وَ يَسْتَعْجِلُونَكَ بِالْعَذابِ وَ لَوْ لا أَجَلٌ مُسَمًّى لَجاءَهُمُ الْعَذابُ وَ لَيَأْتِيَنَّهُمْ بَغْتَةً وَ هُمْ لا يَشْعُرُونَ

و يستعجلونك بالعذاب و لو لا أجل مسمّى لجاءهم العذاب و ليأتينّهم بغتة و هم لا يشعرون

WayastaAAjiloonaka bialAAathabi walawla ajalun musamman lajaahumu alAAathabu walaya/tiyannahum baghtatan wahum la yashAAuroona

از تو به شتاب عذاب را مي طلبند اگر آن را زماني معين نبود ، بر آنها، نازل شده بود و ناگهان و بي آنکه خبر شوند بر آنها فرود خواهد آمد

و از تو عذاب را به شتاب مى خواهند و اگر اجلى معينى در كار نبود، عذاب بر آنان نازل مى شد و در حالى كه ناآگاهند ناگهان به سراغشان مى آيد.

(يا پيامبر، منكران قيامت) از تو درخواست تعجيل در عذاب ميكنند. اگر وقت معينى براى آن تعيين نشده بود هر آينه عذاب موعود به آنان ميرسيد. البته بطور ناگهانى خواهد رسيد آنها نميدانند.

آنان شتاب در آوردن عذاب را از تو می خواهند، اگر مدتی معین [برای آنان] مقرّر نبود، قطعاً آن عذاب را [که خواهانش هستند] بر آنان می آمد و حتماً ناگاه در حالی که بی خبرند، به سراغشان خواهد آمد.

و بشتاب مى‏خواهند از تو عذاب را و اگر نبود مدتى نامبرده بيگمان مى‏آمدشان عذاب و بعزتم سوگند كه خواهد آمد عذاب بديشان ناگهان در حاليكه ايشان (هنگام آمدنش را) ندانند

و از تو به شتاب درخواست عذاب [الهى را] دارند، و اگر سرآمدى معين نبود ، قطعاً عذاب به آنان مى‏رسيد و بى‏آنكه خبردار شوند غافلگيرشان مى‏كرد.

آنها با شتاب از تو عذاب طلب مى‏كنند و اگر موعد مقررى تعيين نشده بود بر آنها عذاب مى‏آمد و ناگهان و بى‏خبر نازل مى‏شد.

و به شتاب عذاب را، از تو مى‏خواهند و اگر وقت معينى نمى‏داشت البته عذاب بر ايشان مى‏آمد، و البته برايشان، ناگهان بيايد و آنها ندانند.

و بشتاب ميخواهند از تو عذاب را و اگر نبود مدتى معين هر آينه مى‏آمد ايشانرا عذاب و هر آينه آيدشان ناگهان و ايشان ندانند

عذاب را از تو به شتاب مى‏طلبند و اگر ميعادى معين نبود به يقين عذاب به آنان مى‏رسيد. و ناگهان در حالى كه ندانند به سوى آنان خواهد آمد

آنان با شتاب از تو عذاب را می‌طلبند؛ و اگر موعد مقرّری تعیین نشده بود، عذاب (الهی) به سراغ آنان می‌آمد؛ و سرانجام این عذاب بطور ناگهانی بر آنها نازل می‌شود در حالی که نمی‌دانند (و غافلند).

و به شتاب از تو عذاب مى‏خواهند. و اگر سرآمدى نامبرده نبود بى‏گمان عذاب بديشان مى‏رسيد، و هر آينه ناگهان بديشان آيد در حالى كه نفهمند و بى‏خبر باشند.

و بشتاب ميخواهند از تو عذاب را و اگر نبود مدتى معين هر آينه ميامد ايشان را عذاب و هر آينه آيدشان ناگهان و ايشان ندانند

و شتاب خواهند از تو در عذاب و اگر نبود سرآمدى نامبرده هر آينه مى آمدشان عذاب و همانا بيايدشان ناگهان و ايشان درنيابند

منکران (به تمسخر) از تو تقاضای تعجیل در نزول عذاب می‌کنند، و اگر وقت معین آن (در علم ازلی، قیامت) نبود عذاب حق بر آنها می‌رسید، و البته ناگهانی در حالی که غافل و بی‌خبر باشند بر آنان خواهد آمد.

آنها به اعتراض از تو مي ‌خواهند تا عذاب را بياوري! اگر به خاطر زمان از پيش تعيين شده نبود، فوراً عذاب براي آنها آمده بود. مسلماً، آن برايشان يكباره خواهد آمد، زماني که اصلاً انتظارش را ندارند.

And they hasten/urge you with the torture, and where it not for a named/identified (specified) term/time, the torture would have come to them, and it will come to them (E) suddenly/unexpectedly, and (while) they do not feel/sense/know.

And they ask you to hasten on the torment (for them), and had it not been for a term appointed, the torment would certainly have come to them. And surely, it will come upon them suddenly while they perceive not!

