أَ هُمْ خَيْرٌ أَمْ قَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ وَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ أَهْلَكْناهُمْ إِنَّهُمْ كانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ

أ هم خير أم قوم تبّع و الّذين من قبلهم أهلكناهم إنّهم كانوا مجرمين

Ahum khayrun am qawmu tubbaAAin waallatheena min qablihim ahlaknahum innahum kanoo mujrimeena

آيا اينان بهترند يا قوم تبع و کساني که پيش از آن قوم بودند ؟ همه راهلاک کرديم که مجرمان بودند

آيا ايشان بهتر بودند يا قوم تبع، و پيشينيان آنان كه نابودشان كرديم، چرا كه آنان گناهكار بودند.

(به آنان بگو) آيا آنان بهترند يا قوم تبع و اقوام پيش از آنها كه چون جماعتى مجرم و گناهكار بودند، ما همه آنها را محو و نابود كرديم

آیا اینان [در قدرت و شوکت] برترند یا قوم تُبَّع، و کسانی که پیش از آنان بودند؟ ما همه آنان را هلاک کردیم؛ زیرا می رم بودند؛

آيا كفار قريش (از نظر توانائى) بهترند يا قوم تبع و آنانكه پيش از ايشان بودند نابودشان كرديم زيرا آنان بودند گنهكار (كافر)

آيا ايشان بهترند يا قوم «تُبّع» و كسانى كه پيش از آنها بودند؟ آنها را هلاك كرديم، زيرا كه گنهكار بودند.

آيا آنها بهترند يا قوم تبّع و اقوام پيش از او كه چون مجرم بودند هلاكشان كرديم.

آيا آنان بهترند يا قوم «تبع» [كه قومى آتش پرست با شوكت بودند]؟ و كسانى كه پيش از ايشان بودند، آنان را هلاك كرديم، زيرا آنان گناهكار بودند.

آيا آنها بهترند يا قوم تبع و آنان كه بودند پيش از ايشان هلاكشان كرديم بدرستيكه ايشان بودند گناهكاران

آيا آنان بهترند يا قوم «تبّع» و كسانى كه پيش از آنان بودند؟ كه آنان را نابود كرديم، چرا كه آنان گنهكار بودند

آیا آنان بهترند یا قوم «تبّع» و کسانی که پیش از آنها بودند؟! ما آنان را هلاک کردیم، چرا که مجرم بودند!

آيا اينها بهترند يا قوم تُبّع و كسانى كه پيش از آنان بودند- مانند قوم عاد و ثمود و فرعونيان-؟ همه را هلاك كرديم، زيرا كه آنها بزهكار بودند.

آيا آنها بهترند يا قوم تبع و آنان كه بودند پيش از ايشان هلاكشان كرديم بدرستى كه ايشان بودند گناهكاران

آيا اينان بهترند يا قوم تُبّع و آنان كه پيش از ايشان بودند نابودشان كرديم كه بودند ايشان همانا گنهكاران

آیا اینان بهترند (و نیرومندتر) یا قوم تبّع و اقوام پیش از آنان که چون بسیار مردم بدکار مجرمی بودند ما همه را هلاک کردیم.

آيا آنها از قوم تُبَّع و ديگران که پيش از آنها بودند، بهترند؟ ما آنها را به خاطر جناياتشان هلاک کرديم.

Are they better or a nation of Tuba (could be from Yemen)/shade and those from before them? We made them die/destroyed them , that they truly were criminals/sinners.

Are they better or the people of Tubba and those before them? We destroyed them because they were indeed Mujrimoon (disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, criminals, etc.).

Are they better, or the people of Tubba› and those before them whom We destroyed? They were surely sinners.

Are they, then, better than the people of Tubba and those before them, whom We destroyed because they were truly lost in [the same] sin? [«Tubba» was the title borne by a succession of powerful Himyar kings who ruled for centuries over the whole of South Arabia, and were finally overcome by the Abyssinians in the fourth century of the Christian era. They are mentioned elsewhere in the Quran

Zijn zij beter of het volk van Tobba. En zij die vr hen bestonden? Wij verdelgden hen, omdat zij zonden bedreven.

Are they better or the people of Tubba and those before them? We destroyed them, for surely they were guilty.

Are they better, or the folk of Tubb’a and those before them? We destroyed them, for surely they were guilty.

Are they better than the people of Tubbah, and those before them? We destroyed them – verily, they were sinners!

Onlar mı hayırlı yoksa Tübba› halkıyla onlardan önce gelenler mi? Onları helâk ettik; çünkü onlar, suç işlemiş insanlardı.

Are they better or the people of Tubba› and those who were before them whom We destroyed? Indeed they were sinners.

Are they, then, by any means better than the nation of Tubba and those before them? (Yet) We annihilated them for their violation of human rights. (50:14).

Are they better than the people of Tubba` and others before them? We annihilated them for their crimes.

Are they better than the people of Tobba, And those who flourished before them whom we destroyed for their evil deeds?

Are they better, or the people of Tobba, and those who were before them? We destroyed them, because they wrought wickedness.

Sind sie besser oder das Volk da Tubba und jene, die vor ihnen waren? Wir vertilgten sie, denn sie waren Sünder.

Неужто они лучше ■ Народа Тубба или тех, кто был до них? ■ Мы потому их погубили, ■ Что были они все виновны.

Хәзерге кәферләр куәтлерәкме яки әүвәлге Гад, Сәмуд кавемнәре куәтлерәк иделәрме? Куәтле булсалар да Без аларны һәлак иттек, чөнки алар бозыклык кылучы имансыз кавем иделәр.

بھلا یہ اچھے ہیں یا تُبّع کی قوم اور وہ لوگ جو تم سے پہلے ہوچکے ہیں۔ ہم نے ان (سب) کو ہلاک کردیا۔ بےشک وہ گنہگار تھے

بھلا یہ لوگ بہتر ہیں یا (بادشاہِ یمن اسعد ابوکریب) تُبّع (الحمیری) کی قوم اور وہ لوگ جو اِن سے پہلے تھے، ہم نے اُن (سب) کو ہلاک کر ڈالا تھا، بیشک وہ لوگ مجرم تھے،
