قَدْ مَكَرَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَأَتَى اللَّهُ بُنْيانَهُمْ مِنَ الْقَواعِدِ فَخَرَّ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّقْفُ مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ وَ أَتاهُمُ الْعَذابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا يَشْعُرُونَ

قد مكر الّذين من قبلهم فأتى اللّه بنيانهم من القواعد فخرّ عليهم السّقف من فوقهم و أتاهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون

Qad makara allatheena min qablihim faata Allahu bunyanahum mina alqawaAAidi fakharra AAalayhimu alssaqfu min fawqihim waatahumu alAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona

پيشينيانشان حيلت ساختند فرمان خدا در رسيد و آن بنا را از پايه ويران ساخت و سقف بر سرشان فرود آمد و از سويي که نفهميدند ، عذاب آنان رافرو گرفت

كسانى هم كه [بر همين شيوه و] پيش از آنان بودند، مكر ورزيدند، آنگاه فرمان خداوند دررسيد كه بنيادشان را از پايه برانداخت و سقف از فرازشان برآنان فرود آمد، و عذاب از جايى كه انديشه اش را نمى كردند، بر سرشان نازل شد.

كسانى كه پيش از اهل مكه بودند، آنها نيز مكر و حيله بكار بردند و خدا بنيادشان را از بيخ و بن بركند و سقف خانه‏هايشان را بر سرشان فرود آورد و عذاب را از جهتى كه فكر نمى‏كردند، بر آنان فرستاد.

همانا کسانی که پیش از اینان بودند [به همین صورت] نیرنگ زدند [تا حق را نابود کنند] ، پس خدا بنیانشان را از پایه و اساس ویران کرد و سقف [خانه هایشان را] از بالای سرشان بر آنان فرو ریخت، و از جایی که پی نبردند، عذاب به سویشان آمد.

حقا كه (در باره آزار پيمبران) حيله كردند آنانكه پيش از مردم مكه بودند و آمد فرمان خدا (بخرابى) بناهايشان پس فرود آمد برايشان سقف خانه از فرازشان و بيامد بديشان عذاب (استيصال) از آنجا كه ندانستند (و گمان نداشتند)

پيش از آنان كسانى بودند كه مكر كردند، و[لى‏] خدا از پايه بر بنيانشان زد، درنتيجه از بالاى سرشان سقف بر آنان فرو ريخت، و از آنجا كه حدس نمى‏زدند عذاب به سراغشان آمد.

پيشينيان آنها مكر كردند و خدا بنيانشان را بركند، سقف بر سرشان فرو ريخت و از جايى دور از انتظار عذاب به سراغشان آمد.

به يقين مكر كردند آن كسان كه پيش از ايشان بودند و خدا بنيادشان را از بيخ بركند. پس سقف، از بالايشان بر ايشان فرود آمد، و عذاب از جايى به ايشان رسيد كه نمى‏دانستند.

بتحقيق مكردند آنان كه بودند پيش از ايشان پس آمد فرمان خدا بناهاشانرا از بيخ پس فرود آمد برايشان بام از بالايشان و آمد ايشانرا عذاب از آنجا كه نمى دانستند

پيشينيانشان [نيز] مكر ورزيدند پس [حكم‏] خداوند بنيادشان را از پايه بر انداخت كه سقف [خانه‏ها] از فرازشان بر آنان فرو افتاد و عذاب از آنجا كه نمى‏دانستند به آنان رسيد

کسانی که قبل از ایشان بودند (نیز) از این توطئه‌ها داشتند؛ ولی خداوند به سراغ شالوده (زندگی) آنها رفت؛ و آن را از اساس ویران کرد؛ و سقف از بالا بر سرشان فرو ریخت؛ و عذاب (الهی) از آن جایی که نمی‌دانستند به سراغشان آمد!

همانا كسانى كه پيش از آنان بودند نيرنگ و بدانديشى كردند پس خدا آهنگ بناهاى ايشان كرد و آنها را از پايه‏ها برانداخت و سقف از بالاى سرشان بر آنها فرو افتاد و از جايى كه نمى‏فهميدند عذاب بديشان رسيد

بتحقيق مكر كردند آنان كه بودند پيش از ايشان پس آمد فرمان خدا بناهاشان را از بيخ پس فرود آمد بر ايشان بام از بالايشان و آمد ايشان را عذاب از آنجا كه نمى‏دانستند

همانا مكر كردند آنان كه پيش از ايشان بودند پس واژگون ساخت خدا بنياد ايشان را از پايه ها پس فرود آمد بر ايشان بام از فراز ايشان و بيامدشان عذاب از آنجا كه ندانستند

آن کافرانی که پیش از اینان بودند نیز (مانند اینها) مکرها (برای پامال کردن حق) اندیشیدند لیکن خدا بنای آنها را از پایه ویران کرد و سقف بر سرشان فرو ریخت و عذاب خدا از جایی که نمی‌فهمیدند آنها را فرا رسید.

