يُنادُونَهُمْ أَ لَمْ نَكُنْ مَعَكُمْ قالُوا بَلى وَ لكِنَّكُمْ فَتَنْتُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَ تَرَبَّصْتُمْ وَ ارْتَبْتُمْ وَ غَرَّتْكُمُ الأَْمانِيُّ حَتَّى جاءَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَ غَرَّكُمْ بِاللَّهِ الْغَرُورُ

ينادونهم أ لم نكن معكم قالوا بلى و لكنّكم فتنتم أنفسكم و تربّصتم و ارتبتم و غرّتكم الأمانيّ حتّى جاء أمر اللّه و غرّكم باللّه الغرور

Yunadoonahum alam nakun maAAakum qaloo bala walakinnakum fatantum anfusakum watarabbastum wairtabtum wagharratkumu al-amaniyyu hatta jaa amru Allahi wagharrakum biAllahi algharooru

و آنها را ندا دهند که آيا ما با شما همراه نبوديم ؟ مي گويند : بلي ، اما شما خويشتن را در بلا افکنديد و به انتظار نشستيد و در شک بوديد و آرزوها شما را بفريفت تا آنگاه که فرمان خدا در رسيد و شيطان به خدا مغرورتان کرد

آنان را ندا دهند كه مگر ما با شما نبوديم؟ گويند چرا. [گفته شود] ولى شما خودتان را در بلا افكنديد و چشم به راه [حوادث سوء براى مسلمانان] بوديد و شك و شبهه ورزيديد و آرزوها شما را فريفت، تا آنكه فرمان الهى [/مرگ] در رسيد، و [شيطان ]فريبكار شما را در حق خداو

منافقين مؤمنين را (بنام) صدا ميكنند و ميگويند: آيا ما (در دنيا) با شما نبوديم (و به اتفاق شما عبادت نميكرديم؟) مؤمنين ميگويند: بلى بوديد ولى شما خود را بفتنه و فساد كشانديد و منتظر نابودى مؤمنين بوديد و (در امر دين و معاد) شك و ترديد داشتيد و خواهش نفس شما را فريب داد تا فرمان خدا رسيد (مرگ شما را دريافت) و شيطان شما را تا دم مرگ از ياد خدا غافل و مغرور ساخت.

مؤمنان را ندا می دهند: آیا ما [در دنیا] با شما نبودیم؟ می گویند: چرا، ولی شما خود را [به سبب نفاق و دشمنی با خدا و رسول] در بلا و هلاکت افکندید و به انتظار [خاموش شدن چراغ اسلام و نابودی پیامبر] نشستید و [نسبت به حقایق] در تردید بودید و آرزوها [ی دور و دراز و بی پایه،] شما را فریفت، تا فرمان خدا [به نابودی شما] در رسید و [شیطان] فریبنده، شما را فریب داد.

بانگ دهند منافقان مؤمنان را آيا نبوديم ما (در دنيا) با شما مؤمنان گويند آرى (در ظاهر با ما بوديد) و ليكن در فتنه افكنديد خويشتن را و انتظار مى‏كشيديد (حوادث را) و شك آورديد و بفريفت شما را آرزوها را تا آمد به فرمان خدا (مرگ) و فريب داد شما را بكرم خدا شيطان فريب دهنده

[دو رويان،] آنان را ندا درمى‏دهند: «آيا ما با شما نبوديم؟» مى‏گويند: «چرا، ولى شما خودتان را در بلا افكنديد و امروز و فردا كرديد و ترديد آورديد و آرزوها شما را غرّه كرد تا فرمان خدا آمد و [شيطان ]مغروركننده، شما را در باره خدا بفريفت.

آنها را صدا زنند كه مگر با شما نبوديم؟ گويند: «آرى!» ولى شما خودتان را فريفتيد و منتظر مانديد و شك آورديد و آرزوها فريبتان داد تا فرمان خدا در رسيد و شيطان شما را در برابر خدا فريب داد،

آنها را آواز دهند [منافقان مؤمنان را] آيا با شما نبوديم؟ گويند: آرى [بوديد]، و ليكن شما خود را در بلا افگنديد و [براى مؤمنان‏] انتظار [بلا و مصيبت‏] كشيديد، و شك آورديد و آرزوها شما را بفريفت تا آن گاه كه فرمان خدا در رسيد و [شيطان‏] فريبنده شما را [در فرمانبردارى‏] از خدا بفريفت.

