وَ ما هذِهِ الْحَياةُ الدُّنْيا إِلاَّ لَهْوٌ وَ لَعِبٌ وَ إِنَّ الدَّارَ الآْخِرَةَ لَهِيَ الْحَيَوانُ لَوْ كانُوا يَعْلَمُونَ

و ما هذه الحياة الدّنيا إلاّ لهو و لعب و إنّ الدّار الآخرة لهي الحيوان لو كانوا يعلمون

Wama hathihi alhayatu alddunya illa lahwun walaAAibun wa-inna alddara al-akhirata lahiya alhayawanu law kanoo yaAAlamoona

زندگاني اين دنيا چيزي جز لهو و لعب نيست اگر بدانند ، سراي آخرت سراي ، زندگاني است

و اين زندگانى دنيا جز سرگرمى و بازيچه نيست، و اگر مى دانستند بيگمان سراى آخرت كانون زندگى است.

زندگانى اين دنيا بازيچه‏اى بيش نيست و زندگانى واقعى در آخرت است، اگر مردم ميدانستند.

و این زندگی دنیا جز سرگرمی و بازی نیست و بی تردید سرای آخرت، همان زندگی [واقعی و ابدی] است؛ اگر اینان معرفت و دانش داشتند [دنیا را به قیمت از دست دادن آخرت برنمی گزیدند.]

و نيست اين زندگانى دنيا مگر سرگرمى و بازى و البته سراى بازپسين بيگمان آن سراى زندگانى (و حيات حقيقى) است اگر بدانند

اين زندگى دنيا جز سرگرمى و بازيچه نيست، و زندگى حقيقى همانا [در] سراى آخرت است؛ اى كاش مى‏دانستند.

زندگى دنيا جز بازيچه و سرگرمى نيست. اگر بدانند زندگى واقعى سراى ديگر است،

و زندگانى اين دنيا جز لهو و لعب [چيزى‏] نيست و بيقين سراى آخرت، آن [سراى‏] زندگانى است اگر مى‏دانستند.

و نيست اين زندگانى دنيا مگر هزل و بازى و بدرستيكه سراى باز پسين هر آينه آنست زندگانى اگر باشند كه بدانند

و اين زندگانى دنيا جز سر گرمى و بازيچه نيست. و البته اگر مى‏دانستند، سراى آن جهانى همان زندگانى [راستين‏] است.

این زندگی دنیا چیزی جز سرگرمی و بازی نیست؛ و زندگی واقعی سرای آخرت است، اگر می‌دانستند!

و اين زندگانى دنيا جز سرگرمى و بازى نيست، و هر آينه سراى واپسين زندگانى [راستين‏] است، اگر مى‏دانستند.

و نيست اين زندگانى دنيا مگر هزل و بازى و بدرستى كه سراى بازپسين هر آينه آنست زندگانى اگر باشند كه بدانند

و نيست اين زندگانى دنيا جز هوسرانى و بازى و همانا خانه بازپسين است زندگانى اگر بدانند

این زندگانی چند روزه دنیا (اگر نه در پرستش حق و سعادت آخرت صرف شود) افسوس و بازیچه‌ای بیش نیست، و زندگانی اگر مردم بدانند به حقیقت‌دار آخرت است (که حیاتش جاوید و نعمتش بی‌رنج و زوال است).

زندگي اين دنيا جز ظواهر و بازي بيش نيست، در حالي كه سراي آخرت، زندگي اصلي است، اگر فقط مي ‌دانستند.

And this the life the present/worldly life is not except a play thing/amusement/diversion and playing/enjoyment , and that the end’s (other life’s) home/house (E) it is (E) the life if they were knowing.

And this life of the world is only amusement and play! Verily, the home of the Hereafter, that is the life indeed (i.e. the eternal life that will never end), if they but knew

This present life is naught but a diversion and a sport; surely the Last Abode is Life, did they but know.

for, [if they did, they would know that] the life of this world is nothing but a passing delight and a play – whereas, behold, the life in the hereafter is indeed the only [true] life: if they but knew this!

Het tegenwoordige leven is slechts een tijdverdrijf en een spel; maar het toekomstige verblijf in het paradijs is het werkelijke leven. Indien zij dit wisten, zouden zij het eerste niet boven het laatste verkiezen.

This worldly life is no more than fun and distraction, while the abode of the Hereafter is the reality, if they only knew.

And this life of the world is only amusement and play! Verily, the home of the Hereafter, that is the life indeed (i.e. the eternal life that will never end), if they but knew

Мирская жизнь – всего лишь игра и потеха, а Последняя обитель – это настоящая жизнь. Если бы они только знали это!

Жизнь в этом мире – лишь забава и игра. И, воистину, будущий мир и есть вечная жизнь, но они об этом не ведают.

And this life of the world is nothing but a sport and a play; and as for the next abode, that most surely is the life– did they but know!

This life of the world is but a pastime and a game. Lo! the home of the Hereafter – that is Life, if they but knew.

This life of the world is nothing but a sport and a play; but, verily, the abode of the next world, that is life,- if they did but know!

Şu iğreti dünya hayatı, bir eğlence ve oyundan başka şey değil. Âhiret yurduna gelince, asıl hayat işte odur. Ah, bilebilselerdi!

The life of this world is nothing but a diversion and play. Indeed, the Everlasting Residence is the Eternal Life, if they but knew.

For, (if they did, they would understand that) the life of this world is nothing but a pastime and play – whereas, behold, the life in the Home of the Hereafter is the true life, if they but knew (that their actions in this short life will determine their Eternal abode).

This worldly life is no more than vanity and play, while the abode of the Hereafter is the real life, if they only knew.

This present life is no other than a pastime and a disport: but truly the future mansion is life indeed! Would that they knew this!

This present life is no other than a toy, and a play-thing; but the future mansion of paradise is life indeed: If they knew this, they would not prefer the former to the latter.

And the life of this world is nothing but a pastime and a sport, and the Home of the Hereafter – that indeed is Life, if they but knew !

Dieses irdische Leben ist nichts als ein eitles Getändel und ein Spiel; die Wohnstatt des Jenseits aber – das ist Leben fürwahr, wenn sie es nur wüßten!

Жизнь (ваша) в этом мире – ■ Забава легкая да тще’та, ■ И лишь в приюте будущего мира – истинная жизнь. ■ О, если б они это знали!

Ошбу дөнья тереклеге балалар уенчыгы кеби алдаудан башка нәрсә түгел, әмма ахирәт йорты исә улдыр хакыйкый яши торган мәңгелек яхшы бәхетле тормыш, әгәр шуны белсәләр иде, әлбәттә, бетәчәк дөньяга алданып мәңгелек бәхетле тормыштан мәхрүм булмас иделәр.

اور یہ دنیا کی زندگی تو صرف کھیل اور تماشہ ہے اور( ہمیشہ کی) زندگی (کا مقام) تو آخرت کا گھر ہے۔ کاش یہ (لوگ) سمجھتے

اور (اے لوگو!) یہ دنیا کی زندگی کھیل اور تماشے کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے، اور حقیقت میں آخرت کا گھر ہی (صحیح) زندگی ہے۔ کاش! وہ لوگ (یہ راز) جانتے ہوتے،
