ما خَلَقْناهُما إِلاَّ بِالْحَقِّ وَ لكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لا يَعْلَمُونَ

ما خلقناهما إلاّ بالحقّ و لكنّ أكثرهم لا يعلمون

Ma khalaqnahuma illa bialhaqqi walakinna aktharahum la yaAAlamoona

آنها را به حق آفريده ايم ، ولي بيشترين نمي دانند

آنها را جز به حق نيافريده ايم ولى بيشترينه آنان نمى دانند.

آنها را جز بحق و از روى حكمت نيافريده‏ايم و لكن بيشتر مردم درك اين حقيقت نميكنند.

ما آن دو را جز به درستی و راستی به وجود نیاورده ایم، ولی بیشترشان [به حقایق] معرفت و آگاهی ندارند.

نيافريده‏ايم آنها را مگر بحق و ليكن بيشتر مردم نمى‏دانند (اين نكته را)

آنها را جز به حق نيافريده‏ايم، ليكن بيشترشان نمى‏دانند.

آن دو را به حق آفريديم لكن بيشتر آنها نمى‏دانند،

آن دو را بجز به حق [تدبير درست‏] نيافريديم، و ليكن بيشتر آنها نمى‏دانند.

نيافريديم آندو را مگر بحق و ليكن بيشترشان نمى‏دانند

آنها را جز به حقّ نيافريده‏ايم ولى بيشترشان نمى‏دانند

ما آن دو را جز بحق نیافریدیم؛ ولی بیشتر آنان نمی‌دانند!

آن دو را جز بحق نيافريديم، ولى بيشترشان نمى‏دانند.

نيافريديم آن دو را مگر بحق و ليكن بيشترشان نمى‏دانند

نيافريديمشان جز به حقّ و ليكن بيشتر ايشان نمى دانند

آنها را جز به حق (و از روی حکمت و مصلحت) نیافریدیم و لیکن اکثر مردم از آن آگاه نیستند.

ما آنها را به منظوري خاص آفريديم، ولي بيشترشان نمي دانند.

We did not create them (B) except with the truth , and but most of them do not know.

We created them not except with truth (i.e. to examine and test those who are obedient and those who are disobedient and then reward the obedient ones and punish the disobedient ones), but most of them know not.

We created them not save in truth; but most of them know it not.

none of this have We created without [an inner] truth: [See note on 10:5.] but most of them understand it not.

None of this have We created without Purpose. But most of them are not aware of this fact. (They fail to realize that the human ‹Self› lives on after death and must be recompensed in the Hereafter).

We created them for a specific purpose, but most of them do not know.

ہم نے دونوں کو حق کے (مقصد و حکمت کے) ساتھ پیدا کیا ہے لیکن اُن کے اکثر لوگ نہیں جانتے،
