وَ الْخامِسَةَ أَنَّ غَضَبَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْها إِنْ كانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ

و الخامسة أنّ غضب اللّه عليها إن كان من الصّادقين

Waalkhamisata anna ghadaba Allahi AAalayha in kana mina alssadiqeena

و بار پنجم بگويد که خشم خدا بر او باد اگر مرد از راستگويان باشد

و بار پنجم بگويد كه خشم الهى بر آن زن باد اگر آن مرد از راستگويان باشد.

نوبت پنجم دفاع بايد بگويد: خشم خدا بر او باد كه اگر شوهرش راست بگويد.

و [شهادت] پنجم این است که [بگوید:] خشم خدا بر او باد اگر [آن مرد در این اتهام بستن] راستگو باشد.

و گواهى پنجم آنكه (آن گويد) خشم خدا بر آن باد اگر باشد مرد (در اين نسبت زنا) از راستگويان

و [گواهى‏] پنجم آنكه خشم خدا بر او باد اگر [شوهرش‏] از راستگويان باشد.

و در بار پنجم بگويد: «اگر آن مرد راست مى‏گويد خدا مرا به غضب خود گرفتار كند.»

و پنجمين [سوگند] آنكه [زن بگويد] غضب خدا بر او باد اگر [شوهرش‏] از راستگويان باشد.

و پنجمين آنكه خشم خدا بر آنزن اگر باشد آنمرد از راستگويان

و پنجمين [گواهى آن زن بايد چنين باشد] كه خشم خداوند بر او باد اگر [شوهرش‏] از راستگويان باشد

و بار پنجم بگوید که غضب خدا بر او باد اگر آن مرد از راستگویان باشد.

و بار پنجم اينكه [بگويد:] خشم خدا بر او باد اگر آن مرد از راستگويان باشد.

و پنجمين آنكه خشم خدا بر آنزن اگر باشد آنمرد از راستگويان

و پنجمين آنكه خشم خدا بر او باد اگر آن مرد است از راستگويان

و بار پنجم قسم یاد کند که غضب خدا بر او اگر این مرد (در این دعوی) از راستگویان باشد.

پنجمين سوگند، او را به خشم خدا گرفتار خواهد کرد، اگر مرد راست مي گفته است.

And the fifth, that God’s anger (is) on her if he was from the truthful.

And the fifth (testimony) should be that the Wrath of Allah be upon her if he (her husband) speaks the truth.

and a fifth time, that the wrath of God shall be upon her, if he should be of the truthful.

and the fifth [time], that God’s curse be upon her if he is telling the truth, [Thus, the husband’s accusation is to be regarded as proven if the wife refuses to take an oath to the contrary, and disproved if she solemnly sets her word against his. Inasmuch as this procedure, which is called lian («oath of condemnation»), leaves the question of guilt legally undecided, both parties are absolved of all the legal consequences otherwise attending upon adultery – resp. an unproven accusation of adultery – the only consequence being a mandatory divorce.]

En de vijfde maal door Gods toorn over zich in te roepen, indien, hetgeen de man verklaard heeft, waar zij.

And the fifth shall be that God’s curse is upon her if he is speaking the truth.

e la quinta [attestazione invocando] l’ira di Allah su sé stessa se egli è tra i veritieri.

And the fifth (testimony) should be that the Wrath of Allah be upon her if he (her husband) speaks the truth.

и пятое о том, что гнев Аллаха падет на нее, если он говорит правду.

а пятый раз [поклянется] в том, что пусть покарает ее гнев Аллаха, если муж говорит правду.

And the fifth (time) that the wrath of Allah be on her if he is one of the truthful.

And a fifth (time) that the wrath of Allah be upon her if he speaketh truth.

and the fifth that the wrath of God shall be on her if he be of those who speak the truth.

Bu durumda kadının beşinci sözü, suçlayan erkek doğru söyleyenlerdense, «Allah’ın gazabının kendisi üzerine olması»nı söylemekten ibarettir.

and on the fifth time the Wrath of Allah shall be upon her if he is of the truthful.

And the fifth time, that Allah may reject her if he is telling the truth. (The court shall then punish neither the husband nor the wife and it infers that the same procedure applies if the wife accuses her husband).

The fifth oath shall incur GOD’s wrath upon her if he was telling the truth.

And a fifth time to call down the wrath of God on her, if he have spoken the truth.

and if the fifth time she imprecate the wrath of God on her, if he speaketh the truth.

And the fifth time that the wrath of ALLAH be upon her if he has spoken the truth.

Und (ihr) fünfter (Eid) soll sein, daß Allahs Zorn auf ihr sein möge, falls er die Wahrheit redet.

А пятым – на себя Господень гнев испросит, ■ Если супруг ее окажется правдив.

Аннары бишенче Шәһадәтеңдә әйтер: «Әгәр ирем дөрес сөйләүчеләрдән булса, Аллаһуның ачуы миңа булсын», – дип.

اور پانچویں دفعہ یوں (کہے) کہ اگر یہ سچا ہو تو مجھ پر خدا کا غضب (نازل ہو)

اور پانچویں مرتبہ یہ (کہے) کہ اس پر (یعنی مجھ پر) اللہ کا غضب ہو اگر یہ (مرد اس الزام لگانے میں) سچا ہو،
