إِذْ يُرِيكَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي مَنامِكَ قَلِيلاً وَ لَوْ أَراكَهُمْ كَثِيراً لَفَشِلْتُمْ وَ لَتَنازَعْتُمْ فِي الأَْمْرِ وَ لكِنَّ اللَّهَ سَلَّمَ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذاتِ الصُّدُورِ

إذ يريكهم اللّه في منامك قليلا و لو أراكهم كثيرا لفشلتم و لتنازعتم في الأمر و لكنّ اللّه سلّم إنّه عليم بذات الصّدور

Ith yureekahumu Allahu fee manamika qaleelan walaw arakahum katheeran lafashiltum walatanazaAAtum fee al-amri walakinna Allaha sallama innahu AAaleemun bithati alssudoori

در خواب ، خدا شمارشان را به تو اندک نشان داد اگر شمار آنها را بسيار، نشان داده بود ، از ترس ناتوان مي شديد و در تصميم به جنگ به مناقشه بر مي خاستيد ، ولي خداوند شما را از دشمنان در امان داشت ، که او به آنچه در دلهاست آگاه است

ياد كنيد كه خداوند آنان را در رؤياى تو به تو اندكشمار نماياند، و اگر آنان را به تو بسيار نمايانده بود، هراس به دل راه مى داديد و در كارتان اختلاف كلمه مى يافتيد، ولى خداوند در امان داشت، كه او از راز دلها آگاه است.

در آن موقع خدا عده آنان را در خواب به تو كمتر نشان داد و اگر عده آنها را بيشتر (از آنچه بودند) نشان مى‏داد، مسلما مضطرب و سست مى‏شديد و در امور جنگ كارتان به اختلاف مى‏كشيد. ولى خدا (شما را از آن اختلاف) به سلامت رهانيد و خدا به اسرار درون سينه‏ها دانا و آگاه است.

و [یاد کن] هنگامی را که خدا دررؤیاهای مکرّرت [نفراتِ] آنان را [که بر ضد تو و اهل ایمان تصمیم به جنگ داشتند] به تو اندک و ناچیز نشان داد [تا آن را برای یارانت بیان کنی]؛ و اگر آنان را بسیار و زیاد نشان می داد، شما [ای یاران پیامبر!] قطعاً سست می شدید و در کار جنگ نزاع و اختلاف می کردید، ولی خدا شما را [با آگاه شدن از رؤیای پیامبر، از سستی و اختلاف] رهایی بخشید؛ زیرا او به آنچه در سینه هاست، داناست.

(بياد آر) زمانى را كه خدا بنماياند بتو لشگر قريش را در خواب اندكى و اگر مى‏نماياند بتو ايشان را فزون قطعا بد دل مى‏شديد و نزاع مى‏كرديد در كار نبرد (كه آيا جنگ كنيم يا بگريزيم) و لكن خدا (شما را) سلامت داشت زيرا او داناست به آنچه در سينه‏هاست

[اى پيامبر، ياد كن‏] آنگاه را كه خداوند آنان [=سپاه دشمن‏] را در خوابت به تو اندك نشان داد؛ و اگر ايشان را به تو بسيار نشان مى‏داد قطعاً سست مى‏شديد و حتماً در كار [جهاد] منازعه مى‏كرديد، ولى خدا شما را به سلامت داشت، چرا كه او به راز دلها داناست.

خداوند در رؤيا عده آنها را كمتر به تو نشان داد و اگر زياد نشان مى‏داد بى‏ترديد سست مى‏شديد و كارتان به اختلاف مى‏كشيد، ولى خدا به سلامت نگاهتان داشت- خداوند از اسرار دلها آگاه است.

[ياد كن‏] آن گاه را كه خدا آنها را در خواب به تو اندك نمود. و اگر آنها را به تو بسيار نموده بود، البته بد دل مى‏شديد و در آن كار با يكديگر پيكار مى‏كرديد، و ليكن خدا [شما را از آن‏] سلامت داد. بى‏گمان او به آنچه در سينه‏هاست آگاه است.

هنگاميكه نمود بتو ايشانرا خدا در خوابت اندك و اگر نموده بود بتو ايشانرا بسيار هر آينه سستى كرده بوديد و نزاع كرده بوديد در آن امر و ليكن خدا بسلامت داشت بدرستيكه او دانا است بذات سينه‏ها

آن گاه كه خداوند آنان را در خوابت به تو اندك نماياند و اگر آنان را بسيار به تو مى‏نماياند، قطعا سست مى‏شديد و در اين كار اختلاف مى‏كرديد ولى خداوند [شما را] در امان داشت. بى‏گمان او به راز دلها داناست

در آن هنگام که خداوند تعداد آنها را در خواب به تو کم نشان داد؛ و اگر فراوان نشان می‌داد، مسلّماً سست می‌شدید؛ و (درباره شروع جنگ با آنها) کارتان به اختلاف می‌کشید؛ ولی خداوند (شما را از شرّ اینها) سالم نگه داشت؛ خداوند به آنچه درون سینه‌هاست، داناست.

