تِلْكَ أُمَّةٌ قَدْ خَلَتْ لَها ما كَسَبَتْ وَ لَكُمْ ما كَسَبْتُمْ وَ لا تُسْئَلُونَ عَمَّا كانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ

تلك أمّة قد خلت لها ما كسبت و لكم ما كسبتم و لا تسئلون عمّا كانوا يعملون

Tilka ommatun qad khalat laha ma kasabat walakum ma kasabtum wala tus-aloona AAamma kanoo yaAAmaloona

آنان امتهايي بوده اند که اکنون در گذشته اند آنچه آنها کردند از آن آنهاست و آنچه شما مي کنيد از آن شماست و شما را از اعمال آنها نمي پرسند

اين امتى است كه درگذشته است، از اوست آنچه كرده است و از شما است آنچه كرده ايد، و با شما چون و چرا نكنند كه آنان چه كرده اند.

آنها امتى بودند كه درگذشتند، اعمال آنها براى آنها و اعمال شما براى شماست و شما مسئول اعمال آنان نخواهيد بود.

آنان گروهی بودند که درگذشتند؛ آنچه [طاعت و معصیت] به دست آوردند مربوط به خود آنان است و آنچه شما به دست آوردید مربوط به خود شماست؛ و شما در برابر آنچه آنان انجام می دادند، مسؤول نیستید.

اين (ابراهيم و فرزندانش) گروهى بودند كه در گذشتند به سود ايشانست آنچه كسب كرده‏اند و براى شما (يهودان) است آنچه كسب كرده‏ايد و مسئول نخواهيد شد (شما در روز حساب) از آنچه ايشان مى‏كردند

آن جماعت را روزگار سپرى شد؛ براى ايشان است آنچه به دست آورده‏اند؛ و براى شماست آنچه به دست آورده‏ايد؛ و از آنچه آنان مى‏كرده‏اند، شما بازخواست نخواهيد شد.

آنها امتى بودند كه درگذشتند و آنچه كرده‏اند براى خودشان است و آنچه شما كرده‏ايد براى خودتان است و شما مسئول اعمال آنها نخواهيد بود.

آن، امتى است كه گذشت [و برفت‏]- آنها را باشد آنچه كردند و شما را باشد آنچه كرديد و شما بازخواست نشويد از آنچه آنها مى‏كردند.

آنها امتى بودند كه بحقيقت گذشتند مر آنها راست آنچه كسب كردند و مر شما راست آنچه كسب كرديد و پرسيده نشويد شما از آنچه بودند كه ميكردند

اين امتى است كه در گذشته است، آن [امت‏] راست آنچه كرده‏اند و شما راست آنچه كرده‏ايد. و از آنچه [آنان‏] مى‏كردند، باز خواست نمى‏شويد

(به هر حال) آنها امتی بودند که درگذشتند. آنچه کردند، برای خودشان است؛ و آنچه هم شما کرده‌اید، برای خودتان است؛ و شما مسئول اعمال آنها نیستید.

آنها گروهى بودند كه درگذشتند آنان راست آنچه كردند و شما راست آنچه كرده باشيد، و شما را از آنچه آنها مى‏كردند نپرسند.

آنها امتى بودند كه بحقيقت گذشتند مر آنها راست آنچه كسب كردند و مر شما راست آنچه كسب كرديد و پرسيده نشويد شما از آنچه بودند كه ميكردند

اين است ملّتى كه گذشت ايشان را است دسترنجشان و شما را است دسترنج شما و پرسش نشويد از آنچه بودند مى كردند

آن گروه پیشین همه درگذشتند، هر چه کردند برای خود کردند و شما نیز هر چه کنید به سود خویش کنید و شما مسئول کار آنان نخواهید بود.

آن بود جامعه‌اي از گذشته. آنها براي آنچه كسب كردند مسئولند و شما براي آنچه كسب مي كنيد، مسئول هستيد. شما جوابگوي هيچ يك از اعمال آنها نيستيد.

That (is) a nation had passed/expired for it what it earned/acquired , and for you what you earned/acquired , and you are not (to) be asked/questioned about what they were making/doing .

That was a nation who has passed away. They shall receive the reward of what they earned, and you of what you earn. And you will not be asked of what they used to do.

That is a nation that has passed away; there awaits them that they have earned, and there awaits you that you have earned; you shall not be questioned concerning the things they did.

«Now those people have passed away; unto them shall be accounted what they have earned, and unto you, what you have earned; and you will not be judged on the strength of what they did.»

That nation has passed away. Theirs is what they earned and yours what you have earned. You shall not be questioned about what they did.

Nevertheless, these are a people who have passed on. They are responsible for their doings and you are responsible for your doings. (Keep this Law in mind). You will not even be asked of what they used to do.

That people have now passed away: they have the reward of their deeds, and for you is the meed of yours; but of their doings ye shall not be questioned.