ندا كنند ايشانرا كه آيا نبوديم با شما گويند آرى و ليكن شما فريفتيد خودتان را و انتظار برديد و شك آورديد و فريب داد شما را آرزوها تا آمد امر خدا و فريب داد شما را بخدا آنفريب دهنده

[منافقان‏] به آنان ندا دهند: آيا با شما نبوديم؟ گويند: چرا. ولى شما خودتان را به بلا افكنديد و چشم به راه مانديد و شك كرديد و آرزوها شما را فريفت تا آنكه حكم خداوند در ميان آمد و [شيطان‏] فريبكار شما را فريفت

آنها را صدا می‌زنند: «مگر ما با شما نبودیم؟!» می‌گویند: «آری، ولی شما خود را به هلاکت افکندید و انتظار (مرگ پیامبر را) کشیدید، و (در همه چیز) شکّ و تردید داشتید، و آرزوهای دور و دراز شما را فریب داد تا فرمان خدا فرا رسید، و شیطان فریبکار شما را در برابر (فرمان) خداوند فریب داد!

[منافقان‏] ايشان (مؤمنان) را آواز دهند: آيا [در دنيا] ما با شما نبوديم- كه با جماعت شما نماز مى‏گزارديم و …-؟ گويند: آرى، و ليكن شما خود را گرفتار فتنه- نفاق‏ورزيدن- كرديد و به انتظار نشستيد- انتظار مرگ پيامبر (ص) و شكست و هلاك مسلمانان- و شك آورديد- در باره خداى يگانه و نبوت پيامبر (ص) و رستاخيز- و آرزوها شما را فريفت تا فرمان خداى- مرگ- بيامد، و آن فريبكار- شيطان- شما را به خداى بفريفت.

ندا كنند ايشان را كه آيا نبوديم با شما گويند آرى و ليكن شما فريفتيد خودتان را و انتظار برديد و شك آورديد و فريب داد شما را آرزوها تا آمد امر خدا و فريب داد شما را بخدا آنفريب دهنده

بانگ دهندشان آيا نبوديم با شما گفتند بلى و ليكن شما فريب داديد خويش را و درنگ كارى نموديد و شكّ آورديد و سرگرمتان داشت آرزوها تا بيامد امر خدا و فريب داد شما را به خدا فريبكار

باز منافقان (بهشتیان را) ندا کنند که آخر نه ما هم با شما بودیم؟آنها جواب دهند: بلی راست می‌گویید لیکن شما (به نفاق با خدا) خود را به فتنه افکندید و انتظار (هلاکت مؤمنان) داشتید و (در کار دین) به شک و ریب بودید و آرزوهای دنیا فریبتان داد تا وقتی که امر خدا (یعنی مرگ) فرا رسید و شیطان فریبنده شما را غافل و مغرور گردانید.

آنها را صدا خواهند كرد: آيا ما با شما نبوديم؟ آنها جواب خواهند داد: بله، اما شما نفس خود را فريب داديد، مردد بوديد، شك كرديد و با خوش خيالي گمراه شديد، تا آنكه حکم خدا فرا رسيد. شما با تصورات باطل از خدا منحرف شديد.

They call them: «Where we not being with you?» They said: «Yes/certainly and but you, you tested/misguided yourselves, and you waited/remained , and you became doubtful/suspicious, and the wishes/desires have deceived/tempted you until God’s order/command came, and the deceit/temptation deceived/tempted you with God.»

(The hypocrites) will call the believers: «Were we not with you?» The believers will reply: «Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allah came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allah.»

They shall be calling unto them, ‹Were we not with you?› They shall say, ‹Yes indeed; but you tempted yourselves, and you awaited, and you were in doubt, and fancies deluded you, until God’s commandment came, and the Deluder deluded you concerning God.

