أَنَّى لَهُمُ الذِّكْرى وَ قَدْ جاءَهُمْ رَسُولٌ مُبِينٌ

أنّى لهم الذّكرى و قد جاءهم رسول مبين

Anna lahumu alththikra waqad jaahum rasoolun mubeenun

کجا پند مي پذيرند ؟ حال آنکه چون پيامبر روشنگر بر آنها مبعوث شد ،

[ام] چگونه پند گيرند، حال آنكه پيامبرى آشكار به نزد آنان آمده بود.

چه تذكرى از اين بالاتر كه پيامبرى با آيات روشن براى هدايت آنها آمد

[در آن موقعیت سخت] چگونه برای آنان جای پند گرفتن و هوشیاری است و حال آنکه [پیش از این عذاب] پیامبری روشنگر برای آنان آمد [و پند نگرفتند.]

چگونه بود ايشان را پند گرفتن و حال آنكه آمد بسوى ايشان پيغمبرى هويدا

آنان را كجا [جاى‏] پند[گرفتن‏] باشد، و حال آنكه به يقين براى آنان پيامبرى روشنگر آمده است.

كجا پند مى‏پذيرند در حالى كه رسولى آشكار براى‏شان آمد

چگونه آنان را [امكان‏] پند گرفتن باشد، در حالى كه پيامبرى بيان كننده بر ايشان آمد،

كجاست ايشانرا پند گرفتن و بتحقيق آمد ايشانرا رسولى آشكار

چگونه آنان را پند باشد. حال آنكه رسولى آشكار به نزد آنان آمده بود

چگونه: و از کجا متذکر می‌شوند با اینکه رسول روشنگر (با معجزات و منطق روشن) به سراغشان آمد!

كجا و چگونه آنان را پندگرفتن باشد؟ و حال آنكه ايشان را پيامبرى آشكار و روشنگر آمد،

كجاست ايشان را پند گرفتن و بتحقيق آمد ايشان را رسولى آشكار

كجا است ايشان را يادآوردن و بيامدشان فرستاده اى آشكار

کجا متذکر شده و ایمان می‌آورند در صورتی که رسول ما با آیات روشن بیان آمد (و ایمان نیاوردند).

آنها وقتي به ياد مي آورند كه خيلي دير است! رسولي روشنگر نزدشان آمده بود.

From where/how the remembrance/reminder be for them, and a clear/evident messenger had come to them?

How can there be for them an admonition (at the time when the torment has reached them), when a Messenger explaining things clearly has already come to them.

How should they have the Reminder, seeing a clear Messenger already came to them,

[But] how shall this remembrance avail them [at the Last Hour], seeing that an apostle had previously come unto them, clearly expounding the truth,

Wat heeft onze vermaning hen in dezen toestand gebaat, toen een duidelijke gezant tot hen kwam.

How is it that now they remember, while a clarifying messenger had come to them?

Da dove viene questa loro coscienza? Già giunse loro un messaggero esplicito,

How can there be for them an admonition (at the time when the torment has reached them), when a Messenger explaining things clearly has already come to them.

Но как они могут помянуть такое назидание, если к ним уже приходил разъясняющий посланник.

Но не поможет им увещевание! Ведь приходил к ним посланник, ясно [увещевавший],

How shall they be reminded, and there came to them an Messenger making clear (the truth),

How can there be remembrance for them, when a messenger making plain (the Truth) had already come unto them,

How can they have the reminder (now), when they have had a plain apostle,

Nerede onlarda öğüt almak? Yemin olsun, delillerle açıklayan bir resul gelmişti onlara.

But how will they avail themselves of the Reminder, when a clear Messenger had already come to them

How can there be another Reminder for them seeing that a Messenger had already come to them, clearly expounding the Truth? (And this Qur’an is the Eternal Reminder).

Now that it is too late, they remember! An enlightening messenger had come to them.

But how did warning avail them, when an undoubted apostle had come to them;

How should an admonition be of avail to them in this condition; when a manifest Apostle came unto them,

How can they benefit by admonition, when there has already come to them a Messenger explaining things clearly,

Wie können sie lernen, wenn ein aufklärender Gesandter zu ihnen gekommen ist,

Так чем же было увещание для них, ■ Коль к ним пришел посланник явный?

Аллаһ әйтер: «Хәзер кайда инде аларга вәгазьләнеп төзәлергә ирек бирелмәк, бу вакыттагы иман файда бирмәс, бит аларга дөньяда пәйгамбәрлеге ачыкланган Мухәммәд г-м килде.

(اس وقت) ان کو نصیحت کہاں مفید ہوگی جب کہ ان کے پاس پیغمبر آچکے جو کھول کھول کر بیان کر دیتے ہیں

اب اُن کا نصیحت ماننا کہاں (مفید) ہو سکتا ہے حالانکہ ان کے پاس واضح بیان فرمانے والے رسول آچکے،
