وَ لَهُمْ مَقامِعُ مِنْ حَدِيدٍ

و لهم مقامع من حديد

Walahum maqamiAAu min hadeedin

و نيز براي آنهاست گرزهايي آهنين

و گرزهاى آهنينى براى آنان [مهي] هست.

و تازيانه‏هاى آهنين براى آنهاست.

و برای آنان گرزهایی از آهن [مخصوص] است [که بر سرشان می کوبند.]

و براى ايشان گرزهائيست از آهن

و براى [وارد كردن ضربت بر سر] آنان گرزهايى آهنين است.

و گرزهاى آهنين براى‏شان مهياست.

و [بر بالاى سر] ايشان را گرزهاى آهنين باشد.

و ايشانرا است گرزها از آهن

و براى [عذاب كردن‏] آنان گرزهاى آهنين مهيّاست

و برای آنان گرزهایی از آهن (سوزان) است.

و آنان راست گرزهاى آهنين

و ايشان را است گرزها از آهن

و ايشان را است گرزهائى از آهن

و گرزگران و عمودهای آهنین بر (سر) آنها مهیا باشد.

آنها در ديگ‌هاي آهنين محبوس خواهند بود.

And for them (are) sticks from iron .

And for them are hooked rods of iron (to punish them).

for them await hooked iron rods;

And they shall be held [in this state as if] by iron grips; [Lit., «for them will be grips (maqami) of iron». The noun miqmaah – of which maqami is the plural – is derived from the verb qamaa, signifying «he curbed» or «restrained» or «held in subjection» (Lisan al-Arab). Hence, the «iron grips» mentioned in the above verse denote the inescapability of the suffering in the hereafter to which «they who are bent on denying the truth» condemn themselves.]

Een zij zullen met ijzeren staven geslagen worden.

And they will have hooked rods of iron.

And for them are hooked rods of iron (to punish them).

and they shall be beaten with maces of iron.

And for their further punishment there will be maces of iron.

Вә алар өчен тимердән камчылар булыр, аның белән сугылырлар.

اور ان (کے مارنے ٹھوکنے) کے لئے لوہے کے ہتھوڑے ہوں گے

اور ان (کے سروں پر مارنے) کے لئے لوہے کے ہتھوڑے ہوں گے،
