وَ الَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ أَزْواجَهُمْ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ شُهَداءُ إِلاَّ أَنْفُسُهُمْ فَشَهادَةُ أَحَدِهِمْ أَرْبَعُ شَهاداتٍ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّهُ لَمِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ

و الّذين يرمون أزواجهم و لم يكن لهم شهداء إلاّ أنفسهم فشهادة أحدهم أربع شهادات باللّه إنّه لمن الصّادقين

Waallatheena yarmoona azwajahum walam yakun lahum shuhadao illa anfusuhum fashahadatu ahadihim arbaAAu shahadatin biAllahi innahu lamina alssadiqeena

و کساني که زنان خود را به زنا متهم مي کنند و شاهدي جز خود ندارند ،، شهادت هر يک از آنها را چهار بار شهادت است به نام خدا که از راستگويان است

و كسانى كه به زنانشان تهمت [زن] مى زنند، و شاهدى جز خويشتن ندارند، [بايد] چهار بار به نام خداوند سوگند بخورند كه ايشان راستگو هستند.

كسانى كه به زنان خود نسبت زنا دهند و براى اثبات آن جز خودشان شاهدى نداشته باشند، نخست مرد بايد چهار بار بنام خدا سوگند ياد كند و شهادت دهد كه وى راست ميگويد.

و کسانی که همسران خود را متهم به زنا می کنند و بر آنان شاهدانی جز خودشان نباشد، پس هر کدام از آن شوهران [برای اثبات اتهامش] باید چهار بار شهادت دهد که سوگند به خدا، او [درباره همسرش] در این زمینه قطعاً راست می گوید،

و آنانكه نسبت زنا مى‏دهند بزنان خويش و نبود آن شوهران را گواه مگر خودشان پس گواهى دادن يكى از نسبت دهندگان چهار گواهى بخداست كه شوهر (در نسبت زنا بزن خود) از راستگويانست

و كسانى كه به همسران خود نسبت زنا مى‏دهند، و جز خودشان گواهانى [ديگر] ندارند، هر يك از آنان [بايد] چهار بار به خدا سوگند ياد كند كه او قطعاً از راستگويان است.

كسانى كه به همسران خود نسبت زنا مى‏دهند و جز خودشان گواهى ندارند بايد هر يك چهار بار خدا را شاهد بگيرد كه راستگوست

و آن كسان كه زنان خود را نسبت زنا دهند و ايشان را [جهت رفع حدّ] گواهانى نباشد جز خودشان پس شهادت يكيشان چهار گواهى است نزد خدا، بى‏گمان او از راستگويان است.

و آنانكه نسبت زنا دهند بهمسرانشان و نباشد ايشانرا گواهان مگر خودشان پس گواهى يكيشان چهار گواهى بخداست كه اوست هر آينه از راستگويان

و كسانى كه به زنانشان نسبت زنا مى‏دهند و جز خود گواهان [ديگر] نداشته باشند، [بدانيد حكم‏] شهادت هر يك از آنان [اين است‏] كه چهار بار به نام خداوند سوگند ياد كنند كه او از راستگويان است.

و کسانی که همسران خود را (به عمل منافی عفّت) متهمّ می‌کنند، و گواهانی جز خودشان ندارند، هر یک از آنها باید چهار مرتبه به نام خدا شهادت دهد که از راستگویان است؛

و كسانى كه زنان خويش را به زنا نسبت دهند و آنان را گواهانى نباشد مگر خودشان پس گواهى يكى از آنان چهار بار گواهى با سوگند به خداست كه او هر آينه از راستگويان است

و آنانكه نسبت زنا دهند بهمسرانشان و نباشد ايشان را گواهان مگر خودشان پس گواهى يكيشان چهار گواهى بخداست كه اوست هر آينه از راستگويان

و آنان كه پرتاب كنند بسوى زنان خود (پرتاب كردن بمعنى نسبت زنا دادن است) و نباشدشان گواهانى جز خويشتن پس گواهى يكيشان چهار گواهى است سوگند به خدا كه آن مرد است از راستگويان

و آنان که به زنان خود نسبت زنا دهند و جز خود بر آن شاهد و گواهی ندارند (چون حد لازم آید، برای رفع حد) باید از آن زن و مرد نخست مرد چهار مرتبه شهادت و قسم به نام خدا یاد کند که البته او (در این دعوی زنا) از راستگویان است.

و اما کساني که همسرانشان را متهم مي کنند و شاهدان ديگري ندارند، شهادتشان در صورتي پذيرفته مي شود که مرد چهار بار به خدا سوگند ياد کند که راست مي گويد.

And those who blame and accuse their spouses , and (there) were not for them witnesses/testifiers except themselves, so testimony/certification (of) one of them, four testimonies/certifications by God that he truly is from (E) the truthful.

