فَمَا اسْتَطاعُوا مِنْ قِيامٍ وَ ما كانُوا مُنْتَصِرِينَ

فما استطاعوا من قيام و ما كانوا منتصرين

Fama istataAAoo min qiyamin wama kanoo muntasireena

ايستادن نتوانستند و ياراي انتقام نداشتند

آنگاه توان برخواستن هم نداشتند و كين ستان نبودند.

و نمى‏توانستند از جا برخيزند (و راه گريزى هم نداشتند) و نمى‏توانستند بهمديگر كمك كنند.

پس [با آمدن عذاب و به سبب اینکه هیچ مهلتی نیافتند] نه قدرت برخاستن از جای خود را داشتند و نه دادخواهی کردند.

و توانائى نداشتند كه از جا برخيزند و نبودند يارى دهنده يكديگر را

در نتيجه نه توانستند به پاى خيزند و نه طلب يارى كنند.

آنها توان ايستادن و ياراى انتقام نداشتند.

و هيچ بر خاستن نتوانستند، و انتقام كشنده نبودند.

پس نتوانستند هيچ برخاستنى و نبودند انتقام كشندگان

پس برخاستن نتوانستند و [توان‏] انتقام را هم نداشتند

چنان بر زمین افتادند که توان برخاستن نداشتند و نتوانستند از کسی یاری طلبند!

پس برخاستن نتوانستند و ياراى دفاع از خود نداشتند.

پس نتوانستند هيچ برخاستنى و نبودند انتقام كشندگان

پس نيارستند ايستادن را و نبودند يارى جويان

در حالی که نه هیچ توانایی برخاستن (و گریختن) داشتند و نه هیچ یار و مددکاری یافتند.

آنها نه هرگز توانستند برخيزند و نه كمكي به آنها شد.

So they were not able from getting up/standing, and they were not victorious.

Then they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

and they were not able to stand upright, and were not helped.

for they were unable even to rise, and could not defend themselves.

Zij waren niet in staat op hunne voeten te staan, evenmin als zij zich van de verdediging konden redden.

They were unable to rise up, nor could they win.

e non poterono restare in piedi né essere soccorsi.

Then they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

Они не смогли даже подняться, и никто не помог им.

Они не смогли даже подняться [на ноги], и некому было помочь им.

So they were not able to rise up, nor could they defend themselves-

And they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.

And they could not stand upright, and they were not helped!

Ne kalkıp kaçabildiler ne de kendilerine yardım eden oldu.

they could neither stand up straight, nor were they helped.

And they were unable even to rise up and could not help themselves a bit.

They could never get up, nor were they helped.

They were not able to stand upright, and could not help themselves.

and they were not able to stand on their feet, neither did they save themselves from destruction.

And they were not able to rise up, nor were they able to defend themselves.

Und sie vermochten nicht (wieder) aufzustehn, noch fanden sie Hilfe.

И не могли они ни выстоять, ни защититься.

Урыннарыннан торырга көчләре җитмәде һәм бер-берсенә ярдәм дә итә алмадылар.

پھر وہ نہ تو اُٹھنے کی طاقت رکھتے تھے اور نہ مقابلہ ہی کرسکتے تھے

پھر وہ نہ کھڑے رہنے پر قدرت پا سکے اور نہ وہ (ہم سے) بدلہ لے سکنے والے تھے،
