وَ لا يَأْتَلِ أُولُوا الْفَضْلِ مِنْكُمْ وَ السَّعَةِ أَنْ يُؤْتُوا أُولِي الْقُرْبى وَ الْمَساكِينَ وَ الْمُهاجِرِينَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَ لْيَعْفُوا وَ لْيَصْفَحُوا أَ لا تُحِبُّونَ أَنْ يَغْفِرَ اللَّهُ لَكُمْ وَ اللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ

و لا يأتل أولوا الفضل منكم و السّعة أن يؤتوا أولي القربى و المساكين و المهاجرين في سبيل اللّه و ليعفوا و ليصفحوا أ لا تحبّون أن يغفر اللّه لكم و اللّه غفور رحيم

Wala ya/tali oloo alfadli minkum waalssaAAati an yu/too olee alqurba waalmasakeena waalmuhajireena fee sabeeli Allahi walyaAAfoo walyasfahoo ala tuhibboona an yaghfira Allahu lakum waAllahu ghafoorun raheemun

توانگران و آنان که گشايشي در کار آنهاست ، نبايد سوگند بخورند که به ، خويشاوندان و مسکينان و مهاجران در راه خدا چيزي ندهند بايد ببخشند و ببخشايند آيا نمي خواهيد که خدا شما را بيامرزد ؟ و خداست آمرزنده مهربان

و متمكنان و توانگران شما نبايد سوگند بخورند كه به خويشاوندان و بينوايان و مهاجران [بى چيز] در راه خدا بخشش نكنند; و بايد كه بگذارند و بگذرند; آيا دوست نداريد كه خداوند از شما درگذرد؟ و خدا آمرزگار مهربان است.

از شما مؤمنين آنان كه داراى مال و ثروت و نعمت هستند، از بخشش و انفاق درباره خويشاوندان و بى‏نوايان و مهاجرين در راه خدا نبايد كوتاهى كنند. بايد آنها را بخشيده (و از تقصيراتشان) درگذرند. آيا دوست نميداريد كه خدا شما را ببخشد؟ (و گناهان شما را ببخشايد؟) و خدا بسيار آمرزنده و مهربانست.

و از میان شما کسانی که دارندگان ثروت و گشایش مالی هستند، نباید سوگند یاد کنند که از انفاق مال به خویشاوندان و تهی دستان و مهاجرانِ در راه خدا دریغ ورزند، و باید [بدی آنان را که برای شما مؤمنان توانگر سبب خودداری از انفاق شده] عفو کنند و از می ازات درگذرند؛ آیا دوست نمی دارید خدا شما را بیامرزد؟ [اگر دوست دارید، پس شما هم دیگران را مورد عفو و گذشت قرار دهید]؛ و خدا بسیار آمرزنده و مهربان است.

و كوتاهى نكنند توانگران از شما و گشايش دارندگان از اينكه بدهند نفقه (از اموالشان) به خويشاوندان و تهيدستان و هجرت كنندگان در راه خدا و بايد (ياران پيغمبر ايشان را) عفو كنند و در گذرند آيا دوست نداريد كه بيامرزد خدا شما را و خدا آمرزگار و مهربان است

و سرمايه‏داران و فراخ‏دولتان شما نبايد از دادن [مال‏] به خويشاوندان و تهيدستان و مهاجران راه خدا دريغ ورزند، و بايد عفو كنند و گذشت نمايند. مگر دوست نداريد كه خدا بر شما ببخشايد؟ و خدا آمرزنده مهربان است.

ثروتمندان مرفه نبايد سوگند ياد كنند، كه به نزديكان و مستمندان و مهاجران در راه خدا انفاق نمى‏كنند. آنها بايد ببخشند و ببخشايند. آيا دوست نداريد خداوند شما را ببخشد، خدا آمرزنده مهربان است.

و نبايد سوگند خورند خداوندان فزونى و فراخى از ميان شما [اشاره است به ابو بكر] كه [چيزى‏] بر خويشاوندان [از جمله پسر خاله‏اش مسطح كه در «افك» شركت داشت‏] و درويشان و مهاجران در راه خدا ندهند و بايد كه در گذرند [و نرنجند] و عفو كنند آيا دوست نمى‏داريد كه خدا شما را بيامرزد و خدا آمرزگار مهربان است.

