر آينه گرفتيم پيمان فرزندان يعقوب را و فرستاديم بسوى ايشان رسولانى چند هر گاه كه آمد ايشانرا پيغمبرى بآنچه نه آرزومند بود نفسهاشان گروهى را تكذيب كردند و گروهى را مى كشند

به راستى از بنى اسرائيل پيمان گرفتيم و رسولانى به سوى آنان فرستاديم. هر گاه كه فرستاده‏اى برايشان چيزى مى‏آورد كه دلهايشان خوش نداشت، گروهى را دروغگو انگاشتند و گروهى را مى‏كشتند

ما از بنی اسرائیل پیمان گرفتیم؛ و رسولانی به سوی آنها فرستادیم؛ (ولی) هر زمان پیامبری حکمی بر خلاف هوسها و دلخواه آنها می‌آورد، عده‌ای را تکذیب می‌کردند؛ و عده‌ای را می‌کشتند.

هر آينه از فرزندان يعقوب پيمان گرفتيم و پيامبرانى سوى آنان گسيل داشتيم، هر گاه آنان را پيامبرى آمد بدانچه خوشايندشان نبود، گروهى را دروغزن شمردند و گروهى را كشتند.

هر آينه گرفتيم پيمان فرزندان يعقوب را و فرستاديم بسوى ايشان رسولانى چند هر گاه كه آمد ايشان را پيغمبرى بآنچه نه آرزومند بود نفسهاشان گروهى را تكذيب كردند و گروهى را مى كشند

همانا گرفتيم پيمان بنى اسرائيل را و فرستاديم بسوى آنان پيمبرانى هرگاه مى آمدشان پيمبرى بدانچه هوس نمى كرد دلهاى ايشان گروهى را دروغگو شمردند و كشتند گروهى را

ما از بنی اسرائیل پیمان گرفتیم و پیغمبرانی بر آنها فرستادیم؛ اما هر گاه رسولی آمد که بر خلاف هوای نفس آنها سخن گفت، گروهی را تکذیب کرده و گروهی را می‌کشتند.

ما از بني اسراييل عهدي گرفته ايم و براي آنها رسولاني فرستاده ايم. هرگاه رسولي با آنچه كه دوست نداشتند، نزدشان رفت، بعضي از آنها را تكذيب كردند و بعضي را كشتند.

We had taken Israel’s sons› and daughters› promise/covenant, and We sent to them messengers, whenever a messenger came to them with what their selves do not desire, a group (some) they denied, and a group (some) they kill.

Verily, We took the covenant of the Children of Israel and sent them Messengers. Whenever there came to them a Messenger with what they themselves desired not – a group of them they called liars, and others among them they killed.

And We took compact with the Children of Israel, and We sent Messengers to them. Whensoever there came to them a Messenger with that their souls had not desire for, some they cried lies to, and some they slew.

INDEED, We accepted a solemn pledge from the children of Israel, and We sent apostles unto them; [but] every time an apostle came unto them with anything that was not to their liking, [they rebelled:] to some of them they gave the lie, while others they would slay,

Wij hebben vroeger het verbond van de kinderen Israls aangenomen en gezanten tot hen gezonden. Zoo dikwijls een apostel tot hen kwam, met dat wat hunne zielen niet begeerden, beschuldigden zij sommigen van hen van misleiding, en doodden eenigen van hen.

We have taken the covenant of the Children of Israel and We sent to them Our messengers. Every time a messenger came to them with what their souls did not desire, a group of them they would reject, and a group of them they would kill.

Accettammo il patto dei Figli di Israele e inviammo loro i messaggeri. Ogni volta che un messaggero recò loro qualcosa che i loro animi non desideravano, ne tacciarono di menzogna alcuni e ne uccisero altri.

Verily, We took the covenant of the Children of Israel and sent them Messengers. Whenever there came to them a Messenger with what they themselves desired not – a group of them they called liars, and others among them they killed.

