وَ تِلْكَ الأَْمْثالُ نَضْرِبُها لِلنَّاسِ وَ ما يَعْقِلُها إِلاَّ الْعالِمُونَ

و تلك الأمثال نضربها للنّاس و ما يعقلها إلاّ العالمون

Watilka al-amthalu nadribuha lilnnasi wama yaAAqiluha illa alAAalimoona

اين مثلها را براي مردم مي زنيم و آنها را جز دانايان در نمي يابند

و اين مثلها را براى مردم مى زنيم و جز دانشمندان كسى آنها را تعقل نمى كند.

و ما اين ضرب المثلها را براى مردم مى‏آوريم (تا حقايق بر آنان روشن شود) ولى جز دانشوران و اهل تحقيق در آن تعقل نميكنند.

و این مثل ها را برای مردم می زنیم، ولی جز اهل معرفت و دانش در آنها تعقّل نمی کنند.

و اين مثلها بيان مى‏كنيم آنها را براى مردم (تا بدين وسيله حقايق امور را دريابند) و در نمى‏يابند آن مثلها را مگر دانايان

و اين مَثَلها را براى مردم مى‏زنيم و[لى‏] جز دانشوران آنها را درنيابند.

اين مثلها را براى مردم مى‏زنيم و جز عالمان آن را در نمى‏يابند.

و ما اين مثلها را براى مردمان مى‏زنيم و آن را جز دانايان نمى‏فهمند.

و اين مثلها را ميزنيم آنها را براى مردم و در نمى‏يابند آنها را مگر دانايان

و اين مثلهاست كه آنها را براى مردم مى‏زنيم و جز دانايان آن را در نمى‏يابند

اینها مثالهایی است که ما برای مردم می‌زنیم، و جز دانایان آن را درک نمی‌کنند.

و اين مَثَلها را براى مردم مى‏زنيم و جز دانايان آنها را درنمى‏يابند.

و اين مثلها را ميزنيم آنها را براى مردم و در نمى‏يابند آنها را مگر دانايان

و اين مثَلها را مى زنيم براى مردم و بخرد نيابندش جز دانايان

و ما این همه مثلها را برای مردم می‌زنیم (تا حقایق برای آنها روشن شود) و لیکن به جز مردم دانشمند کسی تعقل در آنها نخواهد کرد.

ما اين مثال ها را براي مردم مي آوريم و جز کساني که از علم بهره کسب مي کنند، کسي قدر آنها را نمي داند.

And those are the examples/proverbs, We give it to the people and none understands/comprehends it except the knowing .

And these similitudes We put forward for mankind, but none will understand them except those who have knowledge (of Allah and His Signs, etc.).

And those similitudes — We strike them for the people, but none understands them save those who know.

And so We propound these parables unto man: but none can grasp their innermost meaning save those who [of Us] are aware [Inasmuch as awareness of the existence of God is here postulated as a prerequisite of a full understanding of the Quranic parables (and, by implication, allegories as well), the above verse should be read side by side with the statement that the Quran is meant to be «a guidance for all the God-conscious, who believe in the existence of a reality which is beyond the reach of human perception» (see 2:2 -3 and the corresponding note).]

Deze vergelijking stellen wij den menschen voor; maar niemand verstaat die; behalve de denkende.

Such are the examples We cite for the people, but none comprehend except the knowledgeable.

Queste metafore Noi le proponiamo agli uomini, ma non le capiscono se non i sapienti.

And these similitudes We put forward for mankind, but none will understand them except those who have knowledge (of Allah and His Signs, etc.).

Такие притчи Мы приводим людям, но разумеют их только обладающие знанием.

And (as for) these examples, We set them forth for men, and none understand them but the learned.

As for these similitudes, We coin them for mankind, but none will grasp their meaning save the wise.

These are parables which we have struck out for men; but none will understand them, save those who know.

Bunlar bizim, insanlara vermekte olduğumuz örneklerdir ki ilim sahiplerinden başkası onlara akıl erdiremez.

And We strike these parables for the people, but none understands except the knowledgeable.

And so We cite examples for mankind, but men of Science will make best use of their intellect. (‹Aalim = Scientist. (30:22-23), (35:27-28)).

We cite these examples for the people, and none appreciate them except the knowledgeable.

These similitudes do we set forth to men: and none understand them except the wise.

These similitudes do We propound unto men: But none understand them, except the wise.

And these are similitudes which WE set forth for mankind, but only those understand them who have knowledge.

Dies sind Gleichnisse, die Wir für die Menschheit aufstellen, doch es verstehen sie nur jene, die Wissen haben.

Коръәндә бу кеби мисалларны кешеләргә бәян итәбез аңнарга җиңел булсын өчен, ләкин ул мисалларны галимнәрдән башкалар аңламаслар.

اور یہ مثالیں ہم لوگوں کے (سمجھانے کے) لئے بیان کرتے ہیں اور اُسے تو اہلِ دانش ہی سمجھتے ہیں

اور یہ مثالیں ہیں ہم انہیں لوگوں (کے سمجھانے) کے لئے بیان کرتے ہیں، اور انہیں اہلِ علم کے سوا کوئی نہیں سمجھتا،