و سوگند نخورند صاحبان فزونى از شما و توانگرى كه ندهند بصاحبان قرابت و درماندگان و هجرت كنندگان در راه خدا و بايد كه درگذرند و عفو كنند آيا دوست نميداريد كه بيامرزد خدا شما را و خدا آمرزنده مهربانست

و دارندگان و توانمندانتان نبايد سوگند خورند بر آنكه به خويشاوندان و بينوايان و مهاجران در راه خدا چيزى ندهند، و بايد كه ببخشند و در گذرند. آيا دوست نمى‏داريد كه خداوند شما را بيامرزد؟ و خداوند آمرزگار مهربان است

آنها که از میان شما دارای برتری (مالی) و وسعت زندگی هستند نباید سوگند یاد کنند که از انفاق نسبت به نزدیکان و مستمندان و مهاجران در راه خدا دریغ نمایند؛ آنها باید عفو کنند و چشم بپوشند؛ آیا دوست نمی‌دارید خداوند شما را ببخشد؟! و خداوند آمرزنده و مهربان است!

و خداوندان فزونى و فراخى- توانگران و صاحبان نعمت- از شما مبادا سوگند بخورند كه به خويشان و درويشان و هجرت‏كنندگان در راه خدا چيزى ندهند و بايد درگذرند و چشم بپوشند- از بدزبانى و بدرفتارى نيازمندان- آيا دوست نداريد كه خدا شما را بيامرزد؟ و خدا آمرزگار و مهربان است.

و سوگند نخورند صاحبان فزونى از شما و توانگرى كه ندهند بصاحبان قرابت و درماندگان و هجرت كنندگان در راه خدا و بايد كه در گذرند و عفو كنند آيا دوست نميداريد كه بيامرزد خدا شما را و خدا آمرزنده مهربانست

و كوتاهى نكنند توانگران از شما و دارندگان گشايش كه بدهند خويشاوندان و بينوايان و هجرت كنندگان را در راه خدا و بايد عفو كنند و درگذرند آيا نمى خواهيد (دوست نداريد) كه بيامرزد خدا براى شما و خدا است آمرزنده مهربان

و نباید صاحبان ثروت و نعمت از شما درباره خویشاوندان خود و در حق مسکینان و مهاجران راه خدا از بخشش و انفاق کوتاهی کنند، باید مؤمنان عفو و صفح پیشه کنند و از بدیها درگذرند، آیا دوست نمی‌دارید که خدا هم در حق شما مغفرت (و احسان) فرماید؟و خدا بسیار آمرزنده و مهربان است.

در ميان شما كساني كه با منابع و ثروت مورد رحمت قرار گرفته‌اند، بايد به خويشاوندان خود، تهيدستان و كساني كه در راه خدا مهاجرت كرده‌اند، انفاق كنند. بايد با آنها با مهرباني و بردباري رفتار كنند؛ آيا دوست نداريد از بخشش خدا برخوردار شويد؟ خداست عفوكننده، مهربان‌ترين.

(Owners) of the grace/favour/blessing and the wealth/abundance from you do not slacken/relax , that they give/bring (those) of the relations/near, and the poorest of poor/poor oppressed, and the emigrants in God’s sake/path , and to forgive/pardon, and they should forgive/pardon, do you not love/like that God forgives for you? And God (is) forgiving, merciful.

And let not those among you who are blessed with graces and wealth swear not to give (any sort of help) to their kinsmen, Al-Masakeen (the poor), and those who left their homes for Allahs Cause. Let them pardon and forgive. Do you not love that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Let not those of you who possess bounty and plenty swear off giving kinsmen and the poor and those who emigrate in the way of God; but let them pardon and forgive. Do you not wish that God should forgive you? God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate.

