رَفِيعُ الدَّرَجاتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ يُلْقِي الرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ عَلى مَنْ يَشاءُ مِنْ عِبادِهِ لِيُنْذِرَ يَوْمَ التَّلاقِ

رفيع الدّرجات ذو العرش يلقي الرّوح من أمره على من يشاء من عباده لينذر يوم التّلاق

فرا برنده درجات ، صاحب عرش که بر هر يک از بندگانش که بخواهد به فرمان خود وحي مي فرستد تا مردم را از روز قيامت بترساند

[او] برافرازنده درجات [و] صاحب عرش است، و وحى را به فرمان خويش بر هر كس از بندگانش كه بخواهد فرو مى فرستد، تا از روز همديدارى هشدار دهد.

خدا داراى مراتب رفيع و مقام والا و صاحب عرش عظيم است. روح (جبرئيل) را به هر كه از بندگانش بخواهد ميفرستد (تا مقام نبوت يابد و) مردم را از روز جزا آگاه گرداند و بترساند.

بالا برنده درجات و صاحب عرش است، روح را [که فرشته وحی است] به فرمانش به هر کس از بندگانش که بخواهد القا می کند تا مردم را از روز ملاقات [که روز رستاخیز است] بیم دهد.

خدا بالا برنده درجات دارنده عرش است مى‏افكند خدا وحى را از فرمان خود بر هر كه مى‏خواهد از بندگانش تا بيم كند (مردم را) از روز ملاقات (خلايق يكديگر را)

بالابرنده درجات، خداوند عرش، به هر كس از بندگانش كه خواهد آن روح [=فرشته‏] را، به فرمان خويش مى‏فرستد، تا [مردم را] از روز ملاقات [با خدا] بترساند.

فرا برنده درجات، صاحب عرش كه وحى را به فرمان خود به هر يك از بندگانش كه بخواهد القا مى‏كند تا مردم را از روز قيامت بترساند.

[او] بلند كننده درجات [مؤمنان‏] است [و] خداوند عرش بزرگ. وحى را به فرمان خويش- بر هر كس از بندگانش كه خواهد- القاء كند تا [آنان را] از روز قيامت بترساند.

بلند مراتب صاحب عرش ميافكند روح را از امرش بر آنكه ميخواهد از بندگانش تا بيم كند از روز ملاقات

فرابرنده مرتبتها [و] صاحب عرش [اوست‏]. كه روح (جبريل) را براى [تبليغ‏] فرمان خويش بر هر كس از بندگانش كه بخواهد مى‏فرستد تا [او را] از روز ملاقات هشدار دهد

او درجات (بندگان صالح) را بالا می‌برد، او صاحب عرش است، روح (مقدّس) را به فرمانش بر هر کس از بندگانش که بخواهد القاء می‌کند تا (مردم را) از روز ملاقات [= روز رستاخیز] بیم دهد!

بلندكننده پايه‏ها- يا داراى پايه‏هاى بلند- است، خداوند عرش كه از فرمان خويش بر هر يك از بندگانش كه بخواهد روح- وحى يا فرشته وحى- را مى‏افكند- القاء مى‏كند- تا [مردم را] از روز ديدار- روز رستاخيز- بترساند

بلند مراتب صاحب عرش ميافكند روح را از امرش بر آنكه ميخواهد از بندگانش تا بيم كند از روز ملاقات

بلند پايگاه ها دارنده عرش فرستد روح را از امر خويش بر هر كه خواهد از بندگان خويش تا بترساند از روز ملاقات

که او دارای شئون و مراتب رفیع و صاحب عرش (عظیم) است، روح (همان فرشته جان بخش) را از امر خود بر هر که از بندگانش بخواهد می‌فرستد تا خلق را از روز ملاقات (ثواب و عقاب) بترساند.

داراي رفيع ترين درجات و حاكم كل قلمرو. او وحي اي را كه حامل دستوراتش مي باشد به هر يك از بندگانش كه برگزيند، مي فرستد تا به آنها درباره روز احضارشدن هشدار دهد.

Raiser/honourer (of) the steps/stages/degrees, (owner) of the throne , He throws the Soul/Spirit from His order/command on (to) whom He wills/wants from His worshippers/slaves to warn/give notice (of) the Meeting Day/Resurrection Day.

(He is Allah) Owner of High Ranks and Degrees, the Owner of the Throne. He sends the Inspiration by His Command to any of His slaves He wills, that he (the person who receives inspiration) may warn (men) of the Day of Mutual Meeting (i.e. The Day of Resurrection).

