وَ إِنْ كادُوا لَيَسْتَفِزُّونَكَ مِنَ الأَْرْضِ لِيُخْرِجُوكَ مِنْها وَ إِذاً لا يَلْبَثُونَ خِلافَكَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً

و إن كادوا ليستفزّونك من الأرض ليخرجوك منها و إذا لا يلبثون خلافك إلاّ قليلا

Wa-in kadoo layastafizzoonaka mina al-ardi liyukhrijooka minha wa-ithan la yalbathoona khilafaka illa qaleelan

و نزديک بود که تو را از اين سرزمين برکنند تا از آنجا آواره ات سازند، و خود پس از تو جز اندک زماني نمي ماندند

و نيز بسا نزديك بود تو را از اين سرزمين به فريب و فتنه به جاى ديگر بكشانند، تا تو را از آنجا آواره كنند، و آنگاه پس از تو جز اندكى نمى پاييدند.

و نزديك بود مشركان تو را (از سرزمين مكه) حركت داده و از آنجا بيرونت كنند. اگر چنين كنند، پس از تو جز اندك مدتى زنده نخواهند ماند.

و نزدیک بود [مشرکان] تو را از این سرزمین حرکت دهند تا از آن بیرونت کنند، و در آن صورت پس از تو جز مدتی اندک درنگ نمی کردند [و دچار عذاب خدا می شدند.]

و البته مردم مكه مى‏خواستند كه بلغزانند (بدشمنى‏ها) ترا از آن زمين مكه تا آنكه بيرون كنند ترا از آن سرزمين و در آن هنگام (كه چنان كنند) درنگ نخواهند كرد پس از رفتن تو مگر زمانى اندك

و چيزى نمانده بود كه تو را از اين سرزمين بَرْكَنَنْد، تا تو را از آنجا بيرون سازند، و در آن صورت آنان [هم‏] پس از تو جز [زمان‏] اندكى نمى‏ماندند؛

چيزى نمانده بود تو را از اين زمين بلغزانند تا از آن بيرونت كنند، اگر چنين مى‏شد بعد از تو جز مدت كمى باقى نمى‏ماندند.

و نزديك بود كه تو را از زمين [مدينه دلسرد كرده‏] بلغزانند تا تو را از آن بيرون كنند و [اگر چنين مى‏كردند] آن گاه جز اندكى پس از تو [زنده‏] نمى‏ماندند.

و بدرستيكه نزديك بود كه بلغزانند ترا از زمين تا بيرون كنند ترا از آن و آنگاه درنگ نميكردند پس از تو مگر اندكى

و به راستى نزديك بود كه تو را از آن سرزمين بلغزانند تا تو را از آن بيرون كنند، كه آن گاه پس از تو جز اندكى نمى‏ماندند

و نزدیک بود (با نیرنگ و توطئه) تو را از این سرزمین بلغزانند، تا از آن بیرونت کنند! و هرگاه چنین می‌کردند، (گرفتار مجازات سخت الهی شده،) و پس از تو، جز مدت کمی باقی نمی‌ماندند!

و همانا نزديك بود كه تو را از اين سرزمين برانگيزانند- بى‏آرام كنند و از جا به در برند- تا از آنجا بيرونت كنند، و آنگاه پس از تو درنگ نمى‏كردند مگر اندكى

و بدرستى كه نزديك بود كه بلغزانند ترا از زمين تا بيرون كنند ترا از آن و آنگاه درنگ نميكردند پس از تو مگر اندكى

و همانا نزديك بود كه بلغزانندت از زمين تا برونت كنند از آن و در آن هنگام درنگ نمى كردند پس از تو مگر كمى

و نزدیک بود که کافران تو را از سرزمین خود جنبانده تا از آنجا بیرونت کنند، و در این صورت پس از آن اندک زمانی بیش زیست نمی‌کردند (که به عذاب ما همه هلاک می‌شدند).

آنها نزديك بود تو را از آن سرزمين تبعيد كنند تا از دست تو خلاص شوند و بتوانند به محض رفتن تو بازگردند.

