وَ جَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ مِمَّا ذَرَأَ مِنَ الْحَرْثِ وَ الأَْنْعامِ نَصِيباً فَقالُوا هذا لِلَّهِ بِزَعْمِهِمْ وَ هذا لِشُرَكائِنا فَما كانَ لِشُرَكائِهِمْ فَلا يَصِلُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَ ما كانَ لِلَّهِ فَهُوَ يَصِلُ إِلى شُرَكائِهِمْ ساءَ ما يَحْكُمُونَ

و جعلوا للّه ممّا ذرأ من الحرث و الأنعام نصيبا فقالوا هذا للّه بزعمهم و هذا لشركائنا فما كان لشركائهم فلا يصل إلى اللّه و ما كان للّه فهو يصل إلى شركائهم ساء ما يحكمون

WajaAAaloo lillahi mimma tharaa mina alharthi waal-anAAami naseeban faqaloo hatha lillahi bizaAAmihim wahatha lishuraka-ina fama kana lishuraka-ihim fala yasilu ila Allahi wama kana lillahi fahuwa yasilu ila shuraka-ihim saa ma yahkumoona

براي خدا از کشته ها و چارپاياني که آفريده است نصيبي معين کردند و، به خيال خود گفتند که اين از آن خداست و اين از آن بتان ماست پس آنچه از آن بتانشان بود به خدا نمي رسيد ، و آنچه از آن خدا بود به بتانشان مي رسيد به گونه اي بد داوري مي کردند

و براى خداوند از زراعت و چارپايانى كه [خود او] آفريده است، بهره اى قائل شدند و به پندار خويش چنين مدعى شدند كه اين براى خداست و اين براى بتان ما; آنگاه آنچه خاص بتانشان بود، به خداوند نمى رسد، ولى آنچه خاص خداوند بود به بتانشان مى رسد، چه بد حكم مى كنند.

مشركان از آنچه خدا از كشت و زرع و چهار پايان خلق كرده است، سهمى براى وى تعيين كردند و بخيال واهى خود گفتند: اين قسمت مال خدا و آن قسمت مال معبودان ما است. آن قسمت كه مال معبودان آنها بود، براى خدا نمى‏رسيد. ولى آن قسمتى كه مال خدا بود (در خشكسالى) بمعبودان آنها ميرسيد. آنان چقدر بد قضاوت ميكردند.

و مشرکان از زراعت و چهارپایانی که خدا آفریده برای او سهمی قرار دادند، و به گمان بی اساس خود گفتند: این سهم خدا، و این سهم بُتان ما؛ [و عقیده داشتند] آنچه برای بتانشان باشد به خدا نمی رسد و آنچه برای خدا باشد [در صورتی که سهم بتان کمبودی داشته باشد] به آنها می رسد؛ بد است آنچه داوری می کنند.

مشركان مقرر كردند براى خدا از آنچه او آفريده از كشت زار و چهارپايان بهره‏اى (و براى بتان نيز بهره‏اى) و گفتند اين بهره از آن خداست بگمانشان و اين بهره ديگر براى شريكان ما (براى بتان كه شريكشان در مال خود كرديم) و آن سهمى كه بود براى بتان ايشان پس آن سهم نمى‏رسيد بخداى و آن سهمى كه بود براى خدا پس آن سهم مى رسيد به بتان ايشان (يعنى بهتر را از نصيب خدا برمى‏دارند و نامزد بتان مى‏كنند) بد حكمى است كه ايشان مى‏كنند

و [مشركان،] براى خدا از آنچه از كِشت و دامها كه آفريده است سهمى گذاشتند، و به پندار خودشان گفتند: «اين ويژه خداست و اين ويژه بتان ما.» پس آنچه خاص بتانشان بود به خدا نمى‏رسيد، و[لى‏] آنچه خاص خدا بود به بتانشان مى‏رسيد. چه بد داورى مى‏كنند.

در آنچه از زراعت و چارپايان حاصل كرده بودند بهره‏اى براى خدا قرار دادند و به گمان خود گفتند اين براى خداست و اين براى اصنام. آنچه براى بتهايشان بود به خدا نمى‏رسيد ولى آنچه از آن خدا بود به بتها مى‏رسيد، چه بد حكم مى‏كنند.

