وَ جَعَلُوا بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ الْجِنَّةِ نَسَباً وَ لَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ الْجِنَّةُ إِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَ

و جعلوا بينه و بين الجنّة نسبا و لقد علمت الجنّة إنّهم لمحضرون

WajaAAaloo baynahu wabayna aljinnati nasaban walaqad AAalimati aljinnatu innahum lamuhdaroona

ميان خدا و جنيان خويشاوندي قائل شدند و جنيان مي دانند که احضار شدگان به آتشند

و بين او و جن پيوندى قائل شدند، و جنيان خود به خوبى مى دانند كه ايشان [براى حساب] احضار مى شوند.

و ميان خدا و جنيان نسب و بستگى قائل شدند در صورتى كه جنيان خودشان ميدانند كه (روز قيامت براى رسيدگى بحساب) احضار خواهند شد.

میان خدا و جن، نسب و خویشی قرار دادند، در صورتی که جنیان به خوبی می دانند که [روز قیامت برای حساب و پاداش] احضار خواهند شد.

و مشركان قرار داده‏اند ميان خدا و ميان پريان پيوندى و بعزتم سوگند كه البته مى‏دانند پريان كه بيگمان ايشان (براى حساب) احضار شدگانند

و ميان خدا و جن‏ها پيوندى انگاشتند و حال آنكه جنيان نيك دانسته‏اند كه [براى حساب پس‏دادن،] خودشان احضار خواهند شد.

آنها ميان خدا و جنّيان نسبتى قرار دادند، جنيان هم مى‏دانند كه احضار مى‏شوند.

و [آنها] ميان او [خدا] و جنيان خويشى پنداشتند، و جنيان به يقين مى‏دانند كه آنها [در دوزخ‏] حاضر شوند.

و قرار دادند ميان او و ميان اجنه نسبى و بحقيقت دانستند اجنه كه آنها هر آينه احضار شدگانند

و [آن كافران‏] بين او و جنّيان [رابطه‏] خويشاوندى مقرّر كردند. حال آنكه جنّيان دانسته‏اند كه آنان [براى بازخواست‏] احضار خواهند شد

آنها [= مشرکان‌] میان او [= خداوند] و جنّ، (خویشاوندی و) نسبتی قائل شدند؛ در حالی که جنّیان بخوبی می‌دانند که این بت‌پرستان در دادگاه الهی احضار می‌شوند!

و ميان او (خدا) و پريان خويشى و نسبتى ساخته‏اند، و هر آينه پريان مى‏دانند كه خود حاضرشدگانند- براى بازخواست و حساب يا آتش-.

و قرار دادند ميان او و ميان اجنه نسبى و بحقيقت دانستند اجنه كه آنها هر آينه احضار شدگانند

و بنهادند ميان او و ميان پريان پيوندى و هر آينه دانند پريان كه ايشانند احضارشدگان

و (فاسدتر از این عقیده آنکه) بین خدا و جنّ نسبت و خویشی برقرار کردند در صورتی که جنّیان می‌دانند که (این عقاید وهم و خرافات است و به محشر برای کیفر) احضار خواهند شد.

آنها حتي ميان او و جنيان رابطه خاصي قائل شدند؛ اگرچه جنيان خودشان مي دانند که از زيردستانند.

And they made/put between Him and between the Jinns (a) relationship/kinship and the Jinns had (E) known that they truly are being made to be present/attend (E).

And they have invented a kinship between Him and the jinns, but the jinns know well that they have indeed to appear (before Him) (i.e. they will be brought for accounts).

They have set up a kinship between Him and the jinn; and the jinn know that they shall be arraigned.

And some people [Lit., «they».] have invented a kinship between Him and all manner of invisible forces [See Appendix III. Whereas most of the classical commentators are of the opinion that the term al-jinnah denotes here the angels, since they – like all beings of this category – are imperceptible to man’s senses, I believe that the above verse refers to those intangible forces of nature which elude all direct observation and manifest themselves only in their effects: hence their designation, in this context, by the plural noun al-jinnah, which primarily denotes «that which is concealed from [man’s] senses». Inasmuch as people who refuse to believe in God often tend to regard those elemental forces as mysteriously endowed with a purposeful creative power (cf. Bergson’s concept of the elan vital), the Quran states that their votaries invent a «kinship» between them and God, i.e., attribute to them qualities and powers similar to His.] – although [even] these invisible forces know well that, verily, they [who thus blaspheme against God] shall indeed be arraigned [before Him on Judgment Day: for] [For this metaphorical attribution of «knowledge» to the elemental forces of nature, see verses 164 -166 and the corresponding note below.]

En zij maken hem tot een verwante der geniussen, terwijl de geniussen weten, dat hij, die zulke dingen verklaart, aan de eeuwige straf zal worden overgeleverd.

And they invented a kinship between Him and the Jinn. But the Jinn know that they will be gathered.

Stabiliscono una parentela tra Lui e i démoni, ma i démoni sanno bene che dovranno comparire.

And they have invented a kinship between Him and the jinns, but the jinns know well that they have indeed to appear (before Him) (i.e. they will be brought for accounts).

Они установили родство между Ним и джиннами, но джинны знают, что они будут собраны (неверующие будут собраны в Геенне, или джинны будут собраны для расчета).

Они устанавливают родство между Ним и джиннами. А ведь джинны знают, что они предстанут перед Аллахом.

And they assert a relationship between Him and the jinn; and certainly the jinn do know that they shall surely be brought up;

And they imagine kinship between him and the jinn, whereas the jinn know well that they will be brought before (Him).

And they made him to be related to the ginns, while the ginns know that they shall be arraigned;

Allah’la cinler arasında bir nesep oluşturdular. Yemin olsun, cinler de bilmiştir kendilerinin Allah huzuruna mutlaka getirileceklerini/cinler de bilmiştir, bunların Allah’ın huzuruna mutlaka çıkarılacaklarını.

They assert kinship between Him and the angels. But the angels know that they (the liars) will be arraigned (in Hell).

And they imagine relationship between the unseen forces and their Lord. But the unseen forces know their assignments and constantly remain in His servitude.

They even invented a special relationship between Him and the jinns. The jinns themselves know that they are subservient.

And they make him to be of kin with the Djinn: but the Djinn have long known that these idolaters shall be brought up before God.

And they make Him to be of kin unto the genii; whereas the genii know that they who affirm such things, shall be delivered up to eternal punishment;

And they assert a kinship between HIM and the jinn while the jinn themselves know well that they will be brought before ALLAH for judgment.

Und sie machen eine Blutsverwandtschaft aus zwischen Ihm und den Dschinn, während die Dschinn doch recht wohl wissen, daß sie (vor Ihn zum Gericht) gebracht werden sollen.

Они родство меж Господом и джиннами постановили, ■ Но знают джинны, что они ■ К Нему приведены все будут.

Мөшрикләр Аллаһ белән фәрештәләр арасында нәсеп кылдылар. Аллаһуның кызлары дип әйтелгән фәрештәләр белделәр, ул сүзне әйткән мөшрикләрнең җәһәннәмгә кереп ґәзаб кылыначакларын.

اور انہوں نے خدا میں اور جنوں میں رشتہ مقرر کیا۔ حالانکہ جنات جانتے ہیں کہ وہ (خدا کے سامنے) حاضر کئے جائیں گے

اور انہوں نے (تو) اﷲ اور جِنّات کے درمیان (بھی) نسبی رشتہ مقرر کر رکھا ہے، حالانکہ جنّات کو معلوم ہے کہ وہ (بھی اﷲ کے حضور) یقیناً پیش کیے جائیں گے،
