وَ إِنْ نَكَثُوا أَيْمانَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَ طَعَنُوا فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقاتِلُوا أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لا أَيْمانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنْتَهُونَ

و إن نكثوا أيمانهم من بعد عهدهم و طعنوا في دينكم فقاتلوا أئمّة الكفر إنّهم لا أيمان لهم لعلّهم ينتهون

Wa-in nakathoo aymanahum min baAAdi AAahdihim wataAAanoo fee deenikum faqatiloo a-immata alkufri innahum la aymana lahum laAAallahum yantahoona

اگر پس از بستن پيمان ، سوگند خود شکستند و در دين شما طعن زدند ، با، پيشوايان کفر قتال کنيد که ايشان را رسم سوگند نگه داشتن نيست ، باشد که از کردار خود باز ايستند

ولى اگر سوگندهايشان را پس از پيمان بستنشان شكستند و در دين شما طعنه زدند، با پيشوايان كفر كارزار كنيد; چرا كه آنان حرمت سوگند [و پيمان] را رعايت نمى كنند، باشد كه دست بردارند.

و اگر عهد و پيمان خود را پس از عقد قرار داد بشكنند و آئين شما را مورد طعن و سرزنش قرار دهند، با پيشوايان كفر پيكار كنيد چرا كه پيمان آنها ارجى ندارد، شايد (پشيمان بشوند و از اعمال ناشايست خود) دست بر دارند.

و اگر پیمان هایشان را پس از تعهدشان شکستند و در دین شما زبان به طعنه و عیب جویی گشودند، در این صورت با پیشوایان کفر بجنگید که آنان را [نسبت به پیمان هایشان] هیچ تعهدی نیست، باشد که [از طعنه زدن و پیمان شکنی] بازایستند.

و اگر مشركان بشكنند پيمانهاى خود را از پس عهد كردنشان و عيب جوئى كنند در دين شما پس بكشيد پيشوايان كفر را زيرا نيست پيمانى (درست) براى ايشان تا آنكه ايشان (از پيمان شكنى) باز ايستند

و اگر سوگندهاى خود را پس از پيمان خويش شكستند و شما را در دينتان طعن زدند، پس با پيشوايانِ كفر بجنگيد، چرا كه آنان را هيچ پيمانى نيست، باشد كه [از پيمان‏شكنى‏] باز ايستند.

و اگر بعد از پيمان سوگند خود را شكستند و آيين شما را مورد طعن قرار دادند، با پيشوايان كفر پيكار كنيد زيرا آنها به عهدشان وفا نكردند- باشد كه از كردار خود دست بردارند.

و اگر پس از پيمانشان، سوگندان خويش را بشكنند، و در دين شما طعنه زنند پس با پيشوايان كفر، كارزار كنيد. بى‏گمان آنان را سوگندى نيست، باشد كه [از تجاوز] باز ايستند.

و اگر شكستند سوگندهاشان را از بعد پيمانشان و طعن زدند در دينشان پس كارزار كنيد با پيشوايان كفر بدرستيكه ايشان نيست سوگند مر ايشانرا باشد كه آنها بازايستند

و اگر سوگندهايشان را پس از پيمانشان بشكنند و در دينتان طعنه زنند، پس با پيشوايان كفر كارزار كنيد، چرا كه آنان را سوگندى نيست. باشد كه بازايستند.

و اگر پیمانهای خود را پس از عهد خویش بشکنند، و آیین شما را مورد طعن قرار دهند، با پیشوایان کفر پیکار کنید؛ چرا که آنها پیمانی ندارند؛ شاید (با شدّت عمل) دست بردارند!

و اگر سوگندهاى خويش پس از پيمان‏بستن بشكنند و در دين شما زبان به عيب‏گويى و نيش‏زدن بگشايند، پس با پيشوايان كفر كارزار كنيد زيرا كه آنها را [پايبندى به‏] سوگند [و پيمان‏] نيست باشد كه [از كفر و شرك و پيمان شكنى‏] بازايستند.

و اگر شكستند سوگندهاشان را از بعد پيمانشان و طعن زدند در دينشان پس كارزار كنيد با پيشوايان كفر بدرستى كه ايشان نيست سوگند مر ايشان را باشد كه آنها باز ايستند

و اگر شكستند سوگندهاى خويش را پس از پيمانشان و بد سگاليدند در دين شما پس بكشيد پيشوايان كفر را كه نيست سوگندهائى براى ايشان شايد دست بردارند

و اگر آنها سوگند خود را بعد از عهدی که بسته‌اند بشکنند و در دین شما تمسخر و طعن زنند در این صورت با آن پیشوایان کفر و ضلالت کارزار کنید که آنها را عهد و سوگند استواری نیست، باشد که بس کنند.

اگر پس از آنكه سوگند خوردند كه به عهد خود وفا كنند، سوگند خود را بشكنند و به دين شما حمله كنند، مي توانيد با رهبران كفر بجنگيد- ديگر لازم نيست به پيمان خود با آنها مقيد باشيد- باشد كه بازايستند.