And if they were about to/almost to scare to drive you out from the land to bring/drive you out from it, and then they do not remain/wait behind you except little.

And Verily, they were about to frighten you so much as to drive you out from the land. But in that case they would not have stayed (therein) after you, expcept for a little while.

Indeed they were near to startling thee from the land, to expel thee from it, and then they would have tarried after thee only a little —

And [since they see that they cannot persuade thee,] they endeavour to estrange thee from the land [of thy birth]9′ with a view to driving thee away from ,it-but, then, after thou wilt have left, 92 they themselves will not remain [in it] for more than a little while:

De ongeloovigen hebben evenzeer getracht, u het land te doen verlaten, om u daaruit te verdrijven; maar dan zouden zij daarin niet dan gedurende korten tijd na u zijn gebleven.

And they nearly frightened you to drive you out of the land. But in that case, they would have shortly been destroyed after you were gone.

Poco mancò che non ti spingessero ad abbandonare questa regione esiliandoti; in tal caso, vi sarebbero rimasti ben poco dopo di te,

And Verily, they were about to frighten you so much as to drive you out from the land. But in that case they would not have stayed (therein) after you, expcept for a little while.

Они чуть было не изгнали тебя с этой земли под страхом. Но после твоего изгнания они оставались бы там лишь недолго.

Они чуть было не изгнали тебя из [этой] земли. Но в таком случае они сами после твоего изгнания оставались бы [там] лишь недолго, –

And surely they purposed to unsettle you from the land that they might expel you from it, and in that case they will not tarry behind you but a little.

And they indeed wished to scare thee from the land that they might drive thee forth from thence, and then they would have stayed (there) but a little after thee.

And they well-nigh enticed thee away from the land, to turn thee out therefrom; but then – they should not have tarried after thee except a little.

Az kalsın bu topraktan çıkarmak için seni sıkıştıracaklardı. Böyle bir durumda onlar orada senin arkandan çok az bir süre kalacaklardı.

They very nearly provoked you to drive you out of the land, but they would have only lingered for a little while after you.

Since they saw that they could not persuade you, they wished to drive you out (of Madinah as well.) If they had done that, (they would have lost the stabilizing force of your presence), and would have annihilated one another in a short while.

They almost banished you from the land to get rid of you, so they could revert as soon as you left.

And truly they had almost caused thee to quit the land, in order wholly to drive thee forth from it: but then, themselves should have tarried but a little after thee.

The unbelievers had likewise almost caused thee to depart the land, that they might have expelled thee thence: But then should they not have tarried therein after thee, except a little while.

And indeed they are near to scare thee to drive thee away from the land that they might expel thee therefrom, but in that case they themselves would not have stayed after thee save a little.

Und in der Tat hätten sie dich fast des Landes verschreckt, daß sie dich daraus vertreiben möchten; aber dann wären sie nach dir nur eine geringe Zeit geblieben.

И их намерением было ■ С этой земли изгнать тебя (испугом), ■ Чтоб (навсегда) ты от нее был отлучен. ■ И уж тогда пробыть им там после тебя ■ Не долго б оставалось, –

Мәккә кәферләре сине Мәккә җиреннән чыгармак өчен төрле хәйләләр ясыйлар, әгәр син Мәккәдән чыксаң, үзләре дә Мәккәдә күп тормаслар. Вакыйгән бәдер сугышында Мухәммәд г-мнең иң зур дошманнары үтерелде.

اور قریب تھا کہ یہ لوگ تمہیں زمین (مکہ) سے پھسلا دیں تاکہ تمہیں وہاں سے جلاوطن کر دیں۔ اور اس وقت تمہارے پیچھے یہ بھی نہ رہتے مگر کم

اور کفار یہ بھی چاہتے تھے کہ آپ کے قدم سرزمینِ (مکّہ) سے اکھاڑ دیں تاکہ وہ آپ کو یہاں سے نکال سکیں اور (اگر بالفرض ایسا ہو جاتا تو) اس وقت وہ (خود بھی) آپ کے پیچھے تھوڑی سی مدت کے سوا ٹھہر نہ سکتے،
