إِنَّا كُنَّا مِنْ قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ

إنّا كنّا من قبل ندعوه إنّه هو البرّ الرّحيم

Inna kunna min qablu nadAAoohu innahu huwa albarru alrraheemu

ما پيش از اين او را مي خوانديم ، که او احسان کننده و مهربان است

ما پيش از اين او را [به دعا و نيايش] مى خوانديم; اوست كه نيكوكار مهربان است.

ما قبلا در دنيا خدا را بحقيقت و بزرگى پرستش ميكرديم، البته او بسيار نيكخواه و مهربان است.

از پیش او را [برای نجات از عذاب] می خواندیم؛ زیرا که او نیکوکار و مهربان است.

زيرا ما بوديم پيش از اين كه مى‏پرستيديم خدا را زيرا تنها او نيكو رفتارى مهربان است

ما از ديرباز او را مى‏خوانديم، كه او همان نيكوكار مهربان است.»

ما پيش از اين او را مى‏خوانديم كه او نيكوكار مهربان است.»

بيگمان ما از پيش او را مى‏خوانديم، زيرا او نوازشگر مهربان است.

بدرستيكه ما بوديم از پيش كه ميخوانديم او را بدرستيكه او نيكى كننده مهربانست

ما از پيش او را [به نيايش‏] مى‏خوانديم. بى گمان او احسان كننده مهربان است

ما از پیش او را می‌خواندیم (و می‌پرستیدیم)، که اوست نیکوکار و مهربان!»

زيرا ما پيش از اين او را مى‏خوانديم، كه اوست نيكوكار و مهربان.

بدرستى كه ما بوديم از پيش كه ميخوانديم او را بدرستى كه او نيكى كننده مهربانست

كه ما بوديم از پيش مى خوانديمش همانا او است نكوكار مهربان

زیرا ما از این پیش خدا را به حقیقت پرستش می‌کردیم که او خود (بر بندگانش) بسیار نیکخواه و مهربان است.

ما پيش از اين از او درخواست مي كرديم؛ اوست بامحبت ترين، مهربان ترين.

We were from before, we call Him, that He truly is, He is the righteous/charitable , the merciful/most merciful.

«Verily, We used to invoke Him (Alone and none else) before. Verily, He is AlBarr (the Most Subtle, Kind, Courteous, and Generous), the Most Merciful.»

we were before ever calling upon Him; surely He is the All-benign, the All-compassionate.›

Verily, we did invoke Him [alone] ere this: [and now He has shown us] that He alone is truly benign, a true dispenser of grace!» [Sc., «through our own, actual experience». This interpolation is based on the reading of the subsequent word as annahu («that He is»), according to the Medina school, in contrast with the more conventional Kufah and Basrah reading innahu («verily, He is»). As Tabari stresses, either of these two readings is correct; I have chosen for my rendering the former inasmuch as it points to the overwhelming, direct insight which will be granted to the blessed on resurrection.]

Wij riepen hem vroeger aan, en hij is goed en barmhartig.

"We used to implore Him before; He is the Most Kind, the Most Merciful."

Già noi Lo invocavamo. Egli è veramente il Caritatevole, il Misericordioso».

Surely we called upon Him before: Surely He is the Benign, the Merciful.

Lo! we used to pray unto Him of old. Lo! He is the Benign, the Merciful.

‹Verily, we used to call on Him before; verily, He is the righteous, the compassionate!›

«Biz önceden O’na yakarıyorduk. Çünkü O’dur Berr, cömertçe iyilik eden; O’dur rahmeti sınırsız olan.»

Before, we were supplicating to Him. He is the Giving, the Most Merciful. ‹

Verily, We used to call unto Him (seeking guidance from His Word alone). Behold, He is all Kind, all Merciful.»

«We used to implore Him; He is the Most Kind, Most Merciful.»

For, heretofore we called upon Him – and He is the Beneficent, the Merciful.»

For we called on him heretofore; and he is the beneficent, the merciful.

`We used to pray to HIM before. Surely, HE is the Beneficent, the Merciful.›

Wir pflegten vormals zu Ihm zu beten. Er ist der Gütige, der Barmherzige.

Взывали мы к Нему и раньше, ■ (А здесь душой уверилися в том), ■ Что Он, поистине, всемилостив и благ!»

Тәхкыйк без дөньяда Ул – Аллаһуга гыйбадәт кылыр идек һәм ут ґәзабыннан сакла, дип, дога кылыр идек, тәхкыйк Ул – Аллаһ изгелекле һәм дә рәхимледер.

اس سے پہلے ہم اس سے دعائیں کیا کرتے تھے۔ بےشک وہ احسان کرنے والا مہربان ہے

بیشک ہم پہلے سے ہی اُسی کی عبادت کیا کرتے تھے، بیشک وہ احسان فرمانے والا بڑا رحم فرمانے والا ہے،
