وَ لَوِ اتَّبَعَ الْحَقُّ أَهْواءَهُمْ لَفَسَدَتِ السَّماواتُ وَ الأَْرْضُ وَ مَنْ فِيهِنَّ بَلْ أَتَيْناهُمْ بِذِكْرِهِمْ فَهُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِهِمْ مُعْرِضُونَ

و لو اتّبع الحقّ أهواءهم لفسدت السّماوات و الأرض و من فيهنّ بل أتيناهم بذكرهم فهم عن ذكرهم معرضون

خوانش

Walawi ittabaAAa alhaqqu ahwaahum lafasadati alssamawatu waal-ardu waman feehinna bal ataynahum bithikrihim fahum AAan thikrihim muAAridoona

آیتی

اگر حق از پي هوسهايشان مي رفت ، آسمانها و زمين و هر که در آنهاست تباه مي شد ولي ما اندرزشان فرستاديم و آنها از اندرزشان رويگردان شدند

خرمشاهی

و اگر حق از هوى و هوسهاى آنان پيروى مى كرد، بيشك آسمان و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست، تباه مى شد; حق اين است كه حديث خودشان را برايشان آورده ايم; آنگاه آنان از ياد خويش رويگردانند.

کاویانپور

هر گاه حق تابع اميال و خواستهاى آنان شود، هر آينه آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست از بين ميرود. چنان نيست بلكه قرآن پند و اندرزيست كه براى هدايت آنان فرستاديم و آنها از اين پند و اندرز همواره روگردان هستند.

و اگر حق از هواهای نفس آنان پیروی می کرد، بی تردید آسمان ها و زمین و هر که در آنهاست از هم می پاشید [و تباه می شد؛ چنین نیست که حق از هواهای نفس آنان پیروی کند] بلکه کتاب [ی را که مایه شرف و سربلندی] آنان [است] به آنان داده ایم، ولی آنان از مایه شرف و سربلندی خود روی گردانند.،

و اگر پيروى كند حق (دعوت حقه) هوسهاى ايشان را قطعا تباه شود آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست بلكه آورديم براى ايشان قرآنى كه يادآور ايشانست پس ايشان از يادآور خود روى گردانند

و اگر حق از هوسهاى آنها پيروى مى‏كرد، قطعاً آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست تباه مى‏شد. [نه!] بلكه يادنامه‏شان را به آنان داده‏ايم، ولى آنها از [پيروى‏] يادنامه خود رويگردانند.

اگر حق از هوسهايشان پيروى كند آسمانها و زمين و ساكنان آن تباه شوند ولى ما براى آنها اندرز فرستاديم و آنها از پندشان رو گردانند،

و اگر خدا پيروى آرزوهاى ايشان مى‏كرد، البته آسمانها و زمين و هر چه در آنهاست تباه مى‏گشت. [نه‏] بلكه آورديم بر ايشان ذكر [كتاب دينى‏] ايشان را پس ايشان از ذكر خودشان روگردان‏اند.

و اگر پيرو بود حق هوسهاى ايشانرا هر آينه تباه ميشد آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست بلكه داديم ايشانرا ذكرشان پس ايشان از ذكرشان روى گردانند

و اگر حق از هوسها و آرزوهاى آنان پيروى مى‏كرد هر آينه آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست تباه مى‏شد، ولى ما يادكرد و پندشان- قرآن- را بديشان آورديم و آنها از ياد و پند خويش رويگردانند.

و اگر پيرو بود حق هوسهاى ايشان را هر آينه تباه ميشد آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنهاست بلكه داديم ايشان را ذكرشان پس ايشان از ذكرشان روى گردانند

و اگر پيروى كند حقّ هوسهاى آنان را هر آينه فاسد شود آسمانها و زمين و هر كه در آنها است بلكه آورديمشان به ذكر خود پس ايشانند از ذكر خود روى گردانان

و اگر حق تابع هوای نفس آنان شود همانا آسمانها و زمین و هر که در آنهاست فاسد خواهد شد. (و کافران از جهل نسبت جنون به رسول ما دادند؛ چنین نیست) بلکه ما اندرز قرآن بزرگ را بر آنها فرستادیم و آنان از این اندرز خود اعراض کنند.

درواقع، اگر حقيقت با خواسته‌هايشان مطابقت مي ‌كرد، در آسمان‌ها و زمين هرج و مرج مي شد؛ و هرچه در آنهاست، به فساد كشيده مي ‌شد. ما مدركشان را به آنها داده‌ايم، اما آنها نسبت به مدرك خود بي اعتنا هستند.

And if the truth followed their self attractions for desires , the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth and who (is) in them (B) would have (been) corrupted/destroyed , but We came/brought to them with their reminder, so they are from their reminder objecting/opposing .