Hence, [even if they have been wronged by slander,] let not those of you who have been graced with God’s favour and ease of life ever become remiss in helping [Or: «Swear that [henceforth] they would not help [lit., «give to»]…», etc. Both these meanings – «he swore [that]» and «he became remiss [in]» – are attributable to the verb ala, which appears in the above sentence in the form ya tal. My rendering is based on the interpretation given to this verb by the great philologist Abu Ubayd al-Qasim al-Harawi (Cf. Lane I, 84).] [the erring ones among] their near of kin, and the needy, and those who have forsaken the domain of evil for the sake of God, [For an explanation of this rendering of the designation al-muhajirun (or, in other places, alladhina hajaru), see surah 2:218.] but let them pardon and forbear. [For,] do you not desire that God should forgive you your sins, seeing that God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace? [It is generally assumed that this verse refers to Abu Bakr, who swore that he would never again help his poor relative, the muhajir Mistah (whom he used to support until then) after the latter had taken part in sla
ndering Abu Bakr’s daughter, Aishah (see note on verse 11 above). There is no doubt that this assumption of the commentators is well-founded; but there is also no doubt that the ethical purport of the above verse is timeless and, therefore, independent of the fact or facts with which it appears to be historically linked. (This view finds additional support in the use of the plural form throughout the above passage.) The call to «pardon and forbear» is fully consonant with the Quranic principle of countering evil with good (see 13:22 and the corresponding note).]

Laat degenen van ulieden, die overvloed van welvaart bezitten en de machtigen niet zweren, dat zij hunne verwanten niets zullen geven, en aan de armen en aan hen die hunne woning voor de zaak des Heeren waren godsdienst hebben verlaten, maar laten zij liever vergeven en welwillend omtrent hen handelen. Zoudt gij niet begeeren dat God u vergaf? En God is genadig en barmhartig.

And let not those amongst you who have been blessed with abundance refuse to give to the relatives, and the needy, and those who have immigrated in the cause of God. Let them pardon and forgive. Would you not like God to forgive you? And God is Forgiving, Merciful.

Coloro di voi che godono di favore e agiatezza, non giurino di non darne ai parenti, ai poveri e a coloro che emigrano sul sentiero di Allah. Perdonino e passino oltre! Non desiderate che Allah vi perdoni? Allah è perdonatore, misericordioso.

And let not those among you who are blessed with graces and wealth swear not to give (any sort of help) to their kinsmen, Al-Masakeen (the poor), and those who left their homes for Allahs Cause. Let them pardon and forgive. Do you not love that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Пусть обладающие достоинствами и достатком среди вас не клянутся, что не будут помогать родственникам, беднякам и переселенцам на пути Аллаха. Пусть они простят и будут снисходительны. Разве вы не желаете, чтобы Аллах простил вас? Аллах – Прощающий, Милосердный.

И пусть щедрые и обладающие достатком среди вас не клянутся, что не будут оказывать помощи родственникам, беднякам и покинувшим свой дом [для борьбы] на пути Аллаха. Пусть они прощают и извиняют [их]. Разве вы не хотите, чтобы Аллах простил вас? Аллах – прощающий, милосердный.

And let not those of you who possess grace and abundance swear against giving to the near of kin and the poor and those who have fled in Allah’s way, and they should pardon and turn away. Do you not love that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

And let not those who possess dignity and ease among you swear not to give to the near of kin and to the needy, and to fugitives for the cause of Allah. Let them forgive and show indulgence. Yearn ye not that Allah may forgive you? Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

And let not those amongst you who have plenty and ample means swear that they will not give aught to their kinsman and the poor and those who have fled their homes in God’s way, but let them pardon and pass it over. Do ye not like God to forgive you? and God is forgiving, compassionate.

Sizin lütuf ve imkân sahibi olanlarınız; akrabaya, çaresizlere, Allah yolunda hicret edenlere birşey vermemeye yemin etmesinler, affetsinler, hoş görsünler. Allah’ın sizi affetmesini istemez misiniz? Allah Gafûf’dur, Rahîm’dir.

Do not let those of you who possess bounty and plenty swear not to give kinsmen, and the poor, and those who emigrate in the way of Allah. Let them pardon and forgive. Do you not yearn that Allah forgives you? And Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful.