And if they broke/violated their oaths from after their promise and they defamed/stabbed in yourreligion so fight/kill (the) leaders/examples (of) the disbelief, that they truly (have) no oaths/swearings for them, maybe/perhaps they terminate/stop.

But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish – pagans of Makkah) – for surely their oaths are nothing to them – so that they may stop (evil actions).

But if they break their oaths after their covenant and thrust at your religion, then fight the leaders of unbelief; they have no sacred oaths; haply they will give over.

But if they break their solemn pledges after having concluded a covenant,› and revile your religion, then fight against these archetypes of faithlessness’9 who, behold, have no [regard for their own] AT-TAWBAH SURAH pledges, so that they might desist [from aggression].

Maar indien zij hunne eeden na het aangaan van hun verbond schenden, en uwen godsdienst aantasten, tast dan de aanvoerders der ongeloovigen aan (want bij hen bestaat geene trouw), opdat zij hunne verraderijen staken.

And if they break their oaths after making them, and they denounce the authority of your system; then you may kill the chiefs of rejection. Their oaths are nothing to them, perhaps they will then cease.

E se dopo il patto mancano ai loro giuramenti e vi attaccano [a causa del]la vostra religione, combattete i capi della miscredenza. Non ci sono giuramenti

But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish – pagans of Makkah) – for surely their oaths are nothing to them – so that they may stop (evil actions).

Если же они нарушат свои клятвы после заключения договора и станут посягать на вашу религию, то сражайтесь с предводителями неверия, ибо для них нет клятв. Быть может, тогда они прекратят.

Если же они после [заключения] договора нарушат свои клятвы и станут поносить нашу религию, то сражайтесь с предводителями неверия, ибо они не признают клятв. Быть может, тогда они отступятся [от неверия].

And if they break their oaths after their agreement and (openly) revile your religion, then fight the leaders of unbelief– surely their oaths are nothing– so that they may desist.

And if they break their pledges after their treaty (hath been made with you) and assail your religion, then fight the heads of disbelief – Lo! they have no binding oaths – in order that they may desist.

But if they break faith with you after their treaty, and taunt your religion, then fight the leaders of misbelief; verily, they have no faith, haply they may desist.

Eğer verdikleri ahitten sonra yeminlerini bozar, dininize saldırırlarsa, o zaman küfrün elebaşlarını öldürün. Çünkü onların yeminleri yoktur. Böyle yaparsanız hal ve gidişlerine son verebilirler.

But if, after coming to terms with you, they break their oaths and revile your belief, fight the leaders of the disbelief for they have no oaths in order that they will desist.

If they keep breaking their pledges after their treaty, and assail your System, then fight the chiefs of the disbelievers. They have no respect for their binding oaths. This action will help restrain them from aggression.

If they violate their oaths after pledging to keep their covenants, and attack your religion, you may fight the leaders of paganism – you are no longer bound by your covenant with them – that they may refrain.

But if, after alliance made, they break their oaths and revile your religion, then do battle with the ring-leaders of infidelity – for no oaths are binding with them that they may desist.

But if they violate their oaths, after their league, and revile your religion, oppose the leaders of infidelity, — for there is no trust in them, — that they may desist from their treachery.

And if they break their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion, then fight these leaders of disbelief –surely, they have no regard for their oaths, – that they may desist.

Wenn sie aber nach ihrem Vertrag ihre Eide brechen und euren Glauben angreifen, dann bekämpfet die Führer des Unglaubens – sie halten ja keine Eide -, auf daß sie ablassen.

А если, после заключенья договора, ■ Они нарушат свои клятвы ■ И станут возводить хулу на вашу веру, ■ Вы дайте бой вождям неверия и зла, – ■ Ведь клятв для них не существует, ■ А это может их сдержать.

Ґәһед кылганнан соң антларын боздылар вә динегезне яманлап каршылык күрсәтсәләр, ул вакытта мөшрикләрнең башлыкларын үтерегез, әлбәттә, алар ґәһедләрен үтәмиләр, шаять үлемнән куркып, Аллаһуга каршылашудан туктарлар.

اور اگر عہد کرنے کے بعد اپنی قسموں کو توڑ ڈالیں اور تمہارے دین میں طعنے کرنے لگیں تو ان کفر کے پیشواؤں سے جنگ کرو (یہ یہ بےایمان لوگ ہیں اور) ان کی قسموں کا کچھ اعتبار نہیں ہے۔ عجب نہیں کہ (اپنی حرکات سے) باز آجائیں

اور اگر وہ اپنے عہد کے بعد اپنی قََسمیں توڑ دیں اور تمہارے دین میں طعنہ زنی کریں تو تم (ان) کفر کے سرغنوں سے جنگ کرو بیشک ان کی قَسموں کا کوئی اعتبار نہیں تاکہ وہ (اپنی فتنہ پروری سے) باز آجائیں،
