وَ قالُوا لَوْ لا يَأْتِينا بِآيَةٍ مِنْ رَبِّهِ أَ وَ لَمْ تَأْتِهِمْ بَيِّنَةُ ما فِي الصُّحُفِ الأُْولى

و قالوا لو لا يأتينا بآية من ربّه أ و لم تأتهم بيّنة ما في الصّحف الأولى

Waqaloo lawla ya/teena bi-ayatin min rabbihi awa lam ta/tihim bayyinatu ma fee alssuhufi al-oola

و گفتند : چرا معجزه اي از پروردگارش براي ما نمي آورد ؟ آيا دليلهاي روشني که در صحيفه هاي پيشين آمده ، به آنها نرسيده است ؟

و گويند چرا پديده روشنگرى از سوى پروردگارش براى ما نمى آورد; [بگو] آيا پديده روشنگرى كه در كتابهاى آسمانى پيشين است براى آنان نيامده است؟

مخالفان گفتند: چرا معجزه‏اى از جانب پروردگارش (جهت اثبات رسالت) براى ما نميآورد؟ آيا بيان آنچه در كتب پيشين است براى آنها نيامد؟ (چرا ايمان نياوردند).

و [مشرکان] گفتند: چرا [پیامبر] معجزه ای از سوی پروردگارش برای ما نمی آورد؟ آیا [این قرآن که] شاهد و دلیلی روشن بر [معارف] کتاب های پیشین [آسمانی است] برای آنان نیامده؟!

و گفتند چرا محمد نمى‏آورد براى ما معجزه‏اى (كه ما مى‏خواهيم) از جانب پروردگار خودش آيا نيامد بديشان بيان آنچه در كتابهاى پيشين است

و گفتند: «چرا از جانب پروردگارش معجزه‏اى براى ما نمى‏آورد؟» آيا دليل روشن آنچه در صحيفه‏هاى پيشين است براى آنان نيامده است؟

گفتند: «چرا از جانب پروردگارش معجزه‏اى براى ما نمى‏آورد؟» مگر آنها آيات روشن كتب پيشين را در نيافته‏اند؟

و گفتند: چرا از پروردگارش براى ما آيتى نمى‏آورد؟ آيا نيامده است ايشان را نشانه [ها] از آنچه در كتابهاى پيشين است؟

و گفتند چرا نميآورد ما را آيتى از پروردگارش آيا نيامد ايشانرا حجت آنچه بود در كتابهاى نخستين

و گفتند: چرا نشانه‏اى از پروردگارش براى ما نمى‏آورد؟ آيا دليلى روشن [از قبيل‏] آنچه در كتابهاى پيشين است برايشان نيامده است؟

گفتند: «چرا (پیامبر) معجزه و نشانه‌ای از سوی پروردگارش برای ما نمی‌آورد؟! (بگو:) آیا خبرهای روشنی که در کتابهای (آسمانی) نخستین بوده، برای آنها نیامد؟!

و [كافران مكه‏] گفتند: چرا ما را از پروردگار خويش نشانه‏اى- معجزه‏اى به دلخواه ما- نمى‏آورد؟ آيا آنها را نشانه روشن آنچه در كتابهاى پيشين است نيامده است؟

و گفتند چرا نمياورد ما را آيتى از پروردگارش آيا نيامد ايشان را حجت آنچه بود در كتابهاى نخستين

و گفتند چرا نيارد ما را آيتى از پروردگار خويش آيا نيامدشان نشانى (گواه) آنچه در نامه هاى پيشين است

و کافران گفتند: چرا (محمد) آیت و دلیلی روشن از جانب خدا برای ما نمی‌آورد؟آیا آیات بیّنه کتب پیشین (چون تورات و انجیل و صحف که در همه ذکر اوصاف نبوت هست) بر آنان نیامد؟

آنها گفتند: اي کاش او مي توانست از جانب پروردگارش معجزه اي به ما نشان دهد‍‍! آيا آنها با پيام‌هاي پيشين به اندازه كافي معجزه دريافت نكردند؟

And they said: «If only, he comes/brings to us with a verse/evidence/sign from his Lord.» Did not an evidence (of) what is in the written leaves/sheets/pages (books/scriptures) the first/beginning come to them?

