وَ بِاللَّيْلِ أَ فَلا تَعْقِلُونَ

و باللّيل أ فلا تعقلون

Wabiallayli afala taAAqiloona

و شامگاهان آيا تعقل نمي ، کنيد ؟

و نيز شامگاهان، پس آيا تعقل نمى كنيد؟

همچنين شب هنگام. آيا پس تعقل نمى‏كنيد؟

و نیز شبانگاهان، آیا تعقّل نمی کنید؟

و بشب آيا تعقل نمى‏كنيد

و شامگاهان مى‏گذريد! آيا به فكر فرو نمى‏رويد؟!

چرا نمى‏انديشيد؟

و به شب هنگام، پس آيا نمى‏انديشيد؟

و شبانگاه آيا پس در نمى‏يابيد

و به هنگام شب [نيز]. آيا خرد نمى‏ورزيد؟

و (همچنین) شبانگاه؛ آیا نمی‌اندیشید؟!

و شامگاهان نيز، آيا خرد را كار نمى‏بنديد؟

و شبانگاه آيا پس در نمى‏يابيد

و به شب پس آيا بخرد نمى يابيد

و شام، آیا (چشم عبرت نمی‌گشایید و) عقل را کار نمی‌بندید؟

و در شب. آيا مي فهميد؟

And at the night, so do you not reason/understand/comprehend?

And at night; will you not then reflect?

and in the night; will you not understand?

and by night. [Lit., «you pass by them», i.e., by the places where they lived (see 15:76 and the corresponding note).] Will you not, then, use your reason?

En des nachts. Zult gij dan niet begrijpen?

And in the night. Do you not understand?

e durante la notte. Non capite dunque?

And at night; will you not then reflect?

и вечером. Неужели вы не разумеете?

И до вечера. Неужели вы не образумитесь?

And at night; do you not then understand?

And at night-time; have ye then no sense?

and at night, will you not understand?

And by night. Will you not, then, use your sense to draw lessons?

И ночью. ■ Ужель над этим вам не поразмыслить?

اور رات کو بھی۔ تو کیا تم عقل نہیں رکھتے

اور رات کو بھی، کیا پھر بھی تم عقل نہیں رکھتے،
