وَ ضَرَبَ لَنا مَثَلاً وَ نَسِيَ خَلْقَهُ قالَ مَنْ يُحْيِ الْعِظامَ وَ هِيَ رَمِيمٌ

و ضرب لنا مثلا و نسي خلقه قال من يحي العظام و هي رميم

Wadaraba lana mathalan wanasiya khalqahu qala man yuhyee alAAithama wahiya rameemun

در حالي که آفرينش خود را از ياد برده است ، براي ما مثل مي زند که چه کسي اين استخوانهاي پوسيده را زنده مي کند ؟

و براى ما مثل مى زند و آفرينش خود را فراموش مى كند; گويد چه كسى استخوانها را -در حالى كه پوسيده اند- از نو زنده مى گرداند؟

و براى ما مثل (جاهلانه) زد و در حالى كه خلقت خود را فراموش كرده بود، گفت: كيست كه استخوان‏هاى پوسيده را دوباره زنده گرداند؟ (و ما را با خودش در ناتوانى يكسان قرار داد).

در حالی که آفرینش نخستین خود را از یاد برده برای ما مثلی زد [و] گفت: چه کسی این استخوان ها را در حالی که پوسیده اند، زنده می کند؟

و بزد براى ما مثلى و فراموش كرد آفرينش خود را گفت كيست كه زنده كند استخوانها را در حاليكه آنها پوسيده شده

و براى ما مَثَلى آورد و آفرينش خود را فراموش كرد؛ گفت: «چه كسى اين استخوانها را كه چنين پوسيده است زندگى مى‏بخشد؟»

در حالى كه آفرينش خود را از ياد برده است براى ما مثل مى‏زند و مى‏گويد: «چه كسى اين استخوانهاى پوسيده را زنده مى‏كند؟»

و او براى ما مثلى زد و آفرينش خود را از ياد ببرد، [و] گفت: كى زنده خواهد كرد استخوانهايى را كه پوسيده است؟

و زد براى ما مثلى و فراموش كرد آفرينش خود را گفت كيست كه زنده كند استخوانها را و آنها پوسيده باشند

و براى ما مثلى آورد و آفرينش خود را فراموش كرد. گفت: چه كسى استخوانها را در حالى كه پوسيده‏اند زنده مى‏كند؟

و برای ما مثالی زد و آفرینش خود را فراموش کرد و گفت: «چه کسی این استخوانها را زنده می‌کند در حالی که پوسیده است؟!»

و براى ما مَثَلى زد- در زنده‏كردن مردگان- و آفرينش خود را فراموش كرده گفت: كيست كه استخوانها را در حالى كه پوسيده و خاك شده زنده مى‏كند؟

و زد براى ما مثلى و فراموش كرد آفرينش خود را گفت كيست كه زنده كند استخوانها را و آنها پوسيده باشند

و بزد براى ما مثَلى و فراموش كرد آفرينش خود را گفت كيست كه زنده كند استخوانها را حالى كه آنهايند خاكى پوسيده

و برای ما مثلی (جاهلانه) زد و آفرینش خود را فراموش کرد، گفت: این استخوانهای پوسیده را باز که زنده می‌کند؟

او ما را مورد سئوال قرار مي دهد- در حالي كه خلقت نخستين خويش را فراموش مي كند- چه كسي مي تواند استخوان هاي پوسيده شده را دوباره برانگيزد؟

And he gave to us an example/proverb, and he forgot his creation, he said: «Who revives/makes alive the bones and (while) it is decayed/decomposed?»

And he puts forth for Us a parable, and forgets his own creation. He says: «Who will give life to these bones when they have rotted away and became dust?»

And he has struck for Us a similitude and forgotten his creation; he says, ‹Who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed?›

And [now] he [argues about Us, and] thinks of Us in terms of comparison, [Lit., «he coins for Us a simile (mathal)» – an elliptic allusion to the unwillingness of «those who deny the truth» to conceive of a transcendental Being, fundamentally different from all that is graspable by man’s senses or imagination, and having powers beyond all comparison with those which are available to any of the created beings. (Cf. 42:11, «there is nothing like unto Him», and 112:4, «there is nothing that could be compared with Him».) Since they are enmeshed in a materialistic outlook on life, such people deny – as the sequence shows – all possibility of resurrection, which amounts to a denial of God’s creative powers and, in the final analysis, of His existence.] and is oblivious of how he himself was created! [And so] he says, «Who could give life to bones that have crumbled to dust?»

And he cites an example for Us, while forgetting his own creation! He says: "Who can resurrect the bones while they are dust?"

And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten?

And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away?

and he strikes out for us a likeness; and forgets his creation; and says, ‹Who shall quicken bones when they are rotten?›

Kendi yaratılışını unutmuş da bize örnek veriyor. Ve bir de şöyle diyor: «Şu çürümüş kemiklere kim hayat verecek?»

And he has struck for Us a parable, and forgotten his own creation. He asks: ‹Who will quicken the bones after they have decayed? ‹

And he makes comparisons for Us and forgets the fact of his creation, saying, «Who will revive these bones when they have crumbled to dust?» (37:16), (73:3).

He raises a question to us – while forgetting his initial creation – «Who can resurrect the bones after they had rotted?»

And he meeteth us with arguments, and forgetteth his creation: «Who,» saith he, «shall give life to bones when they are rotten?»

and he propoundeth unto us a comparison, and forgetteth his creation. He saith, who shall restore bones to life, when they are rotten?

And he coins similitudes for US and forgets his own creation. He says, `Who can quicken the bones when they are decayed ?›

Er erzählt Dinge über Uns und vergißt seine eigene Erschaffung. Er spricht: «Wer kann die Gebeine beleben, wenn sie vermodert sind?»

اور ہمارے بارے میں مثالیں بیان کرنے لگا اور اپنی پیدائش کو بھول گیا۔ کہنے لگا کہ (جب) ہڈیاں بوسیدہ ہوجائیں گی تو ان کو کون زندہ کرے گا؟

اور (خود) ہمارے لئے مثالیں بیان کرنے لگا اور اپنی پیدائش (کی حقیقت) کو بھول گیا۔ کہنے لگا: ہڈیوں کو کون زندہ کرے گا جبکہ وہ بوسیدہ ہوچکی ہوں گی؟،
