فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَ هُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقاً أَمْ مَنْ خَلَقْنا إِنَّا خَلَقْناهُمْ مِنْ طِينٍ لازِبٍ

فاستفتهم أ هم أشدّ خلقا أم من خلقنا إنّا خلقناهم من طين لازب

Faistaftihim ahum ashaddu khalqan am man khalaqna inna khalaqnahum min teenin lazibin

پس ، از کافران بپرس که آيا آفرينش آنها دشوارتر است يا آنچه ما آفريده ايم ما آنها را از گلي چسبنده آفريده ايم

پس از ايشان بپرس آيا آفرينش آنان استوارتر است يا آنانى كه آفريده ايم; ما ايشان را از گلى چسبنده آفريده ايم.

يا پيامبر، از مشركين بپرس آيا آنان در خلقت نيرومندترند، يا آنچه را ما آفريديم و انسان را نخست از گل چسبنده خلق كرديم.

پس از منکران معاد بپرس: آیا آفرینش آنان سخت تر و دشوارتر است یا آنچه [مانند فرشتگان، آسمان ها، زمین، کوه ها و…] آفریده ایم؟ [به یقین آفرینش آنان کاری ناچیز است چون] ما آنان را از گِلی چسبنده آفریده ایم،

و بپرس از مشركان آيا ايشان سختترند از نظر آفرينش يا آنهائيكه آفريده‏ايم زيرا ما آفريديمشان از گلى چسبنده

پس، [از كافران‏] بپرس: آيا ايشان [از نظر] آفرينش سخت‏ترند يا كسانى كه [در آسمانها] خلق كرديم؟ ما آنان را از گِلى چسبنده پديد آورديم.

از آنها بپرس كه آيا آفرينش آنها دشوارتر است يا آنچه ما آفريديم. ما آنها را از گل چسبناك آفريده‏ايم،

پس از ايشان بپرس كه آيا آنان در آفرينش سخت‏ترند يا آن [آفريدگان‏] ديگرى كه ما آفريديم كه ما آنها را از خاك نرم [يا گل چسبنده‏] آفريديم.

پس طلب بيان كن كه آيا ايشان سخت ترند از لحاظ آفرينش يا آنكه آفريديم بدرستيكه ما آفريديمشان از گل چسبنده

پس از آنان بپرس آيا آفرينش آنان دشوارتر است يا [خلق‏] كسى كه [غير از آنان از فرشتگان و جن و …] آفريده‏ايم؟ ما آنان را از گل چسبنده آفريده‏ايم

از آنان بپرس: «آیا آفرینش (و معاد) آنان سخت‌تر است یا آفرینش فرشتگان (و آسمانها و زمین)؟! ما آنان را از گل چسبنده‌ای آفریدیم!

از آنها- مشركان- بپرس كه آنان در آفرينش سخت‏تر و دشوارترند يا آن چيزها [ى ديگر] كه آفريديم- فرشتگان و آسمانها و زمين و …-، ما آنها را از گِلى چسبنده آفريده‏ايم.

پس طلب بيان كن كه آيا ايشان سخت ترند از لحاظ آفرينش يا آنكه آفريديم بدرستى كه ما آفريديمشان از گل چسبنده

پس بپرسشان آيا آنان سخت ترند در آفرينش يا آنكه ما آفريديم همانا بيافريديمشان از گِلى چسبنده

از این منکران قیامت بپرس که آیا خلقت آنها سخت‌تر است یا موجودات (با عظمت) دیگر که ما خلق کرده‌ایم؟و ما اینان را در اول از گل چسبنده بیافریدیم.

از آنها سئوال كن: آيا خلقت آنها مشكل تر است يا مخلوقات ديگر؟ ما آنها را از گل مرطوب آفريديم.

So ask/take their opinion , are they a stronger creation, or who We created? That We created them from very sticky mud/clay .

Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad SAW): «Are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?» Verily, We created them of a sticky clay.

So ask them for a pronouncement — Are they stronger in constitution, or those We created? We created them of clinging clay.

AND NOW ask those [who deny the truth] to enlighten thee: Were they more difficult to create than all those [untold marvels] that We have created? – for, behold, them have We created out of [mere] clay commingled with water! [I.e., out of primitive substances existing in their elementary forms in and on the earth (see 23:12) – substances which are as nothing when compared with the complexity of «the heavens and the earth and all that is between them»: hence, man’s individual resurrection is as nothing when compared with the creation of the multiform universe.]

Vraag daarom den bewoners van Mekka, of zij van nature sterker zijn dan de engelen welke wij hebben geschapen? Waarlijk wij hebben hen van harde klei geschapen.

So ask them: "Are they the more powerful creation, or the others We created?" We have created them from sticky mud.

Chiedi loro se la loro natura è più forte di quella degli altri esseri che Noi abbiamo creato: in verità li creammo di argilla impastata!

Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad SAW): "Are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?" Verily, We created them of a sticky clay.

Спроси их (людей), они созданы прочнее или то, что Мы сотворили? Воистину, Мы сотворили их из липкой глины.

Спроси же [, Мухаммад,] их (т. е. мекканских многобожников), что сотворено прочнее: они или [все] то, что Мы сотворили? Воистину, Мы сотворили их (т. е. мекканских многобожников) из вязкой глины.

Then ask them whether they are stronger in creation or those (others) whom We have created. Surely We created them of firm clay.

Then ask them (O Muhammad): Are they stronger as a creation, or those (others) whom we have created? Lo! We created them of plastic clay.

Ask them whether they are stronger by nature or (the angels) whom we have created? We have created them of sticky clay.

Şimdi sor onlara: Yaratış ve yaratılış bakımından onlar mı daha güçlüdür, yoksa bizim yarattığımız şuurlular mı? Gerçek şu ki, biz onları bir cıvık çamurdan yarattık.

So ask them, are they stronger in constitution, or those whom We have created. We have created them of sticky clay.

And ask them to enlighten you, «What is more difficult and stronger – their creation or the rest of Our creation in the multiform Universe? Them (the humans) We have only created out of a sticky clay.

Ask them, «Are they more difficult to create, or the other creations?» We created them from wet mud.

Ask the Meccans then, Are they, or the angels whom we have made, the stronger creation? Aye, of coarse clay have we created them.

Ask the Meccans therefore, whether they be stronger by nature, or the angels whom We have created? We have surely created them of stiff clay.

So ask them whether it is they who are harder to create, or those others whom WE have created ? Them WE have created of cohesive clay.

Frage sie darum, ob sie schwerer zu erschaffen sind oder (alle die andern) die Wir erschaffen haben? Sie haben Wir aus bildsamem Ton erschaffen.

Ты их спроси: ■ «Какое из творений Наших ■ Труднее было Нам создать: ■ Их или все другое? ■ Ведь Мы их создали из липкой глины».

Кәферләрдән сора, алармы халык ителүдә куәтлерәк, яки Без халык иткән җир, күкләр вә фәрештәләрме куәтлерәк төзелештә? Без Адәмне кулга ябыша торган балчыктан халык кылдык, ничек Аллаһуга каршы сүз әйтә алалар?

تو ان سے پوچھو کہ ان کا بنانا مشکل ہے یا جتنی خلقت ہم نے بنائی ہے؟ انہیں ہم نے چپکتے گارے سے بنایا ہے

اِن سے پوچھئے کہ کیا یہ لوگ تخلیق کئے جانے میں زیادہ سخت (اور مشکل) ہیں یا وہ چیزیں جنہیں ہم نے (آسمانی کائنات میں) تخلیق فرمایا ہے، بیشک ہم نے اِن لوگوں کو چپکنے والے گارے سے پیدا کیا ہے،
