إِنَّ هذا لَهُوَ الْبَلاءُ الْمُبِينُ

إنّ هذا لهو البلاء المبين

Inna hatha lahuwa albalao almubeenu

اين آزمايشي آشکارا بود

بيگمان اين آزمونى آشكار است.

در حقيقت اين امر آزمايشى آشكار براى او بود (و سنجشى بر ايمان و درجه اخلاص مؤمنين كه در اجراى احكام خدا از جان و مال و فرزندان خويش بگذرند).

به یقین این همان آزمایش روشن بود.

براستى اين كار آن آزمايشى است هويدا

راستى كه اين همان آزمايش آشكار بود!

به راستى اين آزمايشى آشكارا بود.»

بيگمان اين همان آزمايش آشكار است.

بدرستيكه اين همان امتحانيست آشكار

بى گمان اين [خواب‏] آزمونى آشكار است

این مسلّماً همان امتحان آشکار است!

هر آينه اين آزمايشى روشن و آشكار بود.

بدرستى كه اين همان امتحانيست آشكار

اين است هر آينه آن آزمايش آشكار

این ابتلا همان امتحانی است که (حقیقت حال اهل ایمان را) روشن می‌کند (که در راه خدا از هر چیز می‌گذرند).

درواقع، آن امتحان سختي بود.

That truly that it is (E) the test, the clear/evident .

Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial

This is indeed the manifest trial.›

for, behold, all this was indeed a trial, clear in itself. [I.e., a trial of this severity clearly implied that Abraham would be capable to bear it, and thus constituted a high moral distinction – in itself a reward from God.]

Waarlijk, dit was eene duidelijke proef.

Surely, this was an exacting test.

Questa è davvero una prova evidente».

Verily, that indeed was a manifest trial

Это и есть явное испытание (или явная милость).

Воистину, это и есть явное испытание.

Most surely this is a manifest trial.

Lo! that verily was a clear test.

This is surely an obvious trial.›

«Bu, hiç kuşkusuz apaçık imtihanın ta kendisiydi.»

That was indeed a clear trial.

This was indeed a Trial, clear in itself. (Leaving the prestigious office of Chief Priesthood in Babylon and now the comfort of Syria for the wilderness of Makkah).

That was an exacting test indeed.

This was indeed a decisive test.

Verily this was a manifest trial.

That, surely, was a manifest trial.

Das war in der Tat eine offenbare Prüfung.

Сие, поистине, (Господне) испытанье,

Аллаһуның изге балаңны корбан итеп чал дигән әмере, әлбәттә, зур һәм авыр сынаудыр.

بلاشبہ یہ صریح آزمائش تھی

بے شک یہ بہت بڑی کھلی آزمائش تھی،
