إِنَّمَا الْحَياةُ الدُّنْيا لَعِبٌ وَ لَهْوٌ وَ إِنْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَ تَتَّقُوا يُؤْتِكُمْ أُجُورَكُمْ وَ لا يَسْئَلْكُمْ أَمْوالَكُمْ

إنّما الحياة الدّنيا لعب و لهو و إن تؤمنوا و تتّقوا يؤتكم أجوركم و لا يسئلكم أموالكم

Innama alhayatu alddunya laAAibun walahwun wa-in tu/minoo watattaqoo yu/tikum ojoorakum wala yas-alkum amwalakum

جز اين نيست که زندگي اينجهاني بازيچه و بيهودگي است و اگر ايمان ، بياوريد و پرهيزگاري کنيد خدا پاداشهايتان را خواهد داد ، و از شما اموالتان را نمي طلبد

همانا زندگانى دنيا [مانند] بازيچه و سرگرمى است و اگر ايمان داشته باشيد و پروا و پرهيز بورزيد، پاداشهايتان را به شما مى پردازد، و [همه] اموال شما را از شما نمى طلبد.

در واقع زندگانى اين دنيا چيزى جز سرگرمى و بازيچه‏اى بيش نيست و اگر به خدا ايمان داريد و خداترس و پرهيزكار هستيد، خدا پاداش شما را خواهد داد و خدا چيزى از اموال شما را نميخواهد.

زندگی دنیا فقط بازی و سرگرمی است، اگر ایمان بیاورید و پرهیزکاری کنید، خدا پاداش هایتان را می دهد و از شما نمی خواهد [که] اموالتان را [در راه خدا انفاق کنید؛]

بى‏گفتگو زندگانى دنيا بازيچه و بيهوده است و اگر ايمان بياوريد و (از گناهان) بپرهيزيد مى‏دهد خدا به شما پاداشهاى شما را و نمى‏خواهد خدا از شما همه اموالتان را

زندگى اين دنيا لهو و لعبى بيش نيست، و اگر ايمان بياوريد و پروا بداريد [خدا] پاداش شما را مى‏دهد و اموالتان را [در عوض‏] نمى‏خواهد.

زندگى دنيا تنها بازيچه و سرگرمى است و اگر ايمان بياوريد و پرهيزگارى كنيد پاداشتان را خواهد داد و از اموال شما چيزى نمى‏خواهد.

جز اين نيست كه زندگانى اين جهان بازى و سرگرمى است. و اگر ايمان آوريد و پرهيزگارى كنيد، پاداش‏هاى شما را بدهد، و خواسته‏هاى شما را از شما نخواهد،

جز اين نيست كه زندگانى دنيا بازى و هزليست و اگر ايمان آورديد و بپرهيزيد ميدهد به شما اجرهاتان را و نمى‏خواهد از شما مالهاتان را

جز اين نيست كه زندگانى دنيا بازيچه و سرگرمى است. و اگر ايمان آوريد و پرهيزگار باشيد، پاداشهايتان را به شما مى‏دهد و اموالتان را از شما نمى‏طلبد

زندگی دنیا تنها بازی و سرگرمی است؛ و اگر ایمان آورید و تقوا پیشه کنید، پاداشهای شما را می‌دهد و اموال شما را نمی‌طلبد،

همانا زندگانى اين جهان بازيچه و سرگرمى است، و اگر ايمان داشته باشيد و پرهيزگارى كنيد مزدتان را خواهد داد و مالهاتان را نخواهد خواست

جز اين نيست كه زندگانى دنيا بازى و هزليست و اگر ايمان آورديد و بپرهيزيد ميدهد به شما اجرهاتان را و نمى‏خواهد از شما مالهاتان را

جز اين نيست كه زندگانى دنيا بازى و هوسرانى است و اگر ايمان آريد و پرهيزكارى كنيد بپردازد به شما مزدهاى شما را و نپرسد از شما (نخواهد) خواسته هاى شما را

البته زندگانی دنیا به جز بازیچه و هوسرانی نیست و اگر ایمان آرید و پرهیزکار شوید پاداش اعمال شما را خواهد داد و از اموال شما چیزی (مزد هدایت) نمی‌خواهد.

زندگي اين دنيا بيش از بازيچه و ظواهري پوچ نيست. اما اگر ايمان بياوريد و زندگي پرهيزكارانه اي را در پيش بگيريد، او به شما پاداش خواهد داد، بدون آنكه از شما پولي بخواهد.