و قرار دادند براى خدا بهره‏اى از آنچه آفريد، از كشت و چهار پايان، پس به گمان خويش گفتند: اين [بهره‏] از آن خداست و اين از آن شريكان [معبودان‏] ما، پس آنچه از آن شريكانشان بود به خدا نرسد و [حال آنكه‏] آنچه براى خدا قرار داده بودند به شريكانشان مى‏رسد، بد است آنچه حكم مى‏كنند.

و گردانيدند از براى خدا از آنچه آفريد از كشت و شتر و گاو و گوسفند بهره پس گفتند اين از براى خداست بگمان فاسدشان و اين از براى انبازان ما است پس آنچه باشد از براى انبازانشان پس نميرسد بخدا و آنچه باشد از براى خدا پس آن ميرسد به انبازانشان بد است آنچه حكم مى‏كنند

و از آنچه [خدا] از قبيل زراعت و چهارپايان آفريده است، بهره‏اى براى خداوند مقرر كردند. آن گاه- به گمان خويش- گفتند: اين براى خدا و اين [ديگر] براى شريكان ماست آن گاه [مى‏گفتند] آنچه براى شريكانشان بود، به خدا نمى‏رسد و [لى‏] آنچه براى خدا بود، آن به شريكانشان مى‏رسد. بد حكمى است كه مقرّر مى‏كنند

آنها [= مشرکان‌] سهمی از آنچه خداوند از زراعت و چهارپایان آفریده، برای او قرار دادند؛ (و سهمی برای بتها!) و بگمان خود گفتند: «این مال خداست! و این هم مال شرکای ما [= یعنی بتها] است!» آنچه مال شرکای آنها بود، به خدا نمی‌رسید؛ ولی آنچه مال خدا بود، به شرکایشان می‌رسید! (آری، اگر سهم بتها با کمبودی مواجه می‌شد، مال خدا را به بتها می‌دادند؛ امّا عکس آن را مجاز نمی‌دانستند!) چه بد حکم می‌کنند (که علاوه بر شرک، حتّی خدا را کمتر از بتها می‌دانند)!

و براى خدا از آنچه آفريده است از كشت و چهارپايان بهره‏اى قرار دادند و گفتند: اين براى خداست، به پندار خودشان، و اين براى شريكان ما- يعنى بتهايى كه براى خدا شريك ساخته‏اند-، اما آنچه براى شريكانشان است به خدا نمى‏رسد و آنچه براى خداست به شريكانشان مى‏رسد! بد است اين داورى كه مى‏كنند.

و گردانيدند از براى خدا از آنچه آفريد از كشت و شتر و گاو و گوسفند بهره پس گفتند اين از براى خداست بگمان فاسدشان و اين از براى انبازان ما است پس آنچه باشد از براى انبازانشان پس نمى رسد بخدا و آنچه باشد از براى خدا پس آن ميرسد به انبازانشان بد است آنچه حكم مى‏كنند

و قرار دادند براى خدا از آنچه بيافريده است از كشت و دامها بهره اى پس گفتند اين براى خدا بر پندار ايشان و اين براى شريكان پس آنچه براى شريكان ايشان است نرسد به خدا و آنچه براى خدا است برسد به شريكان ايشان چه زشت است آنچه حكم مى كند

و برای خدا از روییدنیها و چهارپایانی که آفریده نصیبی معین کردند و به گمان خودشان گفتند: این سهم برای خدا و این سهم برای دیگر شریکان و بتان ما. پس آن سهمی که شریکانشان را بود به خدا نمی‌رسید و آن که برای خدا بود به شریکان می‌رسید!حکمی سخت (جاهلانه و) ناشایسته می‌کنند.

آنها حتي قسمتي از محصولات و چارپاياني را كه خدا براي آنها روزي قرار داده است، كنار مي ‌گذارند و به ادعاي خود مي ‌گويند: اين سهم خداست و اين سهم متعلق به معبودان ماست. اگرچه، آنچه براي معبودانشان كنار گذاشتند، هرگز به خدا نرسيد. در حالي كه سهمي كه براي خدا كنار گذاشتند، همواره براي بت‌هايشان مصرف شد. واقعاً، چه بد قضاوت مي كنند.

And they made/created to God from what He created/seeded from the agricultural land/plants and the camels/livestock a share , so they said: «That (is) to God.» with their claims/pretensions , «And that (is) to our partners (with God).» So what (was) to their partners (with God) so it does not reach to God, and what was to God, so it reaches to their partners (with God), it was bad/evil what they judge/rule.

