وَ مِنْ شَرِّ غاسِقٍ إِذا وَقَبَ

و من شرّ غاسق إذا وقب

Wamin sharri ghasiqin itha waqaba

و از شر شب چون در آيد ،

و از شر شب چون درآيد.

و از شر شب تار، هنگامى كه درآيد (و مفسدان و تبهكاران بشرارت پردازند).

و از زیان شب هنگامی که با تاریکی اش درآید [که در آن تاریکی انواع حیوانات موذی و انسان های فاسق و فاجر برای ضربه زدن به انسان در کمین اند]

و از آسيب شب تاريك آنگه كه درآيد تاريكى آن

و از شرّ تاريكى چون فراگيرد،

از شر شب تاريك، آن گاه كه همه جا را فرا گيرد،

و از زيان شب تاريك چون در آيد،

و از شر تاريكى آنگاه كه فراگيرد

و از شرّ شب تاريك چون [تاريكى‏اش همه چيز را] فرو پوشاند

و از شرّ هر موجود شرور هنگامی که شبانه وارد می‌شود؛

و از شر شب تاريك آنگاه كه در آيد

و از شر تاريكى آنگاه كه فرا گيرد

و از بدى تاريكى گاهى كه فراگيرد (يا فرورود)

و از شرّ شب تار هنگامی که (از پی آزار) در آید (و حشرات موذی و جنایتکاران و فتنه انگیران را به کمک ظلمتش به ظلم و جور و ستم بر انگیزد).

از شر تاريکي چون فرو افتد.

And from bad/evil/harm (of an) intense dark night/moon, when/if (it) penetrated through body pores/ spread/approached .

«And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away).

from the evil of darkness when it gathers,

«and from the evil of the black darkness whenever it descends,

En van het kwaad des nachts, als die invalt.

"And from the evil of darkness as it falls,"

e contro il male dell’oscurità che si estende

"And from the evil of the darkening (night) as it comes with its darkness; (or the moon as it sets or goes away).

от зла мрака, когда он наступает,

от зла ночного мрака, когда он застилает [мир],

And from the evil of the utterly dark night when it comes,

From the evil of the darkness when it is intense,

and from the evil of the night when it cometh on;

Çöktüğü zaman karanlığın/gelip çattığı zaman göz perdelenmesinin/tutulduğu zaman Ay’ın/battığı zaman Güneş’in/taştığı zaman şehvetin/soktuğu zaman yılanın/ümit kırdığı zaman musibetin şerrinden!

from the evil of the darkness when it gathers

And from the evils of the darkness of Ignorance whenever and wherever it is encountered.

«From the evils of darkness as it falls.

And against the mischief of the night when it overtaketh me;

and from the mischief of the night, when it cometh on;

`And from the evil of darkness when it overspreads,

Und vor dem Übel der Nacht, wenn sie sich verbreitet,

От зла спустившегося мрака;

Вә караңгы төннең зарарыннан сыгынамын, һәркайчан караңгылыгы белән җир өстен капласа.

اور شب تاریکی کی برائی سے جب اس کااندھیرا چھا جائے

اور (بالخصوص) اندھیری رات کے شر سے جب (اس کی) ظلمت چھا جائے،