They say: «Why does he not bring us a sign (proof) from his Lord?» Has there not come to them the proof of that which is (written) in the former papers (Scriptures, i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel), etc. about the coming of the Prophet Muhammad SAW ).

They say, ‹Why does he not bring us a sign from his Lord?› Has there not come to them the clear sign of what is in the former scrolls?

NOW THEY [who are blind to the truth] are wont to say, «If [Muhammad] would but produce for us a miracle from his Sustainer!»9 [But] has there not come unto them a clear evidence [of the truth of this divine writ] in what is [to be found] in the earlier scriptures?

De ongeloovigen zeggen: Zoo lang hij niet met een teeken van zijn Heer tot ons zal komen, zullen wij niet in hem gelooven. Is er door de openbaring van den Koran niet eene duidelijke verklaring tot hen gekomen van hetgeen in de vroegere deelen van de schrift is bevat?

And they said: "If only he would bring us a sign from his Lord!" Did not proof come to them from what is in the previous Scriptures?

Dicono: «Perchè mai non ci porta un segno da parte del suo Signore?». Non è forse giunta a loro la Prova che era [annunciata] nelle antiche scritture?

They say: "Why does he not bring us a sign (proof) from his Lord?" Has there not come to them the proof of that which is (written) in the former papers (Scriptures, i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel), etc. about the coming of the Prophet Muhammad SAW ).

Они говорят: «Почему он не принес нам знамение от своего Господа?» Но разве не явилось к ним ясное знамение о том, что было в первых скрижалях?

[Неверные] спрашивают: «Почему он не явится к нам с каким-нибудь знамением от своего Господа?» Но разве не приводится им явное доказательство, содержащееся в древних свитках?

And they say: Why does he not bring to us a sign from his Lord? Has not there come to them a clear evidence of what is m the previous books?

And they say: If only he would bring us a miracle from his Lord! Hath there not come unto them the proof of what is in the former scriptures?

They say, ‹Unless he bring us a sign from his Lord – What! has there not come to them the manifest sign of what was in the pages of yore?›

Dediler ki: «Rabbinden bize bir mucize getirseydi ya!» Peki, önceki sayfalardaki açık kanıt onlara gelmedi mi?

They say: ‹Why does he not bring us a sign from his Lord? ‹ Did not a clear sign come to them in the preceding Scrolls?

And they say, «Why does he not bring us a miracle from his Lord?» But has there not come to them a clear evidence of all the truth that was in the former Scriptures? (All Divine Scriptures have been miracles in their own right). (5:48).

They said, «If he could only show us a miracle from his Lord!» Did they not receive sufficient miracles with the previous messages?

But they say, «If he come not to us with a sign from his Lord . . .!» But have not clear proofs for the Koran come to them, in what is in the Books of old?

The unbelievers say, unless he come unto us with a sign from his Lord, we will not believe on him. Hath not a plain declaration come unto them, of that which is contained in the former volumes of scripture, by the revelation of the Koran?

And they say, `Why does he not bring us a Sign from his Lord ?› Has there not come to them clear evidence of what is contained in the former Books ?

Sie sagen: «Warum bringt er uns nicht ein Zeichen von seinem Herrn?» Ist ihnen denn nicht der klarste Beweis gekommen für das, was in den früheren Schriften steht?

И говорят они: ■ «Что ж он от Бога своего ■ К нам не пришел с каким-либо знаменьем ясным?» ■ Неужто к ним не приходило ясного свидетельства (всего), ■ Что значится на свитках прежних (Откровений)?

Мөшрикләр әйттеләр: «Мухәммәд г-м үзенең пәйгамбәрлегенә дәлаләт итә торган берәр могҗиза күрсәтсә, ни булыр иде». Әйә аларга әүвәлге китапларда ачык аятьләр вә могҗизаләр килмәдеме?

اور کہتے ہیں کہ یہ (پیغمبر) اپنے پروردگار کی طرف سے ہمارے پاس کوئی نشانی کیوں نہیں لاتے۔ کیا ان کے پاس پہلی کتابوں کی نشانی نہیں آئی؟

اور (کفار) کہتے ہیں کہ یہ (رسول) ہمارے پاس اپنے رب کی طرف سے کوئی نشانی کیوں نہیں لاتے، کیا ان کے پاس ان باتوں کا واضح ثبوت (یعنی قرآن) نہیں آگیا جو اگلی کتابوں میں (مذکور) تھیں،