And they assign to Allah a share of the tilth and cattle which He has created, and they say: «This is for Allah according to their pretending, and this is for our (Allahs socalled) partners.» But the share of their (Allahs socalled) «partners» reaches not Allah, while the share of Allah reaches their (Allahs socalled) «partners»! Evil is the way they judge!

They appoint to God, of the tillage and cattle that He multiplied, a portion, saying, ‹This is for God› — so they assert — ‹and this is for our associates.› So what is for their associates reaches not God; and what is for God reaches their associates. Evil is their judgment!

AND OUT OF whatever He has created of the fruits of the field and the cattle, they assign unto God a portion, saying, «This belongs to God»-or so they [falsely] claim»9 – «and this is for those beings who, we are convinced, have a share in God’s divinity.» But that which is assigned to the beings associated in their minds with God does not bring [them] closer to God – whereas that which is assigned to God brings [them but] closer to those beings to whom they ascribe a share in His divinity. Bad, indeed, is their judgment!

Die van Mekka bestemmen een deel van hetgeen hij in hunnen oogst en onder hun vee heeft doen geboren worden, voor God, en zeggen dit behoort God (volgens hun verbeelding), en dit aan onze gezellen. En dat wat voor hunne gezellen is bestemd, komt niet tot God, en hetgeen voor God bestemd is, zal tot hunne makkers komen. Hoe verkeerd oordeelen zij.

And they made for God a portion of what He provided them of crops and the livestock; they said: "This is for God," by their claims, "And this is for our partners." So what was for their partners did not reach God, and what was for God, it reached their partners! Miserable is how they judged.

E attribuiscono ad Allah una parte di quello che Lui ha prodotto dai campi e dai greggi, e dicono: «Questo per Allah – secondo le loro pretese- e questo per i nostri soci». Ma quello che è per gli dei non giunge ad Allah e invece quello che è per Allah giunge ai loro dei. Quale sciagurato giudizio!

And they assign to Allah a share of the tilth and cattle which He has created, and they say: "This is for Allah according to their pretending, and this is for our (Allahs socalled) partners." Они предназначают Аллаху долю того, что Он вырастил из посевов и скота, и по своему разумению говорят: «Это – Аллаху, а это – нашим сотоварищам». То, что предназначено их сотоварищам, не попадает Аллаху, а то, что предназначено Аллаху, попадает их сотоварищам. Скверно то, что они решают!

[ Мекканские многобожники] предназначают Аллаху долю того, что Он вырастил из посевов и скота, и [при этом] говорят: «Это – Аллаху» – согласно их разумению, – «а это – нашим божествам». То, что предназначено их божествам, не попадает Аллаху, а то, что предназначено Аллаху, попадает их божествам. Скверно их решение.

And they set apart a portion for Allah out of what He has created of tilth and cattle, and say: This is for Allah– so they assert– and this for our associates; then what is for their associates, it reaches not to Allah, and whatever is (set apart) for Allah, it reaches to their associates; evil is that which they judge.

They assign unto Allah, of the crops and cattle which He created, a portion, and they say: «This is Allah’s» – in their make-believe – «and this is for (His) partners in regard to us.» Thus that which (they assign) unto His partners in them reacheth not Allah and that which (they assign) unto Allah goeth to their (so-called) partners. Evil is their ordinance.

They set apart for God, from what He raises of tilth and of cattle, a portion, and they say, ‹This is God’s;› – as they pretend – ‹ and this is for our associates;› but that which is for their associates reaches not to God, and that which was for God does reach to their associates;- evil is it what they judge.

Kendi döllendirip yaydığı ekinden ve hayvanlardan Allah’a bir pay ayırdılar da kendi zanlarınca şöyle dediler: «Bu Allah için, bu da ortaklarımız için.» ortakları için olan Allah’a ulaşmaz. Ama Allah için olan, ortaklarına ulaşıyor. Ne kötü hüküm veriyorlar!

They set aside for Allah a share of what He has created of tilth and cattle saying: ‹This is for Allah so they claim and this for our associates (gods). ‹ The share of their associates never reaches Allah, but the share of Allah reaches their associates. How evil they judge!