Мы уже заключили завет с сынами Исраила (Израиля) и отправили к ним посланников. Каждый раз, когда посланники приносили им то, что им было не по душе, они нарекали лжецами одних и убивали других.

Мы взяли завет с сынов Исраила и направили к ним посланников. И каждый раз, когда к ним являлись посланники, [призывая] к тому, что не нравилось их сердцам, они одних объявляли лжецами, а других убивали,

Certainly We made a covenant with the children of Israel and We sent to them messengers; whenever there came to them an messenger with what that their souls did not desire, some (of them) did they call liars and some they slew.

We made a covenant of old with the Children of Israel and We sent unto them messengers. As often as a messenger came unto them with that which their souls desired not (they became rebellious). Some (of them) they denied and some they slew.

We took a compact of the children of Israel, and we sent to them apostles; every time there came to them an apostle with what their souls loved not, a part of them they did call liars and a part of them they slew.

Yemin olsun ki biz, İsrailoğullarının kesin sözlerini almış da onlara resuller göndermiştik. Ne zaman bir resul onlara nefislerinin hoşlanmadığı birşeyi getirdiyse bir kısmını yalanladılar; bir kısmını da öldürüyorlardı.

We took a covenant with the Children of Israel and sent forth Messengers to them. But whenever a Messenger came to them with that which did not suit their fancies they belied some and killed others.

We made a Covenant with the Children of Israel to follow the Commandments, and sent Messengers to them. Whenever We sent a Messenger to them with anything that clashed with their desires, some of them they rejected, and some they even killed.

We have taken a covenant from the Children of Israel, and we sent to them messengers. Whenever a messenger went to them with anything they disliked, some of them they rejected, and some they killed.

Of old we accepted the covenant of the children of Israel, and sent Apostles to them. Oft as an Apostle came to them with that for which they had no desire, some they treated as liars, and some they slew;

We formerly accepted the covenant of the children of Israel, and sent Apostles unto them. So often as an Apostle came unto them with that which their souls desired not, they accused some of them of imposture, and some of them they killed:

Surely WE took a covenant from the Children of Israel, and WE sent Messengers to them. But every time there came to them a Messenger with what their hearts desired not, they treated some as liars, and some they sought to kill.

Wir hatten einen Bund mit den Kindern Israels geschlossen und Gesandte zu ihnen geschickt. Sooft aber ein Gesandter zu ihnen kam mit etwas, das ihre Herzen nicht wünschten, behandelten sie einige darunter als Lügner und suchten andere zu töten.

Скрепили Мы Завет с сынами Исраиля ■ И к ним отправили посланников Своих. ■ Но всякий раз, когда посланник приходил ■ И приносил им то, чего их души не желали, ■ Они одних лжецами объявляли, ■ Других же убивали (без суда).

Тәхкыйк бәни Исраилдән Тәүрат белән гамәл кылырсыз дип ґәһед алдык һәм аларга рәсүлләр күндердек. Һәркайчан аларга расүл килсә аларның күңелләре яратмый торган Аллаһуның гадел хөкемнәре белән, алар рәсүлләрнең бәгъзеләрен ялганга тоттылар, бәгъзесен үтерделәр. (Яхъя вә Зәкәряне).

ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے عہد بھی لیا اور ان کی طرف پیغمبر بھی بھیجے (لیکن) جب کوئی پیغمبر ان کے پاس ایسی باتیں لےکر آتا جن کو ان کے دل نہیں چاہتے تھے تو وہ (انبیاء کی) ایک جماعت کو تو جھٹلا دیتے اور ایک جماعت کو قتل کر دیتے تھے

بیشک ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے عہد (بھی) لیا اور ہم نے ان کی طرف (بہت سے) پیغمبر (بھی) بھیجے، (مگر) جب بھی ان کے پاس کوئی پیغمبر ایسا حکم لایا جسے ان کے نفس نہیں چاہتے تھے تو انہوں نے (انبیاء کی) ایک جماعت کو جھٹلایا اور ایک کو (مسلسل) قتل کرتے رہے،