They [who will remain without] will call out to those [within], «Were we not with you?» – [to which] the others will answer: «So it was! But you allowed yourselves to succumb to temptation, [Sc., «by the prospect of worldly gains» or «by fear for your personal safety» – both of which characterize the half-hearted as well as the hypocrites.] and you were hesitant [in your faith], [Thus Ibn Zayd (quoted by Tabari), explaining the verb tarabbastum.] and you were doubtful [of resurrection]; and your wishful thinking beguiled you until God’s command came to pass: [I.e., «until your death».] for, [indeed, your own] deceptive thoughts about God deluded you [See note on the last sentence of 31:33.]

De huichelaars zullen de ware geloovigen aanroepen, zeggende: Waren wij niet met u? Zij zullen antwoorden: Ja! maar gij hebt door uwe huichelarij uwe eigen zielen verleid, en ons verderf verwacht. Gij twijfeldet nopens het geloof, en uwe wenschen hebben u bedrogen, tot een besluit van God kwam, en gij stierft; en de verleider bedroog u nopens God.

They will call upon them: "Were we not with you?" They will reply: "Yes, but you led yourselves into temptation, and you hesitated, and doubted, and became misled by wishful thinking, until God’s judgment came. You were diverted from God by arrogance."

«Non eravamo con voi?» grideranno. «Sì, risponderanno – ma seduceste voi stessi, indugiaste e dubitaste, e vi lasciaste ingannare dalle vostre passioni finché non si realizzò il Decreto di Allah. Vi ingannò a proposito di Allah l’Ingannatore».

(The hypocrites) will call the believers: "Were we not with you?" The believers will reply: "Yes! But you led yourselves into temptations, you looked forward for our destruction; you doubted (in Faith); and you were deceived by false desires, till the Command of Allah came to pass. And the chief deceiver (Satan) deceived you in respect of Allah."

Они будут взывать к ним: «Разве мы не были с вами?» Они скажут: «Да, но вы соблазняли самих себя, выжидали, сомневались и обольщались надеждами до тех пор, пока не явилось повеление Аллаха. Соблазнитель (сатана) обманул вас относительно Аллаха.

[Мунафики ] будут вопрошать: «Разве мы не были с вами?» [Верующие] ответят: «Да, но вы впали в соблазн по собственной воле – вы выжидали, сомневались, уступали своим желаниям, пока наконец не явилась воля Аллаха, и обольститель обольстил вас [и отвратил]от Аллаха.

They will cry out to them: Were we not with you? They shall say: Yea! but you caused yourselves to fall into temptation, and you waited and doubted, and vain desires deceived you till the threatened punishment of Allah came, while the archdeceiver deceived you about Allah.

They will cry unto them (saying): Were we not with you? They will say: Yea, verily; but ye tempted one another, and hesitated, and doubted, and vain desires beguiled you till the ordinance of Allah came to pass; and the deceiver deceived you concerning Allah;

They shall cry out to them, ‹We were not with you!› they shall say, ‹Yea, but ye did tempt yourselves, and did wait, and did doubt; and your vain hopes beguiled you; and the beguiler beguiled you about God.

Onlara seslenirler: «Biz sizinle değil miydik?» Derler ki: «Evet, bizimleydiniz. Ancak siz kendinizi yaktınız, bekleyip durdunuz, şüphe ettiniz, hayal ve kuruntular/hurafeler/anlamını bilmeden okuyuşlar sizi aldattı; nihayet Allah’ın emri geldi. O yaman aldatıcı, sizi Allah ile aldattı.»

They will call out to them, saying: ‹Were we not with you? ‹ ‹Yes, ‹ they will reply, ‹but you tempted yourselves, you waited (for problems to befall the believers), and you doubted, and were deluded by your own fancies until the Command of Allah came, and the deluder (satan) deluded you concerning Allah.

They will cry unto them, «Were we not with you?» The believers will answer, «Yes, verily – but you let your «Self» succumb to temptation. And you tempted one another, hesitated (watching which side was prevailing), and doubted (Allah’s promise). And your fantasies misled you until there issued the Command of Allah. And indeed, the deceiver deceived you concerning Allah. (Deceiver = Desire).

