وَ جاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

و جاء أهل المدينة يستبشرون

Wajaa ahlu almadeenati yastabshiroona

اهل شهر شادي کنان آمدند

و [از سوى ديگر] مردم شهر شادى كنان باز آمدند.

و اهالى شهر با خوشحالى آمدند.

و اهل شهر [با آگاه شدن از مهمانان لوط] شادی کنان [به خانه لوط] آمدند.

و آمدند مردم شهر (سدوم بدر خانه لوط) در حاليكه مژده مى‏دادند (يكديگر را به مهمانان لوط)

و مردم شهر، شادى‏كنان روى آوردند.

اهالى شهر شادى‏كنان آمدند.

و اهل شهر آمدند [در حالى كه‏] شادمانى مى‏كردند.

و آمدند اهل شهر شادمانى ميكردند

و اهل شهر شادى‏كنان آمدند

(از سوی دیگر،) اهل شهر (از ورود میهمانان با خبر شدند، و بطرف خانه لوط) آمدند در حالی که شادمان بودند.

و اهل آن شهر شادى‏كنان بيامدند.

و آمدند اهل شهر شادمانى مى‏كردند

و آمدند مردم شهر شادمانى كنان

و (در آن شب که فرشتگان به شکل جوانهای زیبا به خانه لوط در آمدند) قوم لوط آگاه شده خوشحال (به خیال کامرانی به خانه او) آمدند.

اهالي شهر شادي كنان آمدند.

And the city’s/town’s people came cheerful/rejoicing .»

And the inhabitants of the city came rejoicing (at the news of the young mens arrival).

And the people of the city came rejoicing.

And the people of the city came [unto Lot], rejoicing at the glad tiding.»

En de bewoners der stad kwamen tot Lot, zich verblijdende in het nieuws der aankomst van vreemdelingen.

And the people of the city came seeking good news.

Vennero [infatti] gli abitanti della città rallegrandosi.

And the inhabitants of the city came rejoicing (at the news of the young mens arrival).

And the people of the town came rejoicing.

And the people of the city came, rejoicing at the news (of new arrivals).

Then the people of the city came, clad at the tidings.

Şehir halkı geldi. Muştulanmış olmanın sevincini yaşıyorlardı.

The people of the city came to him rejoicing.

(As this conversation was taking place), people of the town came rejoicing in anticipation. (They thought that these Messengers would make for them permissible what Lot had been declaring non-permissible).

The people of the city came joyfully.

Then came the people of the city rejoicing at the news –

And the inhabitants of the city came unto Lot, rejoicing at the news of the arrival of some strangers.

And the people of the city came rejoicing.

Und das Volk der Stadt kam frohlockend.

И, (не удерживая) радостную (страсть), ■ К нему явились жители селенья,

Кеше кыяфәтендә килгән фәрештәләрне шәһәр халкы күргәч, лавата кылабыз, дип, йөгерешеп килделәр, шатланып.

اور اہل شہر (لوط کے پاس) خوش خوش (دوڑے) آئے

اور اہلِ شہر (اپنی بد مستی میں) خوشیاں مناتے ہوئے (لوط علیہ السلام کے پاس) آپہنچے،