And for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies (i.e. testifies four times) by Allah that he is one of those who speak the truth.

And those who cast it up on their wives having no witnesses except themselves, the testimony of one of them shall be to testify by God four times that he is of the truthful,

And as for those who accuse their own wives [of adultery], but have no witnesses except themselves, let each of these [accusers] call God four times to witness that he is indeed telling the truth, [Lit., «then the testimony of any of these shall be four testimonies [or «solemn affirmations»] before God».]

Zij die hunne vrouwen van overspel mochten beschuldigen en daarvoor geene getuigen, buiten hunnen persoon, kunnen aanwijzen, zullen viermalen bij God zweren, dat zij de waarheid spreken.

And those who accuse their wives, but they have no witnesses except for themselves, then the testimony of one of them is to be equivalent to that of four witnesses if he is swearing by God that he is being truthful.

Quanto a coloro che accusano le loro spose senza aver altri testimoni che sé stessi, la loro testimonianza sia una quadruplice attestazione in [Nome] di Allah testimoniante la loro veridicità,

And for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies (i.e. testifies four times) by Allah that he is one of those who speak the truth.

А свидетельством каждого из тех, которые обвиняют своих жен в прелюбодеянии, не имея свидетелей, кроме самих себя, должны быть четыре свидетельства Аллахом о том, что он говорит правду,

Что же касается тех, которые обвиняют в неверности своих жен, не имея свидетелей, кроме самих себя, то заменой свидетелей для кого-либо из них служат четыре клятвы Аллахом в том, что он, воистину, говорит правду,

And (as for) those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, the evidence of one of these (should be taken) four times, bearing A
llah to witness that he is most surely of the truthful ones.

As for those who accuse their wives but have no witnesses except themselves; let the testimony of one of them be four testimonies, (swearing) by Allah that he is of those who speak the truth;

And those who cast (imputation) on their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, then the testimony of one of them shall be to testify four times that, by God, he is of those who speak the truth;

Kendi eşlerine bir zina isnat edip de kendilerinden başka tanıkları olmayanların herbirinin tanıklığı, kendisinin kesinlikle doğru sözlülerden olduğu hususunda Allah’a yeminden ibaret dört kez tanıklık ikrarıdır.

And those who accuse their wives and have no witnesses except themselves, let them testify by swearing by Allah four times that he is of the truthful,

As for those who accuse their wives, but have no witnesses except themselves, then let the accuser call Allah four times to Witness that he is indeed telling the truth.

As for those who accuse their own spouses, without any other witnesses, then the testimony may be accepted if he swears by GOD four times that he is telling the truth.

And they who shall accuse their wives, and have no witnesses but themselves, the testimony of each of them shall be a testimony by God four times repeated, that he is indeed of them that speak the truth.

They who shall accuse their wives of adultery, and shall have no witnesses thereof besides themselves; the testimony which shall be required of one of them shall be, that he swear four times by God that he speaketh the truth:

And as for those who charge their wives with adultery and have no witnesses except themselves – the evidence of anyone of such people shall suffice if he bears witness four times in the name of ALLAH solemnly affirming that he is of those who speak the truth;

Und jene, die ihre Gattinnen verleumden und keine Zeugen haben außer sich selber – die Aussage eines Mannes allein von solchen Leuten soll (genügen), wenn er viermal im Namen Allahs Zeugenschaft leistet, daß er zweifelsohne die Wahrheit redet;

А те, кто клевету возводит на своих супруг, ■ И нет у них, кроме себя, свидетелей на это, – ■ Пускай свидетельства свои ■ Четырежды заверят именем Аллаха ■ О том, что они правду говорят,

Үз хатыннарын зиначы дип сүгүче ирләр, ләкин сүзләрен дөресләргә шаһидләре юк, мәгәр үзләре генә, аларның берсенә шәһадәт бирү ваҗебдер, хатынын зиначы дип сүгүче ир дүрт мәртәбә әйтер: «Биллаһи хатыным зина кылучы, мин дөрес сөйлим», – дип.

اور جو لوگ اپنی عورتوں پر بدکاری کی تہمت لگائیں اور خود ان کے سوا ان کے گواہ نہ ہوں تو ہر ایک کی شہادت یہ ہے کہ پہلے تو چار بار خدا کی قسم کھائے کہ بےشک وہ سچا ہے

اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں پر (بدکاری کی) تہمت لگائیں اور ان کے پاس سوائے اپنی ذات کے کوئی گواہ نہ ہوں تو ایسے کسی بھی ایک شخص کی گواہی یہ ہے کہ (وہ خود) چار مرتبہ اللہ کی قَسم کھا کر گواہی دے کہ وہ (الزام لگانے میں) سچا ہے،