[ياد كن‏] آنگاه كه خدا آنها را در خوابت به تو اندك نمود، و اگر آنها را بسيار مى‏نمود سست و بددل مى‏شديد و در كار [جنگ‏] با يكديگر ستيزه مى‏كرديد و ليكن خدا [شما را از اين سستى و ستيزه‏] به سلامت داشت همانا او به آنچه در دلهاست داناست.

هنگامى كه نمود بتو ايشان را خدا در خوابت اندك و اگر نموده بود بتو ايشان را بسيار هر آينه سستى كرده بوديد و نزاع كرده بوديد در آن امر و ليكن خدا بسلامت داشت بدرستى كه او دانا است بذات سينه‏ها

هنگامى كه نماياندشان خداوند به تو در خواب تو اندكى و اگر مى نماياندشان به تو فزون هر آينه سست مى شديد و اختلاف مى كرديد در كار ليكن خدا نگه داشت همانا اوست دانا بدانچه در سينه ها است

و (یاد آر ای رسول) آن‌گاه که خدا دشمنانت را در خواب به تو اندک نشان داد (تا قویدل باشی) و اگر سپاه دشمن را بسیار به چشم تو نشان داده بود (شما مسلمانان) کاملا هراسان و بددل شده و در امر (رفتن به جنگ) جدل و مخالفت می‌کردید، لیکن خدا (شما را از آسیب دشمن) به سلامت داشت، که او دانا و متصرف در اندیشه‌های درونی دلهای خلق است.

خدا تعداد آنان را در خواب تو (اي محمد) كمتر نشان داد. اگر تعداد آنان را بيشتر نشان داده بود، شکست مي خورديد و در ميان خود اختلاف ايجاد مي کرديد. ولي خدا موقعيت را حفظ کرد. او به دروني ترين افکار داناست.

When God shows them to you in your sleep/dream (as) a few/little , and if He showed them to you (as) many/much you would have weakened and become cowardly/failing and you would have disputed/argued in the matter/affair, and but God delivered/secured (saved), that He (is) knowledgeable with of the chests117(innermosts).

(And remember) when Allah showed them to you as few in your (i.e. Muhammads SAW) dream, if He had shown them to you as many, you would surely have been discouraged, and you would surely have disputed in making a decision. But Allah saved (you). Certainly, He is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts.

When God showed thee them in thy dream as few; and had He shown them as many you would have lost heart, and quarrelled about the matter; but God saved; He knows the thoughts in the breasts.

Lo! God showed them to thee in a dream as few: for, had He shown them to you as many, you would surely have lost heart, and would surely have disagreed with one another about what to do.

Herinner u, toen uw Heer den vijand in uwen slaap en weinig in getal aan u deed verschijnen; en indien hij u dien in grooten getale had doen verschijnen, zoudt gij den moed verloren en daarover getwist hebben, maar God behoedde u daarvoor; want hij kent de binnenste deelen van de borst der menschen.

God shows them to you as being few in your dream, and had He shown them to be many, then you would have failed and you would have disputed in the matter; it was God who saved you. He is the Knower of what is inside the chests.

In sogno Allah te li aveva mostrati poco numerosi, ché se te li avesse mostrati in gran numero, avreste certamente perso il coraggio e vi sareste scontrati tra voi in proposito. Ma Allah vi salvò. Egli conosce quello che c’è nei petti.

(And remember) when Allah showed them to you as few in your (i.e. Muhammads SAW) dream, if He had shown them to you as many, you would surely have been discouraged, and you would surely have disputed in making a decision. But Allah saved (you). Certainly, He is the All-Knower of what is in the breasts.

Вот Аллах показал их тебе во сне малочисленными. Если бы Он показал тебе их многочисленными, то вы пали бы духом и стали бы препираться при принятии решения. Однако Аллах уберег вас, ибо Он знает о том, что в груди.

[Вспомни, Мухаммад,] как Аллах показал тебе во сне неверных малочисленными. А если бы Он показал тебе их многочисленными, то твои последователи лишились бы мужества и стали пререкаться о [грядущем] сражении. Однако Аллах спас вас [от трусости и препирательств], ибо Он ведает о том, что в сердцах.