(Development of the personality takes place by respecting the Divine Moral Values and helping people with your wealth and person (2:232), (4:49), (9:103), (24:21), (24:30), (53:32), (91:9-10), (92:18)). Let not those among you who have been blessed with resources and ease of life ever stay behind in spending on: Their families, Relatives, Those who have lost their jobs, Whose running businesses have stalled, Whose hard earned income is insufficient to meet their needs, and Those who have forsaken the domain of evil or persecution in the Cause of Allah. Let them pardon and overlook the imperfections of the needy. Listen! Do you not love that Allah should forgive you, absolving your imperfections? Thus it is – Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

Those among you who are blessed with resources and wealth shall be charitable towards their relatives, the poor, and those who have immigrated for the sake of GOD. They shall treat them with kindness and tolerance; do you not love to attain GOD’s forgiveness? GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

And let not persons of wealth and means among you swear that they will not give to their kindred, to the poor, and to those who have fled their homes in the cause of God; let them rather pardon and pass over the offence. Desire ye not that God should forgive you? And God is Gracious, Merciful!

Let not those among you who possess abundance of wealth, and have ability, swear that they will not give unto their kindred, and the poor, and those who have fled their country for the sake of God’s true religion: But let them forgive, and act with benevolence towards them. Do ye not desire that God should pardon you? And God is gracious and merciful.

And let not persons of wealth and means among you swear that they will not give aught to the kindred and to the needy and to those who have left their homes in the cause of ALLAH. Let them forgive and forbear. Do you not desire that ALLAH should forgive you ? And ALLAH is Most Forgiving, Merciful.

Und die unter euch, die Reichtum und Überfluß besitzen, sollen nicht schwören, den Anverwandten und den Bedürftigen und den auf Allahs Pfad Ausgewanderten nicht zu geben. Sie sollen vergeben und verzeihen. Wünscht ihr nicht, daß Allah euch vergebe? Und Allah ist allvergebend, barmherzig.

Пусть те из вас, которые в достатке и благочестия полны, ■ Себе зарока не дают о том, ■ Чтоб помощь родственникам (прекратить), ■ И бедным, и переселившимся на промысле Аллаха, – ■ Пусть лучше им они простят и снисхождение проявят. ■ Ужель вы сами не хотите, ■ Чтобы и вам Аллах простил? ■ Аллах, поистине, прощающ, милосерд!

Ий мөэминнәр, сездән һичкем якын кардәшләренә, мескеннәргә һәм Аллаһ ризасы өчен диннең дөрес җиренә күчеп килгәннәргә мал бирмәскә, ярдәм итмәскә ант итмәсен, бәлки кимчелекләрен гафу итегез вә хаталарын кичерегез, Аллаһу тәгаләнең үзегезне ярлыкавын әллә сөймисезме? Аллаһ белеп ярлыкаучы вә белеп рәхмәт итүче.

اور جو لوگ تم میں صاحب فضل (اور صاحب) وسعت ہیں، وہ اس بات کی قسم نہ کھائیں کہ رشتہ داروں اور محتاجوں اور وطن چھوڑ جانے والوں کو کچھ خرچ پات نہیں دیں گے۔ ان کو چاہیئے کہ معاف کردیں اور درگزر کریں۔ کیا تم پسند نہیں کرتے کہ خدا تم کو بخش دے؟ اور خدا تو بخشنے والا مہربان ہے

اور تم میں سے (دینی) بزرگی والے اور (دنیوی) کشائش والے (اب) اس بات کی قَسم نہ کھائیں کہ وہ (اس بہتان کے جرم میں شریک) رشتہ داروں اور محتاجوں اور اللہ کی راہ میں ہجرت کرنے والوں کو (مالی امداد نہ) دیں گے انہیں چاہئے کہ (ان کا قصور) معاف کر دیں اور (ان کی غلطی سے) درگزر کریں، کیا تم اس بات کو پسند نہیں کرتے کہ اللہ تمہیں بخش دے، اور اللہ بڑا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے،
