أَ تَواصَوْا بِهِ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طاغُونَ

أ تواصوا به بل هم قوم طاغون

Atawasaw bihi bal hum qawmun taghoona

آيا بدين کار يکديگر را وصيت کرده بودند ؟ نه ، خود مردمي طاغي بودند

آيا همديگر را بدان سفارش كرده اند؟ حق اين است كه قومى طغيانگرند.

آيا در اين امر بهمديگر سفارش و توصيه كرده بودند؟ (كه با پيامبران خدا مخالفت كنند) آنان (ذاتا) جماعتى سركش و نافرمانند.

آیا [این اقوام] یکدیگر را به این گونه داوری [ناحق درباره پیامبرشان] سفارش کرده بودند؟! [نه] بلکه همه آنان گروهی یاغی و سرکش بودند [و این یاوه گویی ها، محصول سرکشی و یاغی گری آنان بود.]

آيا سفارش كرده‏اند پيشينيان آيندگان را باين (نه چنين است) بلكه ايشان گروهى گردن كشند

آيا همديگر را به اين [سخن‏] سفارش كرده بودند؟ [نه!] بلكه آنان مردمى سركش بودند.

آيا آنها به يكديگر سفارش كرده بودند؟ بلكه مردمى طغيانگرند.

آيا همديگر را بدين [انكار و تكذيب‏] وصيت كردند؟ [نه‏] بلكه ايشان قومى سركش بودند.

آيا همديگر را وصيت كردند بآن بلكه ايشان گروهى هستند زياده رو

آيا همديگر را به آن [انكار] توصيه كرده‏اند؟ [خير] بلكه آنان قومى سركشند

آیا یکدیگر را به آن سفارش می‌کردند (که همه چنین تهمتی بزنند)؟! نه، بلکه آنها قومی طغیانگرند.

آيا يكديگر را بدين [سخن‏] سفارش كرده بودند؟ [نه،] بلكه آنها مردمى سركش بودند.

آيا همديگر را وصيت كردند بان بلكه ايشان گروهى هستند زياده رو

آيا اندرز دادند يكديگر را بدان بلكه ايشانند گروهى گردنكشان

آیا بر این تکذیب، مردم اعصار به یکدیگر سفارش کرده‌اند؟ (یا نه؟) بلکه این مردم (همه بالذّات) گروهی سرکش و نافرمانند.

آيا با هم توافق كرده بودند؟ به راستي كه آنها متجاوزند.

Do they command/entrust with it? But they are a tyrannizing/arrogant nation.

Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)!

What, have they bequeathed it one to another? Nay, but they are an insolent people.

Have they, perchance, handed down this [way of thinking] as a legacy unto one another? Nay, they are people filled with overweening arrogance!

Hebben zij dit gedrag achtervolgens elkander als erfdeel vermaakt? Ja; zij zondigen vreeselijk.

Have they passed down this saying to each other? Indeed, they are a wicked people.

E› questo quel che si sono tramandati? E› davvero gente ribelle.

Have they (the people of the past) transmitted this saying to these (Quraish pagans)? Nay, they are themselves a people transgressing beyond bounds (in disbelief)!

Неужели они заповедали это друг другу? О нет! Они являются людьми, преступающими границы дозволенного.

Уж не заповедали ли эти [слова] одни поколения другим? Да нет, просто они – люди, преступившие дозволенное.

Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people.

Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk.

Do they bequeath it to each other? Yea, they are an outrageous people!

Bunu aralarında vasiyetleştiler mi? Hayır, azıp sapmış bir topluluk bunlar.

Have they handed this down from one to another? No, rather, they are an insolent nation.

Have they handed down this (behavior) as a last will from one to another? Nay, but they have been folk who wished to live without moral bounds.

Did they make an agreement with each other? Indeed, they are transgressors.

Have they made a legacy to one another of this scoff? Yes, they are a rebel people.

Have they bequeathed this behaviour successively the one to the other? Yea; they are a people who enormously transgress.

Have they bequeathed this attitude to one another ? Nay, they are all a rebellious people.

Haben sie es etwa einander vermacht? Sie sind vielmehr (alle) ein widerspenstiges Volk.

Является ль сие преданьем, ■ Что ими друг от друга завещалось? ■ Но нет! Ведь они сами все пределы перешли.

Әйә алар бу яраксыз батыл сүзләре белән бер-берсенә васыять кылып иттифак кылалармы? Бәлки алар байлык белән чиктән чыгып азган кавемнәрдер.

کیا یہ کہ ایک دوسرے کو اسی بات کی وصیت کرتے آئے ہیں بلکہ یہ شریر لوگ ہیں

کیا وہ لوگ ایک دوسرے کواس بات کی وصیت کرتے رہے؟ بلکہ وہ (سب) سرکش و باغی لوگ تھے،
