وَ بِالأَْسْحارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ

و بالأسحار هم يستغفرون

Wabial-ashari hum yastaghfiroona

و به هنگام سحر استغفار مي کردند ،

و در سحرگاهان استغفار مى كردند.

و سحرگاهان از درگاه خدا آمرزش ميطلبيدند.

و سحرگاهان از خدا درخواست آمرزش می کردند.

(با وجود خواب اندك و عبادت بسيار) در سحرها ايشان آمرزش مى‏خواستند

و در سحرگاهان [از خدا] طلب آمرزش مى‏كردند.

و سحرگاهان به استغفار مى‏آمدند

و در سحرگاهان، آمرزش مى‏خواستند.

و در سحرها ايشان آمرزش ميخواستند

و آنان به هنگام سحر آمرزش مى‏خواستند

و در سحرگاهان استغفار می‌کردند،

و سحرگاهان آمرزش مى‏خواستند.

و در سحرها ايشان آمرزش ميخواستند

و در سحرها ايشان آمرزش مى خواستند

و سحرگاهان از درگاه خدا طلب آمرزش و مغفرت می‌کردند.

در سحرگاه براي آمرزش دعا مي كردند.

And at the times at end of night before dawn they ask for forgiveness.

And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness,

and in the mornings they would ask for forgiveness;

and would pray for forgiveness from their innermost hearts; [See note on 3:17.]

En vroeg in den ochtend vragen zij vergiffenis van God.

And before dawn, they would seek forgiveness.

e all’alba imploravano il perdono;

And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness,

а перед рассветом они молили о прощении.

а уже на заре они молили о прощении;

And in the morning they asked forgiveness.

And ere the dawning of each day would seek forgiveness,

and at the dawn they asked forgiveness.

Seher vakitlerinde af dilemekteydi onlar.

and at dawn would ask forgiveness,

And heartily sought to be guarded against their imperfections. (‹Sahr› = Morning = Core of the heart (Lisanal Arab). ‹Ghafarah› = Helmet = Guarding).

At dawn, they prayed for forgiveness.

And at dawn they prayed for pardon,

and early in the morning they asked pardon of God:

And at dawn they prayed for divine pardon;

Und vor Tagesanbruch suchten sie stets Vergebung;

И в ранние часы зари взывая о прощенье,

Алар сәхәр вакытларыңда намаз, Коръән укып Аллаһудан гафу сорый иделәр.

اور اوقات سحر میں بخشش مانگا کرتے تھے

اور رات کے پچھلے پہروں میں (اٹھ اٹھ کر) مغفرت طلب کرتے تھے،
