أَلاَّ تَطْغَوْا فِي الْمِيزانِ

ألاّ تطغوا في الميزان

Alla tatghaw fee almeezani

تا در ترازو تجاوز مکنيد

از بهر آنكه در ترازو از حد تجاوز مكنيد.

در ميزان و سنجش هرگز تعدى و تجاوز نكنيد.

تا در [سنجیدن با] ترازو طغیان روا مدارید [و از مرز عدالت و انصاف مگذرید.]

براى آنكه از حد در نگذريد در ترازو (به هنگام داد و ستد)

تا مبادا از اندازه درگذريد.

تا در ميزان طغيان نكنيد.

تا [شما] در سنجش از حد نگذريد.

كه تعدى نكنيد در ميزان

[با اين هدف‏] كه در سنجش از حد مگذريد

تا در میزان طغیان نکنید (و از مسیر عدالت منحرف نشوید)،

كه در ترازو از حد مگذريد- تجاوز و خيانت مكنيد-.

كه تعدى نكنيد در ميزان

كه سركشى نكنيد در سنجش

(و حکم کرد) که هرگز در میزان (عدل و احکام شرع من) تعدّی و نافرمانی مکنید.

اي آدميان هرگز از قانون شرع من سرپيچي نکنيد .

That you not tyrannize/exceed the limit in the scale/measuring instrument .

In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.

(Transgress not in the Balance,

so that you [too, O men,] might never transgress the measure [of what is right]:

Opdat gij niet zoudt zondigen tegen het gewicht.

Do not transgress in the balance.

affinché non frodiate nella bilancia:

In order that you may not transgress (due) balance.

чтобы вы не обманывали при взвешивании.

That you may not be inordinate in respect of the measure.

That ye exceed not the measure,

that ye should not be outrageous in the balance;

Azgınlık etmeyin ölçü ve tartıda, saptırmayın mizanı.

Do not transgress the scales.

So that you, too, never violate balance in your lives.

You shall not transgress the law.

That in the balance ye should not transgress.

that ye should not transgress in respect to the balance:

That you may not exceed the measure.

کہ ترازو (سے تولنے) میں حد سے تجاوز نہ کرو

تاکہ تم تولنے میں بے اعتدالی نہ کرو،
