قالُوا سَواءٌ عَلَيْنا أَ وَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُنْ مِنَ الْواعِظِينَ

قالوا سواء علينا أ وعظت أم لم تكن من الواعظين

Qaloo sawaon AAalayna awaAAathta am lam takun mina alwaAAitheena

گفتند : براي ما يکسان است که ما را اندرز دهي يا اندرز ندهي

گفتند براى ما يكسان است، چه پند دهى، چه از پنددهندگان نباشى.

گفتند: اگر براى ما نصيحت بدهى يا اصلا نصيحتى ندهى يكسان است.

گفتند: تو پند و اندرز دهی یا ندهی برای ما یکسان است!!

عاديان (در پاسخ) گفتند يكسانست بر ما خواه پند دهى ما را يا نباشى از پند دهندگان

گفتند: «خواه اندرز دهى و خواه از اندرزدهندگان نباشى براى ما يكسان است.

گفتند: «چه پند دهى يا ندهى براى ما يكسان است.

گفتند: يكسانست بر ما، اگر پند دهى يا از پند دهندگان نباشى.

گفتند يكسانست بر ما خواه پند دهى ما را يا نبوده باشى از پند دهندگان

گفتند: بر ما يكسان است، خواه پندمان دهى يا از اندرزگويان نباشى

آنها [= قوم عاد] گفتند: «برای ما تفاوت نمی‌کند، چه ما را انذار کنی یا نکنی؛ (بیهوده خود را خسته مکن)!

گفتند: براى ما يكسان است چه پند دهى و چه از پنددهندگان نباشى.

گفتند يكسانست بر ما خواه پند دهى ما را يا نبوده باشى از پند دهندگان

گفتند يكسان است بر ما چه اندرز دهى يا نباشى از اندرزگويان

گفتند: تو این همه وعظ و نصیحت کنی یا هیچ نکنی به حال ما یکسان است.

آنها گفتند: چه اندرز بدهي، يا ندهي يکسان است.

They said: «(It is) equal/alike on (to) us, had you preached/advised , or you did not be from the preachers/advisers .»

They said: «It is the same to us whether you preach or be not of those who preach.

They said, ‹Alike it is to us, whether thou admonishest, or art not one of the admonishers;

[But] they answered. «It is all one to us whether thou preachest [something new] or art not of those who [like to] preach.

Zij antwoordden: Het is ons gelijk, of gij ons al dan niet vermaant.

They said: "It is the same whether you preach or do not preach."

They said: "It is the same to us whether you preach or be not of those who preach.

They said: It is the same to us whether you admonish or are not one of the admonishers

They said: It is all one to us whether thou preachest or art not of those who preach;

They said, ‹It is the same to us if thou admonish or art not of those who do admonish;

Dediler: «Sen ha öğüt vermişsin ha öğüt verenlerden olmamışsın. Bizim için fark etmez.»

They replied: ‹It is the same to us whether you admonish or whether you are not one of the admonishers.

But they answered, «It is the same for us whether you counsel us or not.

They said, «It is the same whether you preach, or do not preach.

They said, «It is the same to us whether thou warn or warn us not.

They answered, it is equal unto us whether thou admonish us, or dost not admonish us:

They said, `It is the same to us whether thou admonish us or whether thou be not of those who admonish;

Sie sprachen: «Es ist uns gleich, ob du predigst oder ob du nicht predigst.

وہ بولے: ہمارے حق میں برابر ہے خواہ تم نصیحت کرو یا نصیحت کرنے والوں میں نہ بنو (ہم نہیں مانیں گے)،