But/truly the life the present/worldly life is playing/amusement and fun/games (attractions), and if you believe and fear and obey, He gives/brings you your rewards , and He does not ask/question you (for) your properties/possessions .

The life of this world is but play and pastime, but if you believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), and fear Allah, and avoid evil, He will grant you your wages, and will not ask you your wealth.

The present life is naught but a sport and a diversion; and if you believe and are godfearing, He will give you your wages, and will not ask of you your goods.

The life of this world is but a play and a passing delight: but if you believe [in God] and are conscious of Him, He will grant you your deserts. And withal, He does not demand of you [to sacrifice in His cause all of] your possessions: [Although the life of this world is «but a play and a passing delight», God does not want to deprive the believers of its rightful enjoyment: and so He expects them to sacrifice only a small part of their possessions in His cause. This passage evidently foreshadows the imposition of the obligatory annual tax called zakah («the purifying dues»), amounting to about 2.5 percent of a Muslims’s income and property, as pointed out by most of the classical commentators in connection with the above verse (hence my interpolation). The proceeds of this tax are to be utilized in what the Quran describes as «the cause [lit., «way»] of God», i.e., for the defense and propagation of the Faith and the welfare of the community; and its spiritual purpose is the «purification» of a Muslim’s possessions from the blemish of greed and selfishness. (It is to be noted that the payment of zakah was made obligatory at the very beginning of the Medina period, that is, at approximately the same time as the revelation of the present surah.)]

Waarlijk, dit leven is slechts een spel en een ijdel vermaak; maar indien gij geloofd en God vreest, zal hij u uwe belooning geven. Hij eischt uw geheel vermogen niet van u.

This worldly life is no more than play and vanity. But if you believe and lead a righteous life, He will reward you, and He will not ask you for your wealth.

La vita terrena non è altro che gioco e distrazione. Se invece credete e siete timorati, Egli vi darà il vostro compenso senza chiedere i vostri beni.

The life of this world is only idle sport and play, and if you believe and guard (against evil) He will give you your rewards, and will not ask of you your possessions.

The life of the world is but a sport and a pastime. And if ye believe and ward off (evil). He will give you your wages, and will not ask of you your wordly wealth.

The life of this world is but a play and a sport; but if ye believe and fear God, He will give you your hire.

Şu iğreti dünya hayatı, sadece bir oyun ve eğlencedir. Eğer iman eder korunursanız, Allah, ödüllerinizi verecek ve sizden mallarınızı istemeyecektir.

The life of this world is but play and an amusement. If you believe and are cautious, He will give you your wage, and will not ask for your possessions.

The life of this world is but a sport and amusement. But if you believe and walk aright, He will give you your rewards, and will not ask you to give up your wealth.

This worldly life is no more than play and vanity. But if you believe and lead a righteous life, He will reward you, without asking you for any money.

Surely this present life is only a play, and pastime! but if ye believe, fear God; He will give you your rewards: but He will not ask all your riches of you.

Verily this present life is only a play and a vain amusement: But if ye believe, and fear God, He will give you your rewards. He doth not require of you your whole substance:

Das Leben in dieser Welt ist nur ein Spiel und ein Scherz, und wenn ihr gläubig seid und euch vor Übel hütet, so wird Er euch euren Lohn geben und wird nicht euer Gut von euch verlangen.

И жизнь в этом мире (суеты) – ■ Забава легкая да тщЕта. ■ Но если вы уверуете (в Бога) ■ И будете благочестивы, ■ Он даст награду вам ■ И ничего из вашего добра не спросит.

Дөнья тереклеге фәкать уенчык вә алдагучыдыр, ий кешеләр әгәр иман китереп Аллаһ тыйган эшләрдән тыелу белән вә Ул кушкан эшләрне эшләү белән Аңа тәкъвалык кылсагыз, бу эшләрегезнең әҗерен Аллаһ үзегезгә бирер, әмма малларыгызны сорамас.

دنیا کی زندگی تو محض کھیل اور تماشا ہے۔ اور اگر تم ایمان لاؤ گے اور پرہیزگاری کرو گے تو وہ تم کو تمہارا اجر دے گا۔ اور تم سے تمہارا مال طلب نہیں کرے گا

بس دنیا کی زندگی تو محض کھیل اور تماشا ہے، اور اگر تم ایمان لے آؤ اور تقوٰی اختیار کرو تو وہ تمہیں تمہارے (اعمال پر کامل) ثواب عطا فرمائے گا اور تم سے تمہارے مال طلب نہیں کرے گا،