They will call upon them, «Were we not with you?» They will answer, «Yes, but you cheated your souls, hesitated, doubted, and became misled by wishful thinking, until GOD’s judgment came. You were diverted from GOD by illusions.

They shall cry to them, «Were we not with you?» They shall say, «Yes! but ye led yourselves into temptation, and ye delayed, and ye doubted, and the good things ye craved deceived you, till the doom of God arrived: – and the deceiver deceived you in regard to God.»

The hypocrites shall call out unto the true believers, saying, were we not with you? They shall answer, yea; but ye seduced your own souls by your hypocrisy: And ye waited our ruin; and ye doubted concerning the faith; and your wishes deceived you, until the decree of God came, and ye died: And the deceiver deceived you concerning God.

The hypocrites will call out to believers saying, `Were we not with you ?› The believers will answer, `Yea, but you let yourselves fall into temptation and you hesitated and doubted and your vain desires deceived you till the decree of ALLAH came to pass. And the deceiver deceived you concerning ALLAH.

Sie werden jenen (Gläubigen) zurufen: «Waren wir nicht mit euch?» Jene werden antworten: «Doch, aber ihr versuchtet euch selber und wartetet und zweifeltet, und die eitlen Wünsche betörten euch, bis Allahs Befehl kam. Und der Betrüger belog euch über Allah.

И (лицемеры) возгласят: ■ «Ужель мы не стояли рядом с вами?» ■ Ответят им: ■ «Вы были рядом с нами, ■ Но отдались соблазну вы ■ И, выжидая, предались сомненьям. ■ Вам лгали ваши вожделенья, ■ Пока не снизошло веление Аллаха, ■ Но искуситель (вновь) вас сбил с Его пути.

Монафикълар, мөэминнәргә: «Әйә дөньяда без сезнең белән бергә түгел идекме, ник хәзер бездән аерыласыз», – дип кычкырырлар. Мөэминнәр әйтерләр: «Дөрес, күренештә тыштан гына безнең кеби булдыгыз ләкин ике йөзле булып үзегезне ямансызлыкка салдыгыз, вә мөэминнәрнең сугышта һәлак булуларын көттегез, вә Аллаһ, пәйгамбәр сүзләренә шөбһә иттегез вә сезне дөнья кирәкләре алдады, хәтта Аллаһ әмере үлем килгәнче алданып йөрдегез, һәм шайтан сезне Аллаһ исеме илә алдады: Аллаһ гафу итүче, дип, барча кабахәт эшләрне кылдырды.

تو منافق لوگ مومنوں سے کہیں گے کہ کیا ہم (دنیا میں) تمہارے ساتھ نہ تھے وہ کہیں گے کیوں نہیں تھے۔ لیکن تم نے خود اپنے تئیں بلا میں ڈالا اور (ہمارے حق میں حوادث کے) منتظر رہے اور (اسلام میں) شک کیا اور (لاطائل) آرزوؤں نے تم کو دھوکہ دیا یہاں تک کہ خدا کا حکم آ پہنچا اور خدا کے بارے میں تم کو (شیطان) دغاباز دغا دیتا رہا

وہ (منافق) اُن (مومنوں) کو پکار کر کہیں گے: کیا ہم (دنیا میں) تمہاری سنگت میں نہ تھے؟ وہ کہیں گے: کیوں نہیں! لیکن تم نے اپنے آپ کو (منافقت کے) فتنہ میں مبتلا کر دیا تھا اور تم (ہمارے لئے برائی اور نقصان کے) منتظر رہتے تھے اور تم (نبوّتِ محمدی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اور دینِ اسلام میں) شک کرتے تھے اور باطل امیدوں نے تمہیں دھوکے میں ڈال دیا، یہاں تک کہ اللہ کا اَمرِ (موت) آپہنچا اور تمہیں اللہ کے بارے میں دغا باز (شیطان) دھوکہ دیتا رہا،
