عَفَا اللَّهُ عَنْكَ لِمَ أَذِنْتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَ تَعْلَمَ الْكاذِبِينَ

عفا اللّه عنك لم أذنت لهم حتّى يتبيّن لك الّذين صدقوا و تعلم الكاذبين

AAafa Allahu AAanka lima athinta lahum hatta yatabayyana laka allatheena sadaqoo wataAAlama alkathibeena

خدايت عفو کند چرا به آنان اذن ماندن دادي ؟ مي بايست آنها که راست مي ، گفتند آشکار شوند و تو دروغگويان را هم بشناسي

خداوند از تو درگذرد، چرا پيش از آنكه حال راستگويان بر تو معلوم گردد و دروغگويان را بشناسى، به آنان اجازه دادى؟

خدا تو را بخشيد چرا پيش از آنكه (تحقيق كنى تا) گرفتارى كسانى كه راست ميگفتند براى تو معلوم شود و دروغگويان را بشناسى، اجازه ماندن به آنان دادى؟

خدا تو را مورد بخشش و لطف قرار دهد، چرا پیش از آنکه [راستگویی] راستگویان بر تو روشن شود، و دروغگویان را بشناسی [از روی مهر و محبتی که به ایشان داری] به آنان اجازه [ترک جنگ] دادی؟

خدا ترا رحمت كند چرا اجازه دادى بديشان (در تخلف از جهاد) تا وقتى كه روشن شود براى تو آنانكه (در اعتذار) راست گفتند و بشناسى دروغگويان را

خدايت ببخشايد، چرا پيش از آنكه [حال‏] راستگويان بر تو روشن شود و دروغگويان را بازشناسى، به آنان اجازه دادى؟

خدا تو را ببخشد، چرا كه قبل از آن كه راستگويان بر تو آشكار شوند و دروغگويان را بشناسى به آنها اجازه دادى.

خدا تو را عفو كرد. براى چه به آنها اجازه دادى [كه از پيكار باز نشينند]؟ [بهتر آن بود كه اجازه نمى‏دادى‏] تا ظاهر مى‏شد بر تو كسانى كه راست گفتند، و دروغگويان را مى‏شناختى.

عفو كرد خدا از تو چرا دستورى دادى ايشانرا تا آنكه ظاهر ميشد مر ترا آنان كه راست گفتند و ميدانستى دروغگويان را

خداوند از تو در گذرد، چرا تا وقتى كه راستگويان براى تو معلوم شوند و دروغگويان را بشناسى به آنان اجازه [باز ماندن‏] دادى؟

خداوند تو را بخشید؛ چرا پیش از آنکه راستگویان و دروغگویان را بشناسی، به آنها اجازه دادی؟! (خوب بود صبر می‌کردی، تا هر دو گروه خود را نشان دهند!)

خداى از تو درگذرد، چرا پيش از آنكه كسانى كه راست گفتند برايت پديدار و شناخته شوند و دروغگويان را بشناسى، به آنان [در نشستن از جنگ‏] رخصت دادى؟

عفو كرد خدا از تو چرا دستورى دادى ايشان را تا آنكه ظاهر ميشد مر ترا آنان كه راست گفتند و ميدانستى دروغگويان را

بگذرد خدا از تو چرا بدانان اذن دادى تا پديدار شود برايت آنان كه راست گفتند و بدانى دروغگويان را

– (ای رسول) خدا تو را ببخشاید چرا پیش از آنکه دروغگویان از راستگویان بر تو معلوم شوند به آنها اجازه دادی؟ (بهتر آن بود که رخصت در ترک جهاد ندهی تا آن را که به راستی ایمان آورده از آن که دروغ می‌گوید امتحان کنی).

خدا تو را بخشيده است: چرا پيش از آنكه بتواني راستگويان را از دروغگويان تشخيص دهي، به آنها اجازه دادي (كه عقب بمانند)؟

God forgave/pardoned from you/for what you permitted/allowed for them, until those who were truthful become clear/shown to you, and you know the liars/deniers .

