إِلى فِرْعَوْنَ وَ مَلاَئِهِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوا وَ كانُوا قَوْماً عالِينَ

إلى فرعون و ملائه فاستكبروا و كانوا قوما عالين

Ila firAAawna wamala-ihi faistakbaroo wakanoo qawman AAaleena

نزد فرعون و مهتران قومش پس گردنکشي کردند که مردمي برتري جوي بودند،

به سوى فرعون و بزرگان قومش، آنگاه گردنكشى كردند و قومى بزرگى طلب بودند.

بسوى فرعون و بزرگان قومش (آنان ايمان نياوردند) و تكبر ورزيدند، زيرا جماعتى سركش و جاه طلب بودند.

به سوی فرعون و سران و اشراف قومش، پس تکبّر ورزیدند؛ و آنان قومی برتری جو بودند.

بسوى فرعون و بزرگان قومش پس ايشان سركشى كردند و بودند گروهى برترى جو

به سوى فرعون و سران [قوم‏] او، ولى تكبّر نمودند و مردمى گردنكش بودند،

به سوى فرعون و پسران قومش فرستاديم، اما آنها كه مردمى برترى جو بودند كبر ورزيدند

به سوى فرعون و گروه او، پس تكبّر كردند و قومى گردنكش بودند.

بسوى فرعون و جماعتش پس گردنكشى كردند و بودند گروهى متكبران

به سوى فرعون و اشراف [قوم‏] او. كه كبر ورزيدند و گروهى برترى جو بودند

بسوی فرعون و اطرافیان اشرافی او؛ امّا آنها تکبّر کردند، و آنها مردمی برتری‌جوی بودند.

به سوى فرعون و مهتران [قوم‏] او، پس گردنكشى كردند و گروهى برترى‏جوى بودند

بسوى فرعون و جماعتش پس ϘјϙƙØԙɠكردند و بودند گروهى متكبران

بسوى فرعون و گروهش پس سركشيدند و شدند قومى برترى جويان

به سوی فرعون و اشراف قومش، آنها هم تکبر و نخوت کردند، زیرا آنان مردمی متکبّر و سرکش بودند.

نزد فرعون و بزرگانش، اما آنها متكبر شدند. آنها مردمي بودند كه ظلم مي كردند.

To Pharaoh, and his nobles/assembly , so they became arrogant and they were a high and mighty nation.

To Firaun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they behaved insolently and they were people self-exalting (by disobeying their Lord, and exalting themselves over and above the Messenger of Allah).

unto Pharaoh and his Council; but they waxed proud, and they were a lofty people,

unto Pharaoh and his great ones; [Moses and Aaron are mentioned here by name because their case was different from that of all other prophets: they were rejected not by their own community but by their community’s oppressors.] but these behaved with arrogance, for they were people wont to glorify [only] themselves.

Tot Pharao en zijne vorsten; maar zij weigerden trotsch in hem te gelooven; want het was een hoovaardig volk.

To Pharaoh and his leaders. But they became arrogant, for they were a high and mighty people.

a Faraone e ai suoi notabili che si mostrarono orgogliosi: era gente superba.

To Firaun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they behaved insolently and they were people self-exalting (by disobeying their Lord, and exalting themselves over and above the Messenger of Allah).

к Фараону и его знати, но они возгордились, ведь они были людьми надменными.

к Фир’ауну и его знати, но они возгордились, ведь они были людьми надменными.

To Firon and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people.

Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they scorned (them) and they were despotic folk.

and with plain authority to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were too big with pride, and were a haughty people.

Firavun’a ve kodamanlarına. Ancak kibre saptılar, çünkü kendilerini büyük gören bir topluluktu onlar.

to Pharaoh and his Council, but they were very proud, and they were a tyrannical nation.

To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they showed arrogance. For, they were megalomaniacs.

To Pharaoh and his elders, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people.

To Pharaoh and his princes; but they behaved them proudly, for they were a haughty people.

unto Pharaoh and his princes: But they proudly refused to believe on him; for they were a haughty people.

To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they behaved arrogantly and they were a haughty people.

Zu Pharao und seinen Häuptern; doch sie wandten sich verächtlich ab, und sie waren ein hochmütiges Volk.

К Фараону и его вельможам. ■ Они же преисполнились гордыни – ■ То был народ высокомерный –

Фиргаун вә аның олугъларына тәкәбберләнделәр вә Ягъкуб балаларын җәберләүче залим кавем булдылар.

(یعنی) فرعون اور اس کی جماعت کی طرف، تو انہوں نے تکبر کیا اور وہ سرکش لوگ تھے

فرعون اور اس (کی قوم) کے سرداروں کی طرف تو انہوں نے بھی تکبّر و رعونت سے کام لیا اور وہ بھی (بڑے) ظالم و سرکش لوگ تھے،
