وَ لا يَحُضُّ عَلى طَعامِ الْمِسْكِينِ

و لا يحضّ على طعام المسكين

Wala yahuddu AAala taAAami almiskeeni

و مردم را به طعام دادن به بينوا وا نمي دارد

و بر اطعام بينوا، ترغيب نمى كند.

و بر اطعام فقرا و مستمندان رغبتى از خود نشان نميدهد.

و [کسی را] به طعام دادن به مستمند تشویق نمی کند.

و ترغيب نمى‏كند (مردم را) بر طعام دادن درويش

و به خوراك‏دادن بينوا ترغيب نمى‏كند.

و ديگران را به اطعام بينوايان ترغيب نمى‏كند.

و كسى را بر طعام دادن مسكين وا نمى‏داشت [مقصود وليد مغيره است‏].

و تحريص نمى‏كند (مردم را) بر طعام دادن درويشان

و بر خوراك دادن بينوا ترغيب نمى‏كند

و (دیگران را) به اطعام مسکین تشویق نمی‌کند!

و بر طعام‏دادن بينوا [خود و ديگران را] برنمى‏انگيزد.

و تحريص نمى‏كند (مردم را) بر طعام دادن درويشان

و ترغيب نكند بر خوراك بينوا

و (کسی را) بر اطعام فقیر ترغیب نمی‌کند.

و از طعام دادن به تهيدستان طرفداري نمي كرد.

And does not urge/insight/influence on feeding the poorest of poor/poor oppressed.

And urges not the feeding of AlMiskeen (the poor),

and urges not the feeding of the needy.

and feels no urge 2 to feed the needy.

En anderen niet aanspoort den arme te voeden.

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.

и не побуждает накормить бедняка.

и не призывает [людей] кормить бедняков.

And does not urge (others) to feed the poor.

And urgeth not the feeding of the needy.

اور محتاج کو کھانا کھلانے کی ترغیب نہیں دیتا (یعنی معاشرے سے غریبوں اور محتاجوں کے معاشی اِستحصال کے خاتمے کی کوشش نہیں کرتا)،