May Allah forgive you (O Muhammad SAW). Why did you grant them leave (for remaining behind, you should have persisted as regards your order to them to proceed on Jihad), until those who told the truth were seen by you in a clear light, and you had known the liars?

God pardon thee! Why gavest thou them leave, till it was clear to thee which of them spoke the truth, and thou knewest the liars?

May God pardon thee [O Prophet] !6′ Why didst thou grant them permission [to stay at home] ere it had become obvious to thee as to who was speaking the truth, and [ere] thou camest to know. [who were] the liars?

God vergeve het u! waarom gaaft gij hun verlof te huis te blijven, voor dat het u was bewezen, dat zij waarheid spraken, en voor dat gij de leugenaars kendet?

God pardons you; why did you give them leave before it became clear to you who are truthful, and who are lying?

Che Allah ti perdoni: perché li hai dispensati [dal combattere], prima che tu potessi distinguere chi diceva il vero e chi era bugiardo?

May Allah forgive you (O Muhammad SAW). Why did you grant them leave (for remaining behind, you should have persisted as regards your order to them to proceed on Jihad), until those who told the truth were seen by you in a clear light, and you had known the liars?

Да простит тебя Аллах! Почему ты разрешил им остаться дома, пока тебе не стало ясно, кто говорит правду, а кто является лжецом?

Да простит тебя Аллах [, о Мухаммад]! Почему ты разрешил им [уклониться от похода], пока не выяснил, кто говорит правду и кто лжет?

Allah pardon you! Why did you give them leave until those who spoke the truth had become manifest to you and you had known the liars?

Allah forgive thee (O Muhammad)! Wherefor didst thou grant them leave ere those who told the truth were manifest to thee and thou didst know the liars?

God forgive thee; why didst thou give them leave (to stay) until it was made manifest to thee who spake the truth – until thou mightest know the liars?

Allah seni affetsin; neden onlara izin verdin de beklemedin ki, doğru söyleyenler sana açık-seçik belli olsun da yalancıları bilesin.

Allah has forgiven you! Why did you give them leave (to stay behind) until it was clear to you which of them was truthful and knew those who lied?

Allah pardons you (O Messenger)! Why did you give them permission to stay behind, before you could distinguish the truthful from the liars? (The granting of permission gave the hypocrites an excuse).

GOD has pardoned you: why did you give them permission (to stay behind), before you could distinguish those who are truthful from the liars?

God forgive thee! Why didst thou give them leave to stay behind, ere they who make true excuses had become known to thee, and thou hadst known the liars?

God forgive thee! Why didst thou give them leave to stay at home, until they who speak the truth, when they excuse themselves, had become manifested unto thee, and thou hadst known the liars?

ALLAH remove the ill consequences of thy mistake. Why didst thou permit them to stay behind till it had become clear to thee and thou hadst also known the liars ?

Allah nehme deine (Sorgen) von dir! Warum erlaubtest du ihnen (zurückzubleiben), bis die, welche die Wahrheit sprachen, dir bekannt wurden und du die Lügner erkanntest?

Аллах простил тебе за то, ■ Что ты позволил им остаться, ■ Прежде чем выявил, кто правду говорит, ■ И не узнал лжецов.

Аллаһ синнән хаталыкны гафу итте! Син ни өчен аларга сугыштан калырга рөхсәт бирдең? Туры кешеләрнең турылыгы ачыкланганчы көтәргә идең, ул вакытта кемнәр ялганчы икәнлеген белер идең.

خدا تمہیں معاف کرے۔ تم نے پیشتر اس کے کہ تم پر وہ لوگ بھی ظاہر ہو جاتے ہیں جو سچے ہیں اور وہ بھی تمہیں معلوم ہو جاتے جو جھوٹے ہیں اُن کو اجازت کیوں دی

اللہ آپ کو سلامت (اور باعزت و عافیت) رکھے، آپ نے انہیں رخصت (ہی) کیوں دی (کہ وہ شریکِ جنگ نہ ہوں) یہاں تک کہ وہ لوگ (بھی) آپ کے لئے ظاہر ہو جاتے جو سچ بول رہے تھے اور آپ جھوٹ بولنے والوں کو (بھی) معلوم فرما لیتے،