Exalter of ranks is He, Possessor of the Throne, casting the Spirit of His bidding upon whomever He will of His servants, that he may warn them of the Day of Encounter,

High above all orders [of being] is He, in almightiness enthroned. [Lit., «He of the throne of almightiness». For the meaning of the term arsh, see note on 7:54.] By His Own will does He bestow inspiration upon whomever He wills of His servants, so as to warn [all human beings of the coming] of the Day when they shall meet Him [Lit., «the Day of the Meeting». For my rendering of ar-ruh as «inspiration», see note on 16:2, as well as note on 2:87.] –

Hij is het wezen van verheven aard, de bezitter van den troon, die den geest op zijn bevel nederzendt, aan diegenen zijner dienaren, welke hem behagen, opdat hij den mensch voor den dag der ontmoeting zou waarschuwen.

Possessor of the highest ranks, the One with the Throne. He sends the Spirit with His command upon whom He wills from His servants, that they may warn of the Day of Summoning.

Egli è Colui che eleva ai livelli più alti, il Padrone del Trono. Invia il Suo Spirito su chi vuole tra i Suoi servi, così che questi possa avvertire del Giorno dell’Incontro,

Он обладает возвышенными качествами (или возвышает по степеням) и владеет Троном. Он ниспосылает дух (откровение) со Своими велениями тем из Своих рабов, кому пожелает, чтобы предупредить о Дне встречи.

[Он] – превосходен достоинствами, [Он] – властелин Трона. По Своей воле Он ниспосылает откровение, кому пожелает из Своих рабов, чтобы предостеречь их о том дне, когда они предстанут [перед Ним] «.

Possessor of the highest rank, Lord of power: He makes the inspiration to light by His command upon whom He pleases of His servants, that he may warn (men) of the day of meeting.

The Exalter of Ranks, the Lord of the Throne. He causeth the Spirit of His command upon whom He will of His slaves, that He may warn of the Day of Meeting,

Exalted of degrees! The Lord of the throne! He throws the spirit by His bidding upon whom He will of His servants, to give warning of the day of meeting.

O Refî’dir, dereceleri yükseltendir; arşın sahibidir. Buluşma günü hakkında uyarmak için emrinden olan Rûh’u kullarından dilediğine indirir.

Exalter in ranks, Owner of the Throne. He lets the spirit (the revelation) descend at His order on those of His worshipers whom He chooses, in order that He warns of the Day of the Meeting;

Exalted is He in His Attributes, and the Exalter of ranks He is, the Lord of the Throne, Master of the Supreme Control. By His Command has He sent the Revelation to whomever He chose from among His servants, in order that He may warn mankind of the Day of Meeting. (The Day when all of them meet together and meet their Lord.)

Possessor of the highest ranks, and Ruler of the whole dominion. He sends inspiration, bearing His commands, to whomever He chooses from among His servants, to warn about the Day of Summoning.

Of exalted grade, of the throne possessed, He sendeth forth the Spirit at His own behest on whomsoever of His servants He pleaseth, that He may warn of the day of meeting,

He is the being of exalted degree, the possessor of the throne; who sendeth down the spirit, at his command, on such of his servants as He pleaseth; that He may warn mankind of the day of meeting,

HE is of most exalted attributes, Lord of the Throne. HE sends HIS Word by HIS command to whomsoever of HIS servants HE pleases, that HE may give warning of the Day of Meeting,

Der Erhabene über alle Rangstufen, der Herr des Thrones! Er sendet das Wort nach Seinem Geheiß zu wem Er will von Seinen Dienern, auf daß er warne vor dem Tag der Begegnung,

Над всеми Он ступенями возвышен, ■ Властитель Трона! ■ Своим велением Он дух низводит ■ Тому из Своих слуг, к кому благоволИт, ■ Чтоб тот напоминал о Дне Свидания (всем людям), –

Ул – Аллаһ хак мөэминнәрне дәрәҗәләргә күтәрүче һәм Ґәреш иясе, вә Үзе теләгән бәндәсен пәйгамбәр итү өчен аңа вәхий белән Җәбраил фәрештәне иңдерүче, ул пәйгамбәр һәммә кешеләр кубарылып Аллаһ хозурына җыелачак кыямәт көне белән кешеләрне куркытмавын өчен.

مالک درجات عالی اور صاحب عرش ہے۔ اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے اپنے حکم سے وحی بھیجتا ہے تاکہ ملاقات کے دن سے ڈراوے

درجات بلند کرنے والا، مالکِ عرش، اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے روح (یعنی وحی) اپنے حکم سے القاء فرماتا ہے تاکہ وہ (لوگوں کو) اکٹھا ہونے والے دن سے ڈرائے،
