أَ فَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلى ما بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَ ما خَلْفَهُمْ مِنَ السَّماءِ وَ الأَْرْضِ إِنْ نَشَأْ نَخْسِفْ بِهِمُ الأَْرْضَ أَوْ نُسْقِطْ عَلَيْهِمْ كِسَفاً مِنَ السَّماءِ إِنَّ فِي ذلِكَ لآَيَةً لِكُلِّ عَبْدٍ مُنِيبٍ

أ فلم يروا إلى ما بين أيديهم و ما خلفهم من السّماء و الأرض إن نشأ نخسف بهم الأرض أو نسقط عليهم كسفا من السّماء إنّ في ذلك لآية لكلّ عبد منيب

Afalam yaraw ila ma bayna aydeehim wama khalfahum mina alssama-i waal-ardi in nasha/ nakhsif bihimu al-arda aw nusqit AAalayhim kisafan mina alssama-i inna fee thalika laayatan likulli AAabdin muneebin

آيا به پيش روي يا پشت سر خود از آسمانها و زمين نمي نگرند ؟ اگر بخواهيم ، آنها را در زمين فرو مي بريم يا قطعه اي از آسمان را بر سرشان مي افکنيم و در اين براي هر بنده اي که به خدا باز مي گردد عبرتي است

آيا آسمان و زمينى را كه پيش روى و پشت ايشان است ننگريسته اند؟ اگر خواهيم به زمين فرو بريمشان، يا بر آنان پاره اى از آسمان را فرو اندازيم; در اين امر براى هر بنده توبه كار، مايه عبرتى است.

آيا به آسمان و زمين كه از هر طرف آنها را احاطه كرده است بدقت نمى‏نگرند؟ اگر ما بخواهيم آنها را در زمين فرو مى‏بريم يا قسمتى از آسمان را بر سرشان فرود مى‏آوريم. مسلما در آن نشانه‏هائيست براى هر بنده‏اى كه روى بدرگاه خدا آورد.

آیا به آنچه از آسمان و زمین پیش رو و پشت سر آنان است، ننگریستند [که همان خدایی که جهان هستی را آفرید بر زنده کردن مردگان تواناست؟] ما اگر بخواهیم آنان را در زمین فرو می بریم یا پاره هایی از آسمان را بر سرشان می افکنیم؛ بی تردید در این [آفرینش] برای هر بنده بازگشت کننده، نشانه ای [بر قدرت خدا] ست.

آيا كافران ننگرند به سوى آنچه پيش روى ايشان است و آنچه از پس ايشان است از آسمان و زمين (كه چگونه بديشان احاطه كرده) اگر بخواهيم فرو بريمشان به زمين يا افكنيم بر ايشان پاره‏اى از آسمان را (و نابودشان كنيم) البته در اين (احاطه آسمان و زمين) دليلى است براى هر بنده‏اى كه (بسوى خدا) بازگشت كننده است

آيا به آنچه -از آسمان و زمين- در دسترسشان و پشت سرشان است ننگريسته‏اند؟ اگر بخواهيم آنان را در زمين فرو مى‏بريم، يا پاره‏سنگهايى از آسمان بر سرشان مى‏افكنيم. قطعاً در اين [تهديد] براى هر بنده توبه‏كارى عبرت است.

مگر به پيش رو و پشت سر خود و آسمان و زمين نگاه نمى‏كنند؟ اگر بخواهيم آنها را در زمين فرو مى‏بريم يا تكه‏اى از آسمان را بر سرشان مى‏افكنيم و در اين عبرتى است براى بنده‏اى كه به خدا باز مى‏گردد.

آيا نمى‏نگرند بدانچه پيش ايشان است و از پيش ايشان از آسمان و زمين؟ [آنها را خدا آفريده‏]، اگر خواهيم آنها را در زمين فرو بريم، يا پاره‏هايى از آسمان بر آنها فرو افكنيم. بيگمان در اين [امور] نشانه‏هايى است براى هر بنده باز گردنده بحقّ.

آيا پس ننگريستند بسوى آنچه باشد ميان دستهاشان و آنچه باشد پشت سرشان از آسمان و زمين اگر خواهيم فرو بريم ايشانرا بزمين يا فرو اندازيم برايشان پاره‏ها از آسمان بدرستيكه در آن هر آينه آيتى است بهر بنده بازگشت كننده

آيا به آسمان و زمينى كه فرا روى آنان و پشت سرشان [آنان را فرا گرفته‏] است، ننگريسته‏اند؟ اگر بخواهيم آنان را در زمين فرو بريم يا پاره‏هايى از آسمان بر آنان افكنيم. بى گمان در اين [امر] براى هر بنده باز گشت كننده به [سوى حق‏] مايه عبرتى است

آیا به آنچه پیش رو و پشت سر آنان از آسمان و زمین قرار دارد نگاه نکردند (تا به قدرت خدا بر همه چیز واقف شوند)؟! اگر ما بخواهیم آنها را (با یک زمین‌لرزه) در زمین فرومی‌بریم، یا قطعه‌هایی از سنگهای آسمانی را بر آنها فرومی‌ریزیم؛ در این نشانه‌ای است (بر قدرت خدا) برای هر بنده توبه‌کار!

