وَ جَعَلْناهُمْ أَئِمَّةً يَدْعُونَ إِلَى النَّارِ وَ يَوْمَ الْقِيامَةِ لا يُنْصَرُونَ

و جعلناهم أئمّة يدعون إلى النّار و يوم القيامة لا ينصرون

WajaAAalnahum a-immatan yadAAoona ila alnnari wayawma alqiyamati la yunsaroona

و آنان را از آن گونه پيشواياني ساختيم که مردم را به آتش دعوت مي کنند، و در روز قيامت کسي ياريشان نکند

و آنان را پيشوايانى خوانديم كه به سوى آتش دوزخ دعوت مى كنند; و روز قيامت يارى نمى يابند.

ما آنها را پيشوايانى قرار داديم كه پيروان خود را بسوى آتش دعوت ميكردند و و روز قيامت هيچگونه كمكى بر آنان نخواهد شد.

و آنان را [به کیفر طغیانشان] پیشوایانی که دعوت به آتش می کنند قرار دادیم، و روز قیامت یاری نمی شوند،

و گردانيديم ايشان را (بعنوان مجازات) پيشوايان گمراهان كه مى‏خوانند (پيروان خود را) بسوى آتش در روز رستخيز يارى كرده نشوند

و آنان را پيشوايانى كه به سوى آتش مى‏خوانند گردانيديم، و روز رستاخيز يارى نخواهند شد.

آنها را از پيشوايانى قرار داده‏ايم كه به آتش دوزخ دعوت مى‏كنند و روز رستاخيز يارى نخواهند شد.

و قرار داديم آنان را پيشوايانى كه به سوى آتش مى‏خوانند، و روز قيامت آنان را يارى نكنند.

و گردانيديمشان پيشوايانى كه ميخوانند بسوى آتش و روز قيامت يارى نمى‏شوند

و آنان را پيشوايانى گردانديم كه به سوى آتش [دوزخ‏] فرا مى‏خواندند و روز قيامت يارى نيابند

و آنان [= فرعونیان‌] را پیشوایانی قرار دادیم که به آتش (دوزخ) دعوت می‌کنند؛ و روز رستاخیز یاری نخواهند شد!

و آنان را پيشوايانى گردانيديم كه به آتش دوزخ مى‏خوانند- يعنى به كفرى كه به آتش دوزخ مى‏انجامد دعوت مى‏كنند-، و روز رستاخيز يارى نشوند.

و گردانيديمشان پيشوايانى كه ميخوانند بسوى آتش و روز قيامت يارى نمى‏شوند

و گردانيديمشان پيشوايانى كه مى خوانند بسوى آتش و روز قيامت يارى نمى شوند

و ما آن قوم (ظالم) را پیشوایان (ضلالت و) دعوت به دوزخ قرار دادیم و روز قیامت یاری نخواهند شد.

ما آنها را اماماني قرار داديم كه مردم خود را به دوزخ راهنمايي كردند. علاوه بر اين، آنها در روز رستاخيز هيچ كمكي نخواهند داشت.

And We made them leaders/examples calling to the fire , and (on) the Resurrection Day they not be given victory/aid .

And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection, they will not be helped.

And We appointed them leaders, calling to the Fire; and on the Day of Resurrection they shall not be helped;

[We destroyed them,] and We set them up as archetypes [of evil] that show the way to the fire [of hell]; [Lit., «archetypes (aimmah) inviting to the fire». This is the pivotal sentence of the above fragment of the story of Moses. Just as verses 15 – 16 are meant to draw our attention to the sin of tribal or racial prejudice, the present reference to Pharaoh as an «archetype [of evil]» points to the fact that false pride (takabbur) and arrogance {istikbar) are truly «satanic» attitudes of mind, repeatedly exemplified in the Quran by Iblis’s symbolic «revolt» against God (for the meaning of which see note on 2:34 and note on 15:41). Inasmuch as they are intrinsically evil, these «satanic» impulses lead to evil actions and, consequently, to a weakening or even a total destruction of man’s spiritual potential: which, in its turn, is bound to cause suffering in the hereafter.] and [whereas] no succour will come to them on Resurrection Day,

En wij gaven hun bedriegelijke goden, die hunne volgers tot de hel uitnoodigden, en op den dag des oordeels zullen zij tegen de straf niet beschut worden.

We made them role models for inviting to the Fire. And on the Day of Resurrection, they will not be supported.

Ne facemmmo guide che invitano al Fuoco e, nel Giorno della Resurrezione, non saranno soccorsi.

And We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection, they will not be helped.

Мы сделали их предводителями, которые призывают в Огонь, и в День воскресения им не окажут помощи.

И Мы сделали их предводителями, зовущими [людей] к [адскому] огню, и в День воскресения не будет им помощи.

And We made them Imams who call to the fire, and on the day of resurrection they shall not be assisted.

And We made them patterns that invite unto the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped.

But we made them models calling to the fire; and on the resurrection day they shall not be helped;

Biz onları, ateşe çağıran önderler yapmıştık. Kıyamet günü yardım göremeyeceklerdir.

We made them leaders inviting to the Fire, and on the Day of Resurrection they shall not be victors.

And We made them leaders, a pattern, of those who take people to the Fire, and no help shall they find on the Resurrection Day.

We made them imams who led their people to Hell. Furthermore, on the Day of Resurrection, they will have no help.

And we made them imâ­³ who invite to the fire of hell, and on the day of Resurrection they shall not be helped.

And We made them deceitful guides, inviting their followers to hell fire; and on the day of resurrection they shall not be screened from punishment.

And WE made them leaders who called people unto the Fire; and on the Day of Resurrection they will not be helped.

Und Wir machten sie zu Führern, welche (Menschen) zum Feuer luden; und am Tage der Auferstehung werden sie keinen Beistand finden.

И Мы их сделали имамами, зовущими к Огню, ■ И в Судный День им помощи не будет, –

Без аларны дөньяда имамнар кылдык, алар үзләренә ияргән кешеләрне утка чакыралар, аларга кыямәт көнендә ярдәм бирелмәс.

اور ہم نے ان کو پیشوا بنایا تھا وہ (لوگوں) کو دوزخ کی طرف بلاتے تھے اور قیامت کے دن اُن کی مدد نہیں کی جائے گی

اور ہم نے انہیں (دوزخیوں کا) پیشوا بنا دیا کہ وہ (لوگوں کو) دوزخ کی طرف بلاتے تھے اور قیامت کے دن ان کی کوئی مدد نہیں کی جائے گی،
