وَ أَمَّا الْغُلامُ فَكانَ أَبَواهُ مُؤْمِنَيْنِ فَخَشِينا أَنْ يُرْهِقَهُما طُغْياناً وَ كُفْراً

و أمّا الغلام فكان أبواه مؤمنين فخشينا أن يرهقهما طغيانا و كفرا

Waamma alghulamu fakana abawahu mu/minayni fakhasheena an yurhiqahuma tughyanan wakufran

اما آن پسر ، پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند ترسيديم که آن دو را به عصيان وکفر دراندازد

و اما آن جوان، پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند و [م] بيمناك شديم كه مبادا طغيان و كفرى بر آنان تحميل كند.

و اما آن پسر (كافر بود و) پدر و مادر او مؤمن بودند. از آن ترسيدم كه پدر و مادرش را بنافرمانى و كفر وادار سازد.

و اما [آن] نوجوان [که او را کُشتم] ، پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند، پس ترسیدم که آن دو را [در آینده] به طغیان و کفر بکشاند.

و اما آن پسر (كه وى را كشتم) بودند پدر و مادرش مؤمن پس ترسيدم كه هلاك كند آنها را از نظر سركشى و كفرى كه دارد

و اما نوجوان، پدر و مادرش [هر دو] مؤمن بودند، پس ترسيديم [مبادا] آن دو را به طغيان و كفر بكِشد.

اما آن پسر، پدر و مادرش باايمان بودند، ترسيدم كه آن دو را به طغيان و كفر وادارد.

و اما نوجوان، پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند، پس ترسيديم كه آن دو را طغيان و كفر [فرزند] گرفتار سازد.

و اما غلام پس بود پدر و مادرش مؤمنان پس ترسيديم كه وادارشان كند به سركشى و ناسپاسى

و امّا آن نوجوان پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند، انديشناك شدم كه [مبادا] از روى سركشى و كفر بر آنان چيره گردد

و اما آن نوجوان، پدر و مادرش با ایمان بودند؛ و بیم داشتیم که آنان را به طغیان و کفر وادارد!

و اما آن نوجوان، پدر و مادرش مؤمن بودند، پس ترسيديم كه آنان را به سركشى و كفر وادارد.

و اما غلام پس بود پدر و مادرش مؤمنان پس ترسيديم كه وادارشان كند به سركشى و ناسپاسى

و امّا كودك بودند پدر و مادرش مؤمنان پس ترسيديم كه واداردشان (يا تنگ آوردشان) به سركشى و ناسپاسى

و اما آن پسر (کافر بود و) پدر و مادر او مؤمن بودند، از آن باک داشتیم که آن پسر آنها را به خوی کفر و طغیان خود درآورد.

و اما درباره آن پسر، پدر و مادرش مؤمنان خوبي بودند و ما ديديم كه او با سركشي و كفرش آنها را به ستوه مي آورد.

And as for the boy/servant , so his parents were believing, so We feared that he burdens/oppresses them (with) tyranny/arrogance and disbelief.

«And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared lest he should oppress them by rebellion and disbelief.

As for the lad, his parents were believers; and we were afraid he would impose on them insolence and unbelief;

«And as for that young man, his parents were [true] believers – whereas we had every reason to fear 71 that he would bring bitter grief upon them by [his] overweening wickedness and denial of all truth:

Wat den knaap betreft, zijne ouders waren ware geloovigen, en wij vreesden, dat hij, die een ongeloovige is, hen zou dwingen zijne verdorvenheid en zijn ondank te dulden.

"And as for the youth, his parents were believers, so we feared that he would oppress them by his transgression and disbelief."

Il giovane aveva padre e madre credenti, abbiamo voluto impedire che imponesse loro ribellione e miscredenza

"And as for the boy, his parents were believers, and we feared lest he should oppress them by rebellion and disbelief.

Что касается мальчика, то его родители являются верующими, и мы опасались, что он будет притеснять их по причине своего беззакония и неверия.

Что же касается мальчика, то его отец и мать были верующими, и мы остерегались, что им повредит [перед Богом] его ослушание и неверие.

And as for the boy, his parents were believers and we feared lest he should make disobedience and ingratitude to come upon them:

And as for the lad, his parents were believers and we feared lest he should oppress them by rebellion and disbelief.

And as for the youth, his parents were believers, and we feared lest he should impose upon them rebellion and misbelief.

«Oğlan çocuğa gelince: Onun anası-babası inanmış kişilerdi. Çocuğun onları azgınlık ve inkâra sürüklemesinden korktuk.»

As for the boy, his parents are believers, and we were afraid lest he should impose on them with his insolence and disbelief.

And as for the lad, his parents were true believers whereas we had every reason to fear that he would bring bitter grief upon them by rebellion and disbelief.

«As for the boy, his parents were good believers, and we saw that he was going to burden them with his transgression and disbelief.

As to the youth his parents were believers, and we feared lest he should trouble them by error and infidelity.

As to the youth, his parents were true believers; and we feared lest he, being an unbeliever, should oblige them to suffer his perverseness and ingratitude:

`And as for the youth, his parents were believers, and we feared lest on growing up he should involve them into trouble through rebellion and disbelief;

Und was den Jüngling anlangt, so waren seine Eltern Gläubige, und wir fürchteten, er möchte Schmach über sie bringen durch Widersetzlichkeit und Unglauben.

Юнец, (которого убил я), – ■ Его родители благочестивы были в вере, ■ И мы боялись: он им горе причинит ■ Своим неверием и непокорством.

Әмма мин үтергән бала имансыз булып, ата-аналары мөэминнәр иде, без курыктык, ул бала үзенең азгынлыгы белән ата-анасына авырлык һәм кайгы китерер дип.

اور وہ جو لڑکا تھا اس کے ماں باپ دنوں مومن تھے ہمیں اندیشہ ہوا کہ (وہ بڑا ہو کر بدکردار ہوتا کہیں) ان کو سرکشی اور کفر میں نہ پھنسا دے

اور وہ جو لڑکا تھا تو اس کے ماں باپ صاحبِ ایمان تھے پس ہمیں اندیشہ ہوا کہ یہ (اگر زندہ رہا تو کافر بنے گا اور) ان دونوں کو (بڑا ہو کر) سرکشی اور کفر میں مبتلا کر دے گا،