آيا به آنچه فرارويشان و آنچه پشت سرشان است از آسمان و زمين ننگريسته‏اند؟ اگر خواهيم آنان را در زمين فرو بريم يا پاره‏اى از آسمان را بر آنان فروافكنيم. هر آينه در اين [هشدار] براى هر بنده بازگردنده [به خداوند] نشانه و عبرتى است.

آيا پس ننگريستند بسوى آنچه باشد ميان دستهاشان و آنچه باشد پشت سرشان از آسمان و زمين اگر خواهيم فرو بريم ايشان را بزمين يا فرو اندازيم بر ايشان پاره‏ها از آسمان بدرستى كه در آن هر آينه آيتى است بهر بنده بازگشت كننده

آيا ننگرند بدانچه پيش روى ايشان است و آنچه پشت سر ايشان است از آسمان و زمين كه اگر خواهيم فروبريمشان در زمين يا افكنيم بر ايشان پاره هائى از آسمان همانا در اين است آيتى براى هر بنده بازگشت كننده

آیا (کافران منکر قیامت) به آسمان و زمین که بر آنها از پیش و پس احاطه کرده ننگریستند (تا از حکمت خلقت پی به زندگانی ابدی قیامت برند) که اگر ما بخواهیم آنها را به زمین فرو می‌بریم یا یک قطعه از آسمان را بر سرشان فرود آوریم؟همانا در آن آیتی (از حکمت و قدرت ما) بر هر بنده خدا شناس با اخلاص به خوبی پدیدار است.

آيا آنها همه چيز را در جلو و پشت سر خود در آسمان و زمين نديده اند؟ اگر مي خواستيم، مي توانستيم باعث شويم كه زمين آنها را ببلعد، يا پاره هايي از آسمان بر آنها فرو افتد. اين مدرك بايد براي هر بنده فرمانبرداري كافي باشد.

Do they not see/understand to what (is) between their hands and what (is) behind them, from the sky/space and the earth/Planet Earth? If We will/want We make the earth/Planet Earth sink down/disappear or We drop on them pieces from the sky/space, that truly in that (is) an evidence/sign (E) to every/each repenting/returning to God slave/worshipper .

See they not what is before them and what is behind them, of the heaven and the earth? If We will, We shall sink the earth with them, or cause a piece of the heaven to fall upon them. Verily, in this is a sign for every faithful believer that (believes in the Oneness of Allah), and turns to Allah (in all affairs with humility and in repentance).

Have they not regarded what lies before them and what lies behind them of heaven and earth? Did We will, We would make the earth to swallow them, or We would drop down on them lumps from heaven. Surely in that is a sign to every penitent servant.

Are they, then, not aware of how little of the sky and the earth lies open before them, and how much is hidden from them? [Lit., «… not aware of what of the sky and the earth is between their hands, and what is behind them»: an idiomatic phrase explained in surah 2:255. In the present context – as well as in 2:255 – the above phrase stresses the insignificance of the knowledge attained to by man, or accessible to him; hence, so the argument goes, how can anyone be so presumptuous as to deny the reality of resurrection and life after death, seeing that it is a phenomenon beyond man’s experience, while, on the other hand, everything within the universe points to God’s unlimited creative power?] – [or that,] if We so willed, We could cause the earth to swallow them, [I.e., in an earthquake.] or cause fragments of the sky to fall down upon them? [This allusion to unpredictable geological and cosmic occurrences – earthquakes, the fall of meteors and meteorites, cosmic rays, and so forth – reinforces the statement about «how little of the sky and the earth lies open before them, and how much is hidden from them», and contrasts man’s insignificance with God’s omniscience and almightiness.]

Hebben zij dus niet overwogen, wat voor hen is en wat achter hen is, van den hemel en de aarde? Indien het ons behaagt, zullen wij de aarde zich doen openen en hen verzwelgen, en zullen wij een deel des hemels op hen doen nedervallen; waarlijk hierin is een teeken voor iederen dienaar, die zich tot God keert.

Have they not seen to all that is before them and behind them, in the heaven and the Earth? If We wished, We could cause the Earth to swallow them, or cause pieces of the sky to fall on them. In this is a sign for every obedient servant.

Non vedono forse quel che di cielo e di terra c’è davanti a loro e dietro di loro? Se volessimo, li faremmo inghiottire dalla terra o [faremmo] cadere su di loro brandelli di cielo! In verità in ciò vi è un segno per ogni servo [che torna a Lui] pentito.