When Allah showed them to you in your dream as few; and if He had shown them to you as many you would certainly have become weak-hearted and you would have disputed about the matter, but Allah saved (you); surely He is the Knower of what is in the breasts.

When Allah showed them unto thee (O Muhammad) in thy dream as few in number, and if He had shown them to thee as many, ye (Muslims) would have faltered and would have quarrelled over the affair. But Allah saved (you). Lo! He knoweth what is in the breasts (of men).

When God showed thee them in thy dream as though they were but few; but had He shown thee them as though they were many, ye would have been timid, and ye would have quarrelled about the matter;- but God preserved you; verily, He knows the nature of men’s breasts!

Allah onları sana uykunda az gösteriyordu. Eğer onları sana çok gösterseydi, yılgınlığa düşer, işi kotarmada çekişmeye başlardınız. Ama Allah, sizi selamete çıkardı. O, göğüslerin içindekini çok iyi bilir.

And when Allah made them appear to you in a vision as a small band, had He showed them to you as many, your courage would have failed you and you would have quarreled over the affair. But Allah saved; He knows the inner most thoughts in the chests.

Allah made them few in your vision (O Messenger). Had He made them appear more numerous (if you got intimidated by their great numbers), you believers would have failed. And you would have disputed among yourselves whether to fight them at Badr was a good idea. But Allah saved you believers from faltering. He knew the resolve in your hearts.

GOD made them appear in your dream (O Muhammad) fewer in number. Had He made them appear more numerous, you would have failed, and you would have disputed among yourselves. But GOD saved the situation. He is Knower of the innermost thoughts.

Remember when God shewed them to thee in thy dream, as few: Had he shown them numerous, ye would certainly have become fainthearted, and would certainly have disputed about the matter – But from this God kept you – He knoweth the very secrets of the breast –

When thy Lord caused the enemy to appear unto thee in thy sleep, few in number; and if He had caused them to appear numerous unto thee, ye would have been disheartened and would have disputed concerning the matter: But God preserved you from this; for He knoweth the innermost parts of the breasts of men.

When ALLAH showed them to thee in thy dream as few and if HE had shown them to thee as many, you would certainly have faltered and would have disagreed with one another about the matter; but ALLAH saved you. Surely, HE has full knowledge of what is in your breasts.

Als Allah sie dir in deinem Traume zeigte als wenige; und hätte Er sie dir als viele gezeigt, ihr wäret sicherlich kleinmütig gewesen und hättet über die Sache gehadert; Allah aber bewahrte (euch davor); wahrlich, Er kennt wohl, was in den Herzen ist.

Тогда, (о Мухаммад!), Господь тебе во сне ■ Представил их такою малочисленною силой! ■ А если б Он тебе их многочисленною ратью показал, ■ То вы наверняка бы оробели ■ И спор затеяли б об этом деле. ■ Но уберег (от этого вас Бог), – ■ Ведь знает Он про то, что кроется в душе.

Аллаһ сиңа төш күрсәткәндә кәферләрне аз итеп күрсәтте, әгәр алар сиңа күп итеп күрсәтсә, әлбәттә, куркар идегез вә үзара низаглашыр идегез, ләкин Аллаһ сезне бәдер сугышыңда низаг фетнәсеннән сәламәт кылды. Тәхкыйк Аллаһ күңелдәге нәрсәләрне белүче, арагызда низаг булмасын өчен кәферләрне сезгә аз күрсәтте.

اس وقت خدا نے تمہیں خواب میں کافروں کو تھوڑی تعداد میں دکھایا۔ اور اگر بہت کر کے دکھاتا تو تم لوگ جی چھوڑ دیتے اور (جو) کام (درپیش تھا اس) میں جھگڑنے لگتے لیکن خدا نے (تمہیں اس سے) بچا لیا۔ بےشک وہ سینوں کی باتوں تک سے واقف ہے

(وہ واقعہ یاد دلائیے) جب آپ کو اللہ نے آپ کے خواب میں ان کافروں (کے لشکر) کو تھوڑ ا کر کے دکھایا تھا اور اگر (اللہ) آپ کو وہ زیادہ کر کے دکھاتا تو (اے مسلمانو!) تم ہمت ہار جاتے اور تم یقیناً اس (جنگ کے) معاملے میں باہم جھگڑنے لگتے لیکن اللہ نے (مسلمانوں کو بزدلی اور باہمی نزاع سے) بچا لیا۔ بیشک وہ سینوں کی (چھپی) باتوں کو خوب جاننے والا ہے،
