لا يَمَسُّهُ إِلاَّ الْمُطَهَّرُونَ

لا يمسّه إلاّ المطهّرون

La yamassuhu illa almutahharoona

که جز، پاکان دست بر آن نزنند

جز پاكيزگان به آن دسترس ندارند.

جز پاكان با آن تماس نگيرند.

جز پاک شدگان [از هر نوع آلودگی] به [حقایق و اسرار و لطایف] آن دسترسی ندارند.

دست نمى‏زنند به آن كتاب مگر پاكيزگان

كه جز پاك‏شدگان بر آن دست ندارند،

و جز پاكان به آن دست نيابند.

آن را جز پاكيزگان نپساوند.

مس نكند آنرا مگر پاكيزگان

كه جز پاكيزگان به آن دست نمى‏رسانند

و جز پاکان نمی‌توانند به آن دست زنند [= دست یابند].

كه جز پاك‏شدگان و پاكيزگان به آن دست نمى‏رسانند،

مس نكند آنرا مگر پاكيزگان

دست بدان نسايند جز پاك شدگان

که جز دست پاکان (و فهم خاصّان) بدان نرسد.

هيچ کس نمي تواند به مفاهيم آن دست يابد، جز آنان که خلوص نيت دارند.

None touches it except the pure/clean .

Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels).

none but the purified shall touch,

which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: [I.e., which only the pure of heart can truly understand and derive benefit from. As for the preceding reference to «a well-guarded [i.e., incorruptible] divine writ» (kitab maknun), see 85:21-22 and the corresponding note.]

Niemand zal het aanraken, behalve zij, die rein zijn.

None can grasp it except those pure.

che solo i puri toccano.

Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels).

К нему прикасаются только очищенные.

пусть к нему прикасаются только очистившиеся.

None shall touch it save the purified ones.

Which none toucheth save the purified,

Let none touch it but the purified!

Ona, arındırılmışlardan başkası dokunmaz.

which none shall touch except the purified;

The Book which none but the pure of mind can touch. (Those who approach the Qur’an with minds contaminated with preconceived notions and extrinsic material, will never understand it).

None can grasp it except the sincere.

Let none touch it but the purified,

except those who are clean.

Which none shall touch except those who are purified.

Keiner kann es berühren, außer den Gereinigten –

اس کو وہی ہاتھ لگاتے ہیں جو پاک ہیں