(How can their program succeed when their belief system and the resulting actions are wrong?) They set aside a portion of Allah’s provision of crops and cattle and claim, «This is for Allah, and this is for our idols.» But the share of their idols never reaches Allah, and the share of Allah does reach their idols. What an unjust decision they make! (Their priesthood devours both portions of their making, and the poor remain wanting. To Allah reaches what you spend on the needy (6:141)).

They even set aside a share of GOD’s provisions of crops and livestock, saying, «This share belongs to GOD,» according to their claims, «and this share belongs to our idols.» However, what was set aside for their idols never reached GOD, while the share they set aside for GOD invariably went to their idols. Miserable indeed is their judgment.

Moreover, they set apart a portion of the fruits and cattle which he hath produced, and say, «This for God» – so deem they – «And this for his companions, whom we associate with Him.» But that which is for these companions of theirs, cometh not to God; yet that which is for God, cometh to the companions! Ill do they judge.

Those of Mecca set apart unto God a portion of that which he hath produced of the fruits of the earth, and of cattle; and say, this belongeth unto God, — according to their imaginations, — and this unto our companions. And that which is destined for their companions cometh not unto God; yet that which is set apart unto God cometh unto their companions. How ill do they judge!

And they have assigned ALLAH a portion of the crops and cattle which HE has produced, and they say, `This is for ALLAH,› -so they assert – `and this is for our associate-gods.› But that which is for their associate-gods reaches not ALLAH while that which is for ALLAH reaches their associate-gods. Evil is what they judge.

Sie haben für Allah einen Anteil ausgesetzt an den Feldfrüchten und dem Vieh, das Er wachsen ließ, und sie sagen: «Das ist für Allah», wie sie meinen, «und das ist für unsere Götzen». Aber was für ihre Götzen ist, das erreicht Allah nicht, während das, was für Allah ist, ihre Götzen erreicht. Übel ist, wie sie urteilen.

И долю из посевов и скота, ■ Что волею Аллаха израстают и плодятся, ■ Они Аллаху назначают ■ И говорят по прихотливым измышленьям: ■ «Сие – Аллаху Вышнему, ■ Сие же – соучастникам Его, (что на земле)». ■ Но доля соучастников к Аллаху не идет, ■ Аллаха ж доля- к соучастникам приходит. ■ Как скверны и неправедны сужденья их!

Мөшрикләр, Аллаһ үстергән игеннәрдән, дүрт аяклы хайваннардан Аллаһуга өлеш кылдылар, үз белдекләре белән бу иген вә бу хайван Аллаһ өлеше булыр, вә бу иген һәм бу хайван сынымнарыбызның өлеше булыр диделәр, сынымнары өчен билгеләгән игеннәрен вә хайваннарын Аллаһ юлына бирмәс иделәр, әмма Аллаһ өлеше дип билгеләгән иген вә хайваннарын, яхшы булсалар, сынымнары юлына бирер иделәр. Диндә булмаган нәрсәләрне Аллаһ исеменнән эшләүләре нинди кабахәт эш.

اور (یہ لوگ) خدا ہی کی پیدا کی ہوئی چیزوں یعنی کھیتی اور چوپایوں میں خدا کا بھی ایک حصہ مقرر کرتے ہیں اور اپنے خیال (باطل) سے کہتے ہیں کہ یہ (حصہ) تو خدا کا اور یہ ہمارے شریکوں (یعنی بتوں) کا تو جو حصہ ان کے شریکوں کا ہوتا ہے وہ تو خدا کی طرف نہیں جا سکتا اور جو حصہ خدا کا ہوتا ہے وہ ان کے شریکوں کی طرف جا سکتا ہے یہ کیسا برا انصاف ہے

انہوں نے اﷲ کے لئے انہی (چیزوں) میں سے ایک حصہ مقرر کر لیا ہے جنہیں اس نے کھیتی اور مویشیوں میں سے پیدا فرمایا ہے پھر اپنے گمانِ (باطل) سے کہتے ہیں کہ یہ (حصہ) اﷲ کے لئے ہے اور یہ ہمارے (خود ساختہ) شریکوں کے لئے ہے، پھر جو (حصہ) ان کے شریکوں کے لئے ہے سو وہ تو اﷲ تک نہیں پہنچتا اور جو (حصہ) اﷲ کے لئے ہے تو وہ ان کے شریکوں تک پہنچ جاتا ہے، (وہ) کیا ہی برا فیصلہ کر رہے ہیں،