See they not what is before them and what is behind them, of the heaven and the earth? If We will, We shall sink the earth with them, or cause a piece of the heaven to fall upon them. Verily, in this is a sign for every faithful believer that (believes in the Oneness of Allah), and turns to Allah (in all affairs with humility and in repentance).

Неужели они не видят того, что перед ними и что позади них на небе и на земле? Если Мы пожелаем, то заставим землю поглотить их или же низринем на них кусок неба. Воистину, в этом – знамение для каждого раскаивающегося раба.

Do they not then consider what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and the earth? If We please We will make them disappear in the land or bring down upon them a portion from the heaven; most surely there is a sign in this for every servant turning (to Allah).

Have they not observed what is before them and what is behind them of the sky and the earth? If We will, We can make the earth swallow them, or cause obliteration from the sky to fall on them. Lo! herein surely is a portent for every slave who turneth (to Allah) repentant.

Have they not looked at what is before them and what is behind them of the heaven and the earth? if we pleased we would cleave the earth open with them, or we would make to fall upon them a portion of the heaven; verily, in that is a sign to every repentant servant.

Onlar, önlerinde ve arkalarında, gökten ve yerden neler var, görmediler mi? Dilesek onları yere batırırız, ya da üzerlerine gökten parçalar düşürürüz. Hiç kuşkusuz, bütün bunlarda Allah’a yönelen her kul için mutlak bir ibret vardır.

Have they not seen what is before them and behind them in heaven and earth? If We willed, We would make the earth swallow them up, or We would let lumps from heaven fall down on them. Surely, there is a sign in this for every penitent worshiper.

Have they not observed the heaven and the earth however little lies open before them, and however much is hidden from them? If We so Willed, We could have caused the earth to swallow them, or caused masses from the sky fall down upon them. Therein, behold, is a Sign for every servant who turns to his Lord.

Have they not seen all the things in front of them and behind them, in the heaven and the earth? If we willed, we could have caused the earth to swallow them, or caused masses to fall on them from the sky. This should be a sufficient proof for every obedient servant.

What! have they never contemplated that which is before them and behind them, the Heaven and the Earth? If such were our pleasure, we could sink them into that Earth, or cause a portion of that Heaven to fall upon them! herein truly is a sign for our every returning servant.

Have they not therefore considered what is before them, and what is behind them, of the heaven and the earth? If We please, We will cause the earth to open and swallow them up, or will cause a piece of the heaven to fall upon them: Verily herein is a sign unto every servant, who turneth unto God.

Do they not see how they are encompassed by that which is before them and that which is behind them of the heaven and the earth ? If WE please, WE could cause the earth to sink with them, or cause pieces of the sky to fall upon them. In that verily is a Sign for every repentant servant of ALLAH.

Haben sie denn nicht gesehen, was vor ihnen ist und was hinter ihnen ist vom Himmel und von der Erde? Wenn Wir wollten, könnten Wir sie im Lande zunichte machen oder Stücke von Wolken auf sie fallen lassen. Hierin ist wahrlich ein Zeichen für jeden Diener, der sich bekehrt.

Не видят ли они перед собой и за своей (спиной), ■ Что из небесных (таинств) и земных ■ (Глазам их Господом открыто)? ■ И если б Мы того желали, ■ Мы повелели бы земле ■ (Разверзнуться под их ногами) ■ И (разом) поглотить их всех ■ Иль сбросили б на них кусочек неба, – ■ В этом, поистине, знамение Господне ■ Для всякого служителя Его, ■ Кто с покаянием к Нему приходит.

Әйә алар аяк асларындагы җиргә вә өсләрендәге күккә игътибар илә карамыйлармы, әгәр теләсәк Без аларны җиргә батырыр идек, яки күктән өсләренә ут кисәкләрен яудырыр идек. Аллаһуның әйткән бу сүзләрендә, әлбәттә, тәүбә һәм итәгать белән Аллаһуга кайткан инсафлы кешеләр өчен гыйбрәт бардыр.

کیا انہوں نے اس کو نہیں دیکھا جو ان کے آگے اور پیچھے ہے یعنی آسمان اور زمین۔ اگر ہم چاہیں تو ان کو زمین میں دھنسا دیں یا ان پر آسمان کے ٹکڑے گرا دیں۔ اس میں ہر بندے کے لئے جو رجوع کرنے والا ہے ایک نشانی ہے

سو کیا انہوں نے اُن (نشانیوں) کو نہیں دیکھا جو آسمان اور زمین سے اُن کے آگے اور اُن کے پیچھے (انہیں گھیرے ہوئے) ہیں۔ اگر ہم چاہیں تو انہیں زمین میں دھنسا دیں یا اُن پر آسمان سے کچھ ٹکڑے گرا دیں، بیشک اس میں ہر اس بندے کے لئے نشانی ہے جو اﷲ کی طرف رجوع کرنے والا ہے،