And they demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! But for a stated term the chastisement would have come upon them; but it shall come upon them suddenly, when they are not aware.

Now they challenge thee to hasten the coming upon them of [God’s] chastisement: [See note on 8:32.] and indeed, had not a term been set [for it by God], that suffering would already have come upon them! But indeed, it will most certainly come upon them of a sudden, and they will be taken unawares.

Zij zullen van u eischen, dat gij de straf verhaast, welke zij u tarten op hen te doen nederkomen. Indien er echter geen bepaalde tijd voor hun uitstel ware geweest, zou de straf reeds op hen zijn nedergekomen; maar zij zal hen zekerlijk plotseling overvallen, en zij zullen het niet voorzien.

And they hasten you for the retribution! If it were not for a predetermined appointment, the retribution would have come to them. It will come to them suddenly, when they do not expect.

Ti chiedono di affrettare il castigo. Se non ci fosse un termine stabilito, già sarebbe giunto il castigo. Verrà loro all’improvviso, senza che ne abbiano sentore.

And they ask you to hasten on the torment (for them), and had it not been for a term appointed, the torment would certainly have come to them. And surely, it will come upon them suddenly while they perceive not!

Они торопят тебя с мучениями. Если бы не назначенный срок, то мучения уже явились бы к ним. Воистину, они явятся к ним внезапно, и они даже не почувствуют этого.

Они побуждают тебя ускорить наказание. Если бы не был предопределен срок [кары], то наказание непременно постигло бы их [сейчас]. Оно постигнет их внезапно, а они и знать не будут.

And they ask you to hasten on the chastisement; and had not a term been appointed, the chastisement would certainly have come to them; and most certainly it will come to them all of a sudden while they will not perceive.

They bid thee hasten on the doom (of Allah). And if a term had not been appointed, the doom would assuredly have come unto them (ere now). And verily it will come upon them suddenly when they perceive not.

They will wish thee to hasten on the torment; but were it not for a stated and appointed time, the torment would have come upon them suddenly, while yet they did not perceive.

Azabı senden çarçabuk istiyorlar. Eğer belirlenmiş bir süre olmasaydı, azap onlara elbette gelmiş olacaktı. Fakat o, hiç farkında olmadıkları bir sırada kendilerine ansızın geliverecektir. Bunda kuşku yok.

They demand that you hasten the punishment! But had it not been for the stated term, the punishment would come to them; it will come upon them suddenly when they are unaware.

Now they challenge you to hasten the requital. And indeed, if the term had not been set for it, that requital would have come upon them. (The Law of Respite applies to all people). Certainly, it will come upon them all of a sudden, while they perceive not.

They challenge you to bring the retribution! If it were not for a predetermined appointment, the retribution would have come to them immediately. Certainly, it will come to them suddenly, when they least expect it.

They will challenge thee to hasten the punishment: but had there not been a season fixed for it, that punishment had already come upon them. But it shall overtake them suddenly when they look not for it.

They will urge thee to hasten the punishment which they defy thee to bring down upon them: If there had not been a determined time for their respite, the punishment had come upon them before this; but it shall surely overtake them suddenly, and they shall not foresee it.

They ask thee to hasten on the punishment, and had there not been an appointed term, the punishment would have come upon them. And it shall, surely, overtake them unexpectedly, while they perceive not.

Sie verlangen von dir, daß du die Strafe beschleunigst. Wäre nicht eine Frist festgesetzt, die Strafe hätte sie schon ereilt, und sie wird gewiß unerwartet über sie kommen, da sie es nicht gewahren.

Они тебя торопят с наказаньем, ■ И, если б не назначенный предел, ■ Господня кара их уже постигла б. ■ Она же к ним внезапно подойдет, ■ Когда они ни знать о ней, ни ждать ее не будут.

Мөшрикләр синнән ґәзабны ашыктырып сорарлар, әгәр ґәзаб өчен билгеләнгән вакыт булмаса иде, әлбәттә, аларга ґәзаб килер иде, әлбәттә аларга ґәзаб искәрмәстән килер, хәлбуки алар ґәзабның килгәнен сизмәсләр.

اور یہ لوگ تم سے عذاب کے لئے جلدی کر رہے ہیں۔ اگر ایک وقت مقرر نہ( ہو چکا) ہوتا تو اُن پر عذاب آبھی گیا ہوتا۔ اور وہ (کسی وقت میں) اُن پر ضرور ناگہاں آکر رہے گا اور اُن کو معلوم بھی نہ ہوگا

اور یہ لوگ آپ سے عذاب میں جلدی چاہتے ہیں، اور اگر (عذاب کا) وقت مقرر نہ ہوتا تو ان پر عذاب آچکا ہوتا، اور وہ (عذاب یا وقتِ عذاب) ضرور انہیں اچانک آپہنچے گا اور انہیں خبر بھی نہ ہوگی،
