لَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنا إِلَيْكُمْ كِتاباً فِيهِ ذِكْرُكُمْ أَ فَلا تَعْقِلُونَ

لقد أنزلنا إليكم كتابا فيه ذكركم أ فلا تعقلون

Laqad anzalna ilaykum kitaban feehi thikrukum afala taAAqiloona

کتابي بر شما نازل کرده ايم که در آن آوازه بزرگي شماست آيا به عقل در نمي يابيد ؟

به راستى كه به سوى شما كتابى فرو فرستاده ايم كه در آن ياد [و سخن] شما هست، آيا تعقل نمى كنيد؟

ما براى ارشاد شما كتابى فرستاديم كه در آن پند و اندرز براى شماست پس چرا عاقلانه فكر نميكنيد؟

بی تردید کتابی به سوی شما نازل کردیم که مایه [شرف، بزرگواری، رشد و سعادت] شما در آن است؛ آیا نمی اندیشید.

بعزتم سوگند كه فرستاديم بسوى شما كتابى كه در آن يادآورى (و شرف) شماست آيا بخرد در نمى‏يابيد

در حقيقت، ما كتابى به سوى شما نازل كرديم كه ياد شما در آن است. آيا نمى‏انديشيد؟

كتابى را كه در آن ياد شماست بر شما نازل كرديم، چرا نمى‏انديشيد؟

به يقين بر شما كتابى فرود آورديم كه در آن ياد كرد [شرف و آوازه، يا نيازهاى دينى‏] شماست، پس آيا نمى‏انديشيد؟

و بحقيقت فرستاديم بر شما كتابى كه در آن است پند شما آيا پس در نمى‏يابيد بعقل

به راستى به شما كتابى فرستاده‏ايم كه آوازه شما در آن است. آيا خرد نمى‏ورزيد؟

ما بر شما کتابی نازل کردیم که وسیله تذکّر (و بیداری) شما در آن است! آیا نمی‌فهمید؟!

هر آينه به سوى شما كتابى فروفرستاديم كه در آن يادكرد شماست. آيا خرد را كار نمى‏بنديد؟

و بحقيقت فرستاديم بر شما كتابى كه در آن است پند شما آيا پس در نمى‏يابيد بعقل

و همانا فرستاديم بسوى شما نامه اى كه در آن است يادآورى شما پس آيا بخرد نمى يابيد

همانا ما به سوی شما امت کتابی که مایه شرافت و عزت شماست فرستادیم، آیا نباید در این کتاب بزرگ تعقل کرده و حقایق آن را فهم کنید؟

ما کتابي آسماني براي شما فرستاده ايم که در آن پيامي است براي شما، آيا نمي فهميد؟

We had descended to you a Book in it (is) your memory/mention , so do you not reason/understand?

Indeed, We have sent down for you (O mankind) a Book, (the Quran) in which there is Dhikrukum, (your Reminder or an honour for you i.e. honour for the one who follows the teaching of the Quran and acts on its orders). Will you not then understand?

Now We have sent down to you a Book wherein is your Remembrance; will you not understand?

[O MEN!] We have now bestowed upon you from on high a divine writ containing all that you ought to bear in mind : will you not, then, use your reason? [The term dhikr, which primarily denotes a «reminder» or a «remembrance», or, as Raghib defines it, the «presence (of something) in the mind», has also the meaning of «that by which one is remembered, i.e., with praise – in other words, «renown» or «fame» – and, tropically, «honour», «eminence» or «dignity». Hence, the above phrase contains, apart from the concept of a «reminder», an indirect allusion to the dignity and happiness to which man may attain by following the spiritual and social precepts laid down in the Quran. By rendering the expression dhikrukum as «all that you ought to bear in mind», I have tried to bring out all these meanings.]

O Koreshieten! wij hebben u het boek van den Koran nedergezonden, waarin gij beroemd gemaakt wordt; zult gij dit niet begrijpen?

We have sent down to you a Scripture in which is your remembrance. Do you not comprehend?

Certainly We have revealed to you a Book in which is your good remembrance; what! do you not then understand?

Now We have revealed unto you a Scripture wherein is your Reminder. Have ye then no sense?

We have sent down to you a book in which is a reminder for you; have ye then no sense?

Yemin olsun, size bir Kitap gönderdik ki, öğüt ve uyarınız/zikriniz/şerefiniz yalnız ondadır. Hâlâ aklınızı çalıştırmayacak mısınız?

Now, We have sent down to you a Book in which is your Remembrance. Will you not understand?

O Mankind! Now We have revealed unto you a Book that is all about you and it will give you eminence. Will you not, then, use your sense? (21:24), (23:70), (43:43-44).

We have sent down to you a scripture containing your message. Do you not understand?

And now have we sent down to you «the book,» in which is your warning: What, will ye not then understand?

Now have We sent down unto you, O Koreish, the book of the Koran; wherein there is honourable mention of you: Will ye not therefore understand?

WE have now sent down to you a Book which makes provision for your eminence; will you not then understand ?
