إِنَّ ناشِئَةَ اللَّيْلِ هِيَ أَشَدُّ وَطْئاً وَ أَقْوَمُ قِيلاً

إنّ ناشئة اللّيل هي أشدّ وطئا و أقوم قيلا

Inna nashi-ata allayli hiya ashaddu wat-an waaqwamu qeelan

هر آينه شب هنگام از بستر برخاستن ، موافقت زبان و دل را افزاينده تراست و بيان سخن را استوار دارنده تر

بيگمان شب خيزى بيشتر موافقت [دل و زبان] در بر دارد و از لحاظ سخن استوارتر است.

البته اوقات شب تبليغ رسالت قدرى مشكل است.

بی تردید عبادت [ی که در دل] شب [انجام می گیرد] محکم تر و پایدارتر و گفتار در آن استوارتر و درست تر است.

البته برخاستن (در پايان شب براى نماز) آن سختتر است از نظر رنج و درست‏تر است از نظر گفتار

قطعاً برخاستن شب، رنجش بيشتر و گفتار [در آن هنگام‏] راستين‏تر است.

مسلما شب‏خيزى دشوار است و براى گفتار بهتر

بيگمان برخاستن شب، [از لحاظ] موافقت [به فرمان خدا از نمازهاى روزانه‏] سخت‏تر و براى خواندن [آيات پسنديده‏تر و] استوارتر باشد،

بدرستيكه برخاستن شب آن سختتر است در دشوارى و درست تر است در گفتار

به يقين شب زنده‏دارى در سازگارى زبان و دل مؤثّرتر و در سخن استوارتر است

مسلّماً نماز و عبادت شبانه پابرجاتر و با استقامت‌تر است!

همانا ساعتهاى شب- يا قيام و عبادت در شب- استوارتر و پابرجاتر و به گفتار درست‏تر است- از عبادت روز-.

بدرستى كه برخاستن شب آن سختتر است در دشوارى و درست تر است در گفتار

همانا پيدايش شب پررنج تر است و استوارتر است در گفتار

البته نماز شب (و دعا و ناله سحر) بهترین شاهد اخلاص و صفای قلب و دعوی صدق ایمان است.

تمركز و نيايش در شب مؤثرتر و پرهيزكارانه تر است.

That truly the night’s first hours it is stronger pressure and more just (in) a saying/word/declaration .

Verily, the rising by night (for Tahajjud prayer) is very hard and most potent and good for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Allah).

surely the first part of the night is heavier in tread, more upright in speech,

[and,] verily, the hours of night the mind most strongly and speak with the clearest voice,

Waarlijk, het begin des nachts heeft meer kracht voor het standvastige gebed en geeft meer gemak om ons uit te drukken;

The time of the night is more effective and better for study.

In verità la preghiera della notte è la più efficace e la più propizia:

Verily, the rising by night (for Tahajjud prayer) is very hard and most potent and good for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Allah).

Воистину, молитвы после пробуждения среди ночи тяжелее и яснее по изложению.

Воистину, [молитвы во время] ночного бодрствования действеннее, [чем дневные молитвы] и яснее по изложению.

Surely the rising by night is the firmest way to tread and the best corrective of speech.

Lo! the vigil of the night is (a time) when impression is more keen and speech more certain.

Verily, the early part of the night is stronger in impressions and more upright in speech!

Şu bir gerçek ki, yeni bir oluşa koyulmak üzere geceleyin kalkan, yer tutma bakımından daha güçlü, söz bakımından daha etkilidir.

Indeed, the first part of night is heavier in tread, and more upright in speech.

Verily, the vigil of the night impresses the minds most strongly, and the speech is most upright. (Mutual consultation with your companions is more effectively done at night).

The meditation at night is more effective, and more righteous.

Verily, at the oncoming of night are devout impressions strongest, and words are most collected;

Verily the rising by night is more efficacious for stedfast continuance in devotion, and more conducive to decent pronunciation:

Verily, getting up at night for Prayer is the most potent means of subduing the self and most effective in speech.

Wahrlich, die Nachtwache ist die beste Zeit zur Selbstzucht und zur Erreichung von Aufrichtigkeit in Wort.

Вставание в начальные часы ночИ ■ И ум, и душу просветляет и силу придает словам, –

Төплә торып намаз, Коръән уку, әлбәттә, нәфескә катырак мәшәкатьтер вә укылышта сүзләре дөресерәк һәм күңелгә тәэсирлерәктер.

کچھ شک نہیں کہ رات کا اٹھنا (نفس بہیمی) کو سخت پامال کرتا ہے اور اس وقت ذکر بھی خوب درست ہوتا ہے

بے شک رات کا اُٹھنا (نفس کو) سخت پامال کرتا ہے اور (دِل و دِماغ کی یک سُوئی کے ساتھ) زبان سے سیدھی بات نکالتا ہے،
