وَ فَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ الَّتِي فَعَلْتَ وَ أَنْتَ مِنَ الْكافِرِينَ

و فعلت فعلتك الّتي فعلت و أنت من الكافرين

WafaAAalta faAAlataka allatee faAAalta waanta mina alkafireena

و آن کار را که ازتو سر زد مرتکب نشدي ؟ پس تو کافر نعمتي

و كارى را كه كرده بودى كردى و تو از كافر [نعمت]انى.

و كارى را كه نبايد بكنى، كردى و تو بسيار ناسپاسى.

و آن کارت را که کردی، کردی در حالی که از ناسپاسان [زحمات و نعمت های ما] بودی.

و كردى كار خود را آن كارى كه كردى و تو (نعمت مرا) از ناسپاسانى

و [سرانجام‏] كار خود را كردى، و تو از ناسپاسانى.»

و كارى را كه خواستى انجام دادى و حال ناسپاسى مى‏كنى.»

و كردى آن كرده [زشت‏] خويش را كه كردى [يعنى آن قبطى را كشتى‏]، و [اكنون به خدايى ما] كافر شدى؟

و كردى كرده است را كه كردى و توئى از ناسپاسان

و از تو سر زد آن كارى كه انجام دادى، و تو از ناسپاسگزارانى

و سرانجام، آن کارت را (که نمی‌بایست انجام دهی) انجام دادی (و یک نفر از ما را کشتی)، و تو از ناسپاسانی!»

و آن كرده خويش كه كردى، كردى و تو از ناسپاسانى.

و كردى كرده‏ات را كه كردى و توئى از ناسپاسان

و كردى كارت را آن را كه كردى و بودى از ناسپاسان

و آن فعل زشت (قتل نفس) از تو سر زد و (به خدایی ما) کافر بودی؟

سپس جنايتي را مرتکب شدي که مرتکب شدي و تو ناسپاس بودي.

And you made/did your one deed/act which you made/did, and you are from the disbelievers.

«And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man). And you are one of the ingrates.»

And thou didst the deed thou didst, being one of the ungrateful!›

And yet thou didst commit that [heinous] deed of thine, [lit., «thou didst commit thy deed which thou hast committed» – a construction meant to express the speaker’s utter condemnation of the deed referred to: hence, my interpolation of the word «heinous». As regards the above allusions to Moses› childhood and youth at Pharaoh’s court, the manslaughter committed by him, and his flight from Egypt, see 28:4 – 22.] and [hast thus shown that] thou art one of the ingrate!»

Gij hebt de daad bedreven, welke gij bedreven hebt; en gij zijt een ondankbare.

"And you did what deed you did, and you are of the rejecters."

Poi hai commesso l’atto di cui ti macchiasti e fosti un ingrato».

"And you did your deed, which you did (i.e. the crime of killing a man). And you are one of the ingrates."

Разве ты не совершил тот поступок, который ты совершил? Воистину, ты являешься одним из неблагодарных».

Разве ты не сделал того, что сделал? Ты – неблагодарный человек».

And you did (that) deed of yours which you did, and you are one of the ungrateful.

And thou didst that thy deed which thou didst, and thou wast one of the ingrates.

and thou didst do thy deed which thou hast done, and thou art of the ungrateful!›

Yet you were ungrateful and have done the deed you did. ‹

Yet hast thou done thy deed which thou hast done: And thou art an ungrateful person.

Und du begingst jene deine Tat, die du begangen, und du warst ein Undankbarer.»

Ты совершил поступок (мерзкий) ■ (И знаешь сам), что совершил его, ■ (Но мы тебя не наказали), ■ А ты теперь неблагодарен (нам)».

Һәм кыласы эшеңне кылдың ягъни бер кыбтыйны үтердек, син минем биртәя нигъмәтемне инкяр итүчесең».

اور تم نے وہ کام کیا تھا جو کیا اور تم ناشکرے معلوم ہوتے ہو

اور (پھر) تم نے اپنا وہ کام کر ڈالا جو تم نے کیا تھا (یعنی ایک قبطی کو قتل کر دیا) اور تم ناشکر گزاروں میں سے ہو (ہماری پرورش اور احسانات کو بھول گئے ہو)،