ديگران هم در گذشته مانند آنها حيله كرده‌اند و درنتيجه، خدا بنياد آنها را از پايه ويران ساخت و باعث شد سقف بر سرشان خراب شود. عذاب بر آنها نازل شد، هنگامي كه هيچ انتظار نداشتند.

Those from before them had cheated/deceived/schemed, so God came (and) destroyed their buildings/structures from the foundations/bases, so the roof/ceiling fell down on them from above them, and the torture came to them from where/when they do not feel/know/sense.

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive.

Those that were before them contrived; then God came upon their building from the foundations, and the roof fell down on them from over them, and the chastisement came upon them from whence they were not aware.

Those who lived before them did, too, devise many a blasphemy’9-whereupon God visited with destruction all that they had ever built,m [striking] at its very foundations, so that the roof fell in upon them from above 2′ and suffering befell them without their having perceived whence it came.

Hunne voorgangers smeedden vroeger aanslagen. God tastte hun gebouw tot in de grondslagen aan: het dak viel van boven op hen neder, en eene straf kwam over hen, van waar zij die niet verwachtten.

Those before them have schemed, but God came to their buildings from the foundation, thus the roof fell on top of them, and the retribution came to them from where they did not know.

Coloro che li precedettero già avevano tramato. Ma Allah ha scalzato le basi stesse delle loro costruzioni, il tetto rovinò loro addosso e il castigo venne loro da dove non lo aspettavano.

Those before them indeed plotted, but Allah struck at the foundation of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them, from above them, and the torment overtook them from directions they did not perceive.

Козни строили еще те, которые жили до них, но Аллах разрушил основание их строения. Крыша обрушилась на них сверху, и мучения постигли их оттуда, откуда они их не ожидали.

Козни строили еще те, которые жили прежде них, но Аллах разрушил их здание до основания. На них рухнула сверху крыша, и поразила их кара с той стороны, откуда они и не ожидали.

Those before them did indeed devise plans, but Allah demolished their building from the foundations, so the roof fell down on them from above them, and the punishment came to them from whence they did not perceive.

Those before them plotted, so Allah struck at the foundations of their building, and then the roof fell down upon them from above them, and the doom came on them whence they knew not;

Those who were before them devised a stratagem, but God brought their building off its foundations, and the roof fell over them, and the torment came to them, from whence they could not perceive.

Onlardan öncekiler tuzak kurmuşlardı. Bunun üzerine Allah, binalarına temellerinden çarpmış da üstlerindeki tavan tepelerine çökmüştü. Azap onlara hiç fark edemedikleri yerden gelmişti.

Those who have gone before them also plotted. Then, Allah came upon their building from the foundations, and the roof fell down on them from above them. And the punishment overtook them from where they did not know.

Those who lived before them, had also plotted (against the Divine Laws) – whereupon Allah struck at the very foundations of all they had built and contrived. Such that the roof caved in upon them from above them. And the doom befell them from directions that they had perceived not.

Others like them have schemed in the past, and consequently, GOD destroyed their building at the foundation, causing the roof to fall on them. The retribution struck them when they least expected.

They who were before them did plot of old. But God attacked their building at its foundation the roof fell on them from above; and, whence they looked not for it, punishment overtook them:

Their predecessors devised plots heretofore; but God came unto their building, to overthrow it from the foundations: And the roof fell on them from above, and a punishment came upon them, from whence they did not expect.

Those who were before them also devised plans, but ALLAH came upon their structure from the very foundations, so that the roof fell down upon them from above them, and the punishment came upon them from where they knew not.

Die vor ihnen waren, planten auch Ränke, doch Allah faßte ihren Bau an den Grundmauern, so daß das Dach von oben her auf sie stürzte; und die Strafe kam über sie, von wannen sie nicht wußten.

Хитрили и предшественники их, ■ Но снес Аллах их здание до основанья, ■ И кровля от него обрушилась на них, ■ И поразила их Господня кара, ■ Откуда они знать не знали.

Әүвәлге кәферләр дә Аллаһуга каршы мәкерлек кылдылар, хәтта ләгънәт ителгән вә һәлак булган Намруд патша «Аллаһугызны атып төшерәм», дип, бөек манара ясаткан иде. Аллаһ төзегән манараларының нигезен суырып алды да, биналары өсләренә ишелеп төште, һич көтмәгәндә, алар сизмәгән җирдән өсләренә ґәзаб килде, ягъни төзегән биналары үзләрен һәлак итте.

ان سے پہلے لوگوں نے بھی (ایسی ہی) مکاریاں کی تھیں تو خدا (کا حکم) ان کی عمارت کے ستونوں پر آپہنچا اور چھت ان پر ان کے اوپر سے گر پڑی اور (ایسی طرف سے) ان پر عذاب آ واقع ہوا جہاں سے ان کو خیال بھی نہ تھا

بیشک اُن لوگوں نے (بھی) فریب کیا جو اِن سے پہلے تھے تو اللہ نے اُن (کے مکر و فریب) کی عمارت کو بنیادوں سے اکھاڑ دیا تو ان کے اوپر سے ان پر چھت گر پڑی اور ان پر اس طرف سے عذاب آپہنچا جس کا اُنہیں کچھ خیال بھی نہ تھا،
