وَ لَقَدْ آتَيْنا إِبْراهِيمَ رُشْدَهُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَ كُنَّا بِهِ عالِمِينَ
و لقد آتينا إبراهيم رشده من قبل و كنّا به عالمين
Walaqad atayna ibraheema rushdahu min qablu wakunna bihi AAalimeena
پيش از اين به ابراهيم نيروي شناختش را عطا کرديم و به او آگاه بوديم
و به راستى پيشاپيش به ابراهيم رهيافتى كه سزاوارش بود بخشيديم، و به آن آگاه بوديم.
ما ابراهيم را قبل از آنان (موسى و هارون) ارشاد كرديم و بمعرفت و شايستگى او كاملا آگاه بوديم.
و مسلماً پیش از این به ابراهیم، رشد و هدایتی [که سزاوارش بود] عطا کردیم؛ و ما به او دانا بودیم.
و بعزتم سوگند كه به يقين داديم به ابراهيم راه يافتن او را پيش از موسى و هارون و بوديم به (لياقت) او دانا
و در حقيقت، پيش از آن، به ابراهيم رشد [فكرى]اش را داديم و ما به [شايستگى] او دانا بوديم.
ما پيش از اين ابراهيم را رشد و رهشناسى عطا كرديم و به او آگاه بوديم.
و به يقين ما از پيش، رشد ابراهيم را [براى پيامبرى و پيشوايى] به او داديم و بدان دانا بوديم.
و بتحقيق داديم ابراهيم را رشدش از پيش و بوديم به او دانايان
و بى گمان پيش از اين به ابراهيم راهيابىاش را داديم. و به [حال او] دانا بوديم
ما وسیله رشد ابراهیم را از قبل به او دادیم؛ و از (شایستگی) او آگاه بودیم…
و هر آينه ابراهيم را از پيش- پيش از موسى- راه شناسى و راهيابى در خور وى داديم و به [حال] او دانا بوديم.
و بتحقيق داديم ابراهيم را رشدش از پيش و بوديم به او دانايان
و همانا داديم به ابراهيم رهبريش را از پيش و بوديم بدان دانايان
و همانا ما پیش از این ابراهیم را کاملا به رشد و کمال خود رسانیدیم (تا بیرق توحید و خداپرستی را در عالم برافرازد) و ما به شایستگی او بر این مقام دانا بودیم.
پيش از آن، ما به ابراهيم هدايت و ادراك عطا كرديم، زيرا كاملاً از او آگاه بوديم.
And We had given Abraham his correct/right guidance from before, and We were with (about) him knowing.
And indeed We bestowed aforetime on Ibrahim (Abraham) his (portion of) guidance, and We were Well-Acquainted with him (as to his Belief in the Oneness of Allah, etc.).
We gave Abraham aforetime his rectitude — for We knew him —
AND, INDEED, long before [the time of Moses] We vouchsafed unto Abraham his consciousness of what is right; [The possessive pronoun «his» affixed to the noun rushd (which, in this context, has the meaning of «consciousness of what is right») emphasizes the highly personal, intellectual quality of Abraham’s progressive realization of God’s almightiness and uniqueness (cf. 6:74 -79 as well as note on 6:83); while the expression min qabl – rendered by me as «long before [the time of Moses]» – stresses, once again, the element of continuity in man’s religious insight and experience.] and We were aware of [what moved] him
En wij gaven vroeger aan Abraham zijne leiding, en wij wisten dat hij de openbaringen waardig was, waarmede hij werd begunstigd.
And before that We gave Abraham his understanding, and We were aware of him.
Siamo Noi che conducemmo Abramo sulla retta via, Noi che lo conoscevamo.
And indeed We bestowed aforetime on Ibrahim (Abraham) his (portion of) guidance, and We were Well-Acquainted with him (as to his Belief in the Oneness of Allah, etc.).
Еще раньше Мы даровали Ибрахиму (Аврааму) верное руководство, и Мы были осведомлены о нем.
Мы до этого наставили Ибрахима на прямой путь, и Мы знали [все] о нем.
And certainly We gave to Ibrahim his rectitude before, and We knew him fully well.
And We verily gave Abraham of old his proper course, and We were Aware of him,
And we gave Abraham a right direction before; for about him we knew.
Yemin olsun, İbrahim’e daha önceden, doğruyu bulma gücünü vermiştik. Onu bilmekteydik biz.
Before this We gave Abraham his virtue, for We knew him.
And, indeed, long before, We showed Abraham his direction and We were Aware of his potential.
Before that, we granted Abraham his guidance and understanding, for we were fully aware of him.
Of old we gave unto Abraham his direction, for we knew him worthy.
And We gave unto Abraham his direction heretofore, and We knew him to be worthy of the revelations wherewith he was favoured.
And before this WE gave Abraham his guidance and WE knew him well.
Und vordem gaben Wir Abraham seine Rechtschaffenheit, denn Wir kannten ihn.
Мы прежде Ибрахиму даровали ■ Прямое направление его пути (по жизни), ■ И знали Мы, чем он живет и дышит.
Тәхкыйк Ибраһим г-мгә бәлагатькә ирешмәс борын ук файда белән зарарны аерырлык белем бирдек, аңа биргән нәрсәбезгә аның әһел икәнен белер идек.
اور ہم نے ابراہیمؑ کو پہلے ہی سے ہدایت دی تھی اور ہم ان کے حال سے واقف تھے
اور بیشک ہم نے پہلے سے ہی ابراہیم (علیہ السلام) کو ان کے (مرتبہ کے مطابق) فہم و ہدایت دے رکھی تھی اور ہم ان (کی استعداد و اہلیت) کو خوب جاننے والے تھے،
